I had a wonderful stay at this accommodation. The room was spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The location was ideal, right in the historic center of Naples, with easy access to major attractions. It’s just a short 15-minute walk to the train station and 20 minutes to the port, making it very convenient for getting around. The host was incredibly kind and attentive. He came by every day to clean the room and was always checking in via WhatsApp to make sure we had everything we needed. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in Naples! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Naples—great location, comfortable room, and a very pleasant experience overall.

Surely no better location than in the heart of the Centre Storico. As a family of 3 (12 yo) the room was spacious, clean and had a great view. Perfect base to explore Naples. Biagio was the perfect host. Great contact via WhatsApp before and during our stay. He even recorded a journey on his scooter to show us where to go when we were asking about how to get somewhere! Note this is an apartment room and not a hotel, however you will not find accommodation like this in the area and the location is absolutely key. The place was secure and safe. 6 mins from Duomo (subway line 1) and 12 from Cavour (line 2). Would 100% recommend and we are considering rebooking directly again even though we don't normally go back to places twice.

No downsides at all.

The property was overall decent – more like an Airbnb than a hotel. The furniture felt new, the shower was clean, and the bed was comfortable (though it didn’t look 100% spotless). The balcony had a nice view, which I appreciated. The building has character: you can either climb to the second floor or use the old-fashioned elevator (tiny, fits only 2 people, but still better than many I’ve seen). The location is quite good – a 3–4 block walk to the metro and right next to Scappanapoli, which is lively and fun at night.

The host was a bit strict, but still allowed flexibility with check-in/checkout, which I truly appreciated. With a slightly friendlier approach, it could easily be an excellent stay. Overall, it’s a great place for the price and location. Thanks!

A perfect place to stay in Naples. The rooms are very comfortable with everything you could need and the cleanliness is top-notch. Having a machine to start your day with a coffee (one of many one has while visiting Italy - "Al banco" ovvio) was very much appreciated. Situated in the very center of Naples, I would say that the location is ideal both if you are staying for a few days and want to see the main landmarks of the city and if you have a longer stay (like us) and want to visit around the Campania region, since it is super close to Centrale train station. And of course a special mention to Bagio, the host, who will give you a crash course about the city upon your arrival and was always ready to help and quickly available !

Biagio was very helpful and arranged a cab for us from the airport and was waiting when we arrived. He checked in with us every day to see if we needed anything and brought extra toilet paper when we needed it. It was close to the things we wanted to see, clean and comfortable.

It is very noisy on the narrow street directly in front of the hotel with people busy shopping, eating, drinking, playing music and enjoying life until the early morning hours. It was lovey to participate in the activity but it also made it harder to sleep. We used a white noise app on our phone to help keep the music, laughter, dogs, and honking horns, less noticeable.

Spent two nights in late August 2024. Will definitely return next time I'm in Napoli as it's right where I and my kids want to be, in the centro storico with our favourite cafe, Caffè Ciorfito, on the next block, one of Napoli's best pizzerias, Pizzeria Imperatore 1906, just around the corner, and really close to the buzz of Piazza San Domenico Maggiore and Via dei Tribunali. The host was friendly and accommodating, the room was very clean, modern and with all expected bathroom facilities - the place even has disco lights, I mean what more could you ask for?! Overall I can't recommend this place enough.

Biagio was an amazing host! The room is so comfortable and I love the decoration. The location is also perfect, and you can easily have anything for food and buy souvenirs with a 1-4 minute walk. If I ever end up coming back to Naples for some reason, I’ll stay there again.

Everything was perfect. Nothing to complain about.

The bed was super comfortable and there were plenty of extra blankets and pillows in the wardrobe if needed. No need to bring a hairdryer as they supply one for you. There was no breakfast but there was a coffee machine and a variety of teas. There was also a microwave in the communal dining area should you need one, which I thought was a great touch. They also supply wine glasses and cups etc. And there is also a kettle in the rooms. There are so many bars and restaurants around the area. There was nothing I didn’t like, but just a couple of suggestions; perhaps some cutlery in the dining area. One evening I brought back a takeaway pizza which was not cut ( to my surprise), so a knife and fork would’ve been very much appreciated. ( not usual practise I know, but the owner Biagio is so nice, I’m sure he’d accommodate) And although there is plenty of shower gel, a small bar of soap for washing your hands at the sink would be great.

Absolutely recommend this place and the host Biagio is brilliant..always available and ready to help in any way he can. The room is big and bright with a lovely balcony ... a good sized bathroom and great aircon! The shared area has everything you would need...large fridge...microwave..a coffee machine with unlimited coffee capsules and tea!! I will definitely be back again!

The host is very friendly and extremely helpful, giving us tips for visiting the city and potential help in arranging guided tours to make the most of our stay. The room is comfortable and the amenities such as fridge and freezer in the common area are great. The location in the historic center is also quite fun as it's always busy in these streets.
