Easy to find with great communication from host. The unit is in a perfect location close to shopping dining and nightlife. Great Wi-Fi and air conditioning. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were a little hard. The shower was small, but had hot water with good water pressure.

The accomodation is located close to Duomo metro station therefore it is easy to reach everything in the city. It is also close to Centro Stroico but located in a quiet place. Ornella is a really helpful and kind host who helps with everything and provides all important information.

Very good location, Central position in the Centro istorico of Napoli, by foot you see all the famous spots and restaurants, also safe area.

The only disadvantage is to have pay an extra amount of 20euro if you make check in after 20:00 , it depends to the flights.

Ornella was very welcoming, even though our flight arrived at 10.30pm and it took us a while to get from the airport to the apartment. There was a huge queue for a taxi so we had to take the bus. There was complimentary tea and coffee which we appreciated. Ornella organised a taxi to pick us up when we left. We slept well; it was quiet.

The place was already perfect and extremely clean and organized. On top of that Ornella really made a huge difference by making the place cozy with such a warm welcome. She is very careful with each person that stays there and so attentive.

It was a bit difficult to find the place.

Convenient location and yet quiet, clean bathroom, and an elevator helped with bringing the luggage upstairs

It would have been helpful to receive some arrival instructions because we weren't sure what to do when we got to the main door downstairs and how to get in, but we called the listed number and were able to figure it out

Amazing host, very helpful and heartwarming. Excellent location in the historic city in walking distance to everything. Comfortable bed.

- very welcoming staff - clean room and bathroom - great location; seems a bit shady at night but everything's like that in Naples at first ;D it's quiet and calm and I felt safe coming back solo late at night - you can use the kitchen; I used it to make myself some tea and keep water bottles in the fridge - I got some snacks for breakfast, it was really heartwarming! (and they were delicious) - free elevator - AC

Beds were quite uncomfortable, it felt like lying on a thin sponge.

Everything was as described, the room was clean and comfortable. The location was good and the host was lovely. I would definitely stay again.
