We really didn't expect this place to be as nice as it was. Yes, it looked great in the pictures online. But it was very affordable, so we had our doubts. But WOW. Those pictures are fully accurate! What a place! Beautiful, clean (immaculate!), with incredibly helpful and friendly staff. They were willing to let us drop our bags off early - but, it turns out the room was ready early, so they let us in early! Fantastic AC (a huge thing in July in Napoli!), comfortable single bed for our 12 year old, immaculately clean in every respect, and a generous size. Truly, a "ten." Oh yes, and really close to the subway station, and walkable to tons of historical sites, the centre of historical Napoli with great food and things to see right near by. Just perfect!

The only negative was the shower: the shower head was finicky and difficult to work - only worked on the more forceful setting, which my son didn't like - and the water temperature didn't remain consistent. But honestly, it was so completely awesome otherwise that we still give it a 10!!!!!

Staff were very friendly, arranged an early check-in with no issues at all. Breakfast was served quickly and with much enthusiasm ☺️ super easy to reach from the central station and well positioned for exploring the city.

The lift would sometimes just not work while we were in it. Also, the walls between the rooms are paper thin and the noise carries through a lot.

Lovely staff, very helpful. Location is central and close to many shops, restaurants and bars. It was a little hard to find as not super obvious which building it is in, however as soon as I found it and the staff helped me, it was great! Amazing value for money. I only stayed for one night as passing through Napoli however would stay for much longer if I were to return.

Nothing to complain about

the hotel was modern and the rooms too. super easy check in and online service. also, the breakfast was good, as they knew what we wanted as we were there for a few days. really comfortable & great for the location in the city.

The breakfast. It was one croissant and a small apple pie for a person. The bring this to the tape they chose. They serve the coffee. There was cereal, a slice of cake , jam and some toast

We liked the location, as it was near the historical center and the central ttain station. Very nice staff, they even offerd to hold our baggage for 2 extra hours aftet check out free of charge.

If you arrive after 9 PM, you will be charged 50 eur for late check in. Poor choices of breakfast.
