Our host was extremely helpful. The rooms were modern, very clean and comfortable. Very good location, just a short walk from a metro station (although it was a bit of a hike from the central station, this was our fault for not working out the metro system earlier). Napoli Svelata is an absolute oasis of calm in a pretty hectic city- highly recommend.

The only downside for us was that we needed 2 rooms for our family of 5. Also in one of the rooms there was some very bright strip-lighting under a step that could only be turned off at the main switchboard in the room- I would not have worked this out for myself and was lucky the host was in the reception area at the time or I would have been annoyed- but this was a pretty minor issue.

Very clean and spacious room close to the city centre. One of the best and comfortable beds I have ever slept on. Delicious breakfast and extremely kind staff. Transport to the airport is with extra charge but very convenient!! I appreciated the fact that we had paid for breakfast and even though we would be on a road trip and couldn't make it on the serving hours, the owner gave us the choice of earlier breakfast in a bar few meters away ( delicious choices as well). Everything was excellent! Keep in mind it's a loud city , crowed and vibrating!!

The property was easily accessible by public transport and has a lift to access the 3rd floor. We found the property easily. The room was comfortable for 4 for 2 nights, although the steps in the room are a little dark and the sign is small…this could be made more obvious with a painted yellow strip, for example. The staff were very welcoming and they allowed us into our room early. The breakfast was simple and traditional and Rosario was very accommodating and friendly. The main road is busy, 24/7, so be aware of noise. The blinds, that black out the room, and the windows are good quality and block out a lot of the sound. We slept very well. A great stay, overall.

Francesca was great with helping us check-in and with sorting out our cabs for us. The apartment was very clean, great bathroom, the access to the kitchen was very efficient. The cleaners were polite and helpful. This property is everything I expected and more, great value for money, perfect location and in the middle of everything. Easy to get to from the dock.

You can hear the noise from the main road which maybe difficult for light sleepers such as my partner, but I could sleep through it. The noise level is probably a 6/10 at night.

This facility was a good surprice in the end. When I booked the stay I expected a facility comprising the whole building, but upon arriving I found out that it occupied only one (the 3rd) floor in an old tenement house, on a 2nd floor there was another similar facility and usual tenants on other floors. All the floors are easily accesible by a lift. The window faced the main noisy street and I expected a dissaster. But after all I god used to the noise surprisingly easily and the nice staff fully compensated for everything a demanding traveller can miss in a small Bed and Breakfast. Although some friends of mine consider Naples to be a dangerous no-go-zone, thanks to the support I got in the accomodation I felt very comfortable in the city and enjoied its otherness and hidden friendliness. The breakfast was good, every morning a new type og gluten-free product, it was so nice and sincere in the same time. Nice staff. I really recommend.

This accommodation is a special category, if you can tune your mind to its melody, you´ll be enchanted and undertstand Italy better. If you are used to expensive hotels and expect luxury, you can easily fail to notice its subtle magic.

This hotel is located on 3rd floor of the building with revealed historical elements serving as decoration in the room. Bed was really comfortable, owner and staff really polite and helpful. The bathroom had toiletries so you don't have to bring your own shower gel or shampoo. It can be noisy at night but it is just the sound of Naples. You get used to it after night or two. Interior decorations are in trend.

The accommodation is fantastic, and we will definitely return when visiting Naples again. If I had to suggest improvements, it would be that the TV only offers Italian channels, and while the room provides an electric kettle with tea bags, there is no coffee available. Breakfast included three different and delicious pastries (croissant, chocolate, and vanilla, as well as soft sfogliatelle), two pies, butter, jam, and cornflakes, but only one type of ham and cheese was offered. It would be nice to have eggs and perhaps some cheese spread. Additionally, only one coffee was prepared for us, with no self-service option. We could have asked for more, but we felt a bit hesitant to call a staff member.

Great location. Walking distance to many things. The subway is a block away and Napoli Central is close as well. The host was great and breakfast included. The room is small but very updated and all we really needed for our short stop before heading off to our next destination.

Floor 3 in Italy is the 4th floor to Americans :) The reception is on that floor, fyi. We kicked the steps in the room a few times forgetting they were there; there are a couple steps from the entry to the beds.

The owner was really nice and helpful, provided much information and was very eager to help. The room was very clean, comfortable and spacious, as well as very nicely decorated. The bed was really comfortable. The hotel is centrally located and close to several means of transport.

Just a couple of minor details: There were small stairs in a few places across the room and breakfast place so you needed to be careful not to overstep. The breakfast was rather limited, especially in terms of healthy options.

This place was quaint (I think there were only 8 rooms), super clean and we appreciated the complimentary coffee, water, pastries, meat and cheese in the mornings. Loved the location of this property, right on the Main Street in Naples and about half way between the marina and train station. Tons of shopping and restaurants nearby. And the owner was super responsive before and during the trip and even arranged an early morning taxi for us on our last day.

I tripped over the single stair in front of our room the first morning (and a few of the rooms had a single step inside the room). Totally my fault but be aware there’s a stair to be mindful of.

It's a small hotel (more B&B) in a good location, walking distance to main attractions but not on the door step, also on a very busy road (our room didn't face it). Room was reasonable size, extremely clean and looked lovely. The breakfast was very lovely too. Staff was really helpful and any questions were answered any time (through whatsapp or at the reception). Definitely would recommend!

The only down - our driver (arranged by the hotel) didn't turn up for the airport pick up (no communication either) although it was Sunday, so let it be. Got an uber instead and all was fine.
