Perfect location, just near the Spaccanapoli 'street', but not on it, so it's not that noisy. A cute little cheap BB, with very friendly staff. It was the perfect stay for a couple of days. Also I have read that many places you can book are in a scary/shady location.. it's NOT the case for this one.

It's very small, just like a hotel room, but with an even smaller bathroom. Some things are broken or seem dirty, but nothing critical. Thin walls maybe, you can hear when neighbours are arriving home. BUT for this money at this location, I can't be critical of this place.. maybe if you plan to stay for more days and spend more time in the room, it's not a good match, but for us, who only stayed a couple of days, visiting what we could, only staying here for sleep/rest, shower, etc, it was absolutely perfect.

We loved the room, it was really close to the city centre. The keys and codes they gave us to enter the building worked perfectly. It was better than we were expecting!

It was impossible to contact staff, we couldnt leave our bags there even tho they said up front we could. We tried texting and calling to the phone number they gave was, no one answered anything, im still waiting for a response, if we had needed help with anything, no one would have been there.

Nice room, exactly as the pictures. Very central location. Breakfast was brought to the room, included a coffee and a pastry.

To flush the toilet you had to put your hand in a hole in the wall... as the flush was broken. The other guests staying were incredibly loud very late into the night. The light outside the room would switch off (making a click noise) and then switch back on immediately them switch off again 10 seconds later. It would continuously click in 10 second intervals throughout the night.

We were unable to arrive early, they gave us the option for self check in, the location is great, a good restaurant pizza just next door, the installations are fantastic and the staff is so friendly and kind, we'll come back again

Paola responded fast. Cleaning lady was on top of her game. AC worked great!

Drain in shower was slow. Needed to turn water of every minute so it would not overflow. Repotted to front desk but issue was NEVER RESOLVED

The bedrooms were in very good conditions, clean and tidy. The air conditioning worked great. The best thing were the mattress, very comfortable. The place was very well located close to everything in the city.

The floor was dirty.

The property is very close to the historical center and easy to get everywhere you need (train station, port or tourist attraction).

The cleanliness was OKish, but there is more space to improve.

Perfect location. Area seemed a bit dirty when we first got there as there was lots of rubbish around and it was quiet but we soon realised there is a lot of rubbish on the streets in Naples and ended up loving the location. Amazing pizza place next door! There wasn't staff at the desk so we couldn't ask for recommendations etc but we could message which Mario was quick to answer. Very comfy beds!

Rooms are super clean and modern very close to nice shops and cafe reception is so nice a co operat8be and common area had nice kitchen

Wifi is not strong in tge rooms
