The room was clean, has daily housekeeping and change of towels every 2 days. Location in the historical heart of Naples was superb.Salvatore was pleasant.

The room is a little small although it has a high ceiling. Kettle was outside in a kitchenette. No natural sunlight. No lift although it is on the first floor ( 4 flights of stairs). Can't be dropped off by car as the area is restricted for only pedestrians Be prepared to walk on dirty, crowded cobble street, carrying your luggage to find it. Building outside is old and run down and located in a dark alley. Too far to walk to Garibaldi train station with luggage.

The place is absolutely perfect. Both the room and the common space were spotless and cleaned thoroughly every day. The room was very comfortable, including very comfortable bed and pillows (with age, it gets quite important) and the spacious shower. The small kitchen was fully equipped, there was even a proper coffee maker, and coffee and tea were available. The fridge can be useful if you want to have a glass of wine on the balcony ;) The location was ideal, in the middle of Spaccanapoli, surrounded by cute souvenir shops and stalls, as well as a lot of great restaurants within 5-10 min walk. Especially Trattoria La Campagnola and Gino & Toto Sorbillo are worth recommending. Our host was very helpful and communicative. He recommended a few really nice restaurants. Day trips and airport transfers were available. I couldn't recommend more.

Evvvvvverything!! This has been the best experience of our lives. I fully cried because we had to leave as there were no rooms for me to stay longer, which we didn’t realise when booking how much we loved it here. I am coming back and staying here. No fault at all. Scary trying to find our location with the taxi 😁 as the streets can only be driven through with a certain pass. However that added to the best experience ever!!! All our love is in Napoli now, NapoliViva being in the perfect location!!

Communication was fantastic with the property. Salvatore contacted us via whatsapp the day before to get our ETA and was super helpful and friendly. We were given some great food recommendations and the hotel was ideally situated within the historical centre. Room was comfortable and the breakfast was a voucher for a Café down the road where you could have a coffee and pastry included.

We were in the room attached to the communal space and Even though there were signs up in the hotel to be respectful with noise, we were woken up at 5am by other guests banging around in the kitchen area.

The location was good on Centro Storico, right on one of the main streets. The place was easy to come by and comfortable, and the atmosphere in the place was modern and nice. We had access to coffee and tea in the main kitchen, and Salvatore was accessible and attentive.

We had some small problems we had to arrange from afar, because there are no staff most of the time in the apartment. There was no window in the room.

We rented three rooms and two were absolutely superb. A good size, comfy beds, big windows, good sound proofing also (as Naples can be very noisy). The rooms were clean, Salvatore was so helpful and let us leave our bags there before check in. There was a little communal kitchen with coffee machine and the bathrooms were clean with modern showers! Right in the heart of Naples location ans breakfast just a short walk away in a piazza which was a great start to the day.

The third room did not have a proper window so it felt a bit airless and was less spruced up.

Second time in Naples staying here. Excellent location just on Spacca Napoli in the middle of the famous street filled with cribs. Had balcony overlooking this street which is wonderful to hear the hustle and bustle below. It is also within walking distance to many of the touristic places. We were met by Salvatore who showed us to our room and explained how things work. He even suggested some good Trattorias and pizzerias, although you cannot really go wrong in Naples. There is also a small kitchenette with a very good espresso machine. For breakfast you have to go to a nearby cafeteria who serve delicious Italian pastries and coffee.

I loved hearing the people paying by at night and the vendors seeing up in the morning but if you want complete silence then this is not for you. The windows do a good job of blocking most of the noise but not completely. Otherwise nothing to complain about.

Located in the historic center of Naples, close to many attractions, restaurants and cafes. The host Giovanni is incredibly helpfull and friendly. He will make sure that your stay is as pleasant as possible.

Reaching the building is a bit difficult. Enterin the street by car/taxi is not possible. If you have heavy luggage beware of a 10 Minute walk and stairs.

Super friendly, helpful staff. The location is incredible in a beautiful historic building. The balcony was a highlight, as you could watch the historical centre come to life and change throughout the day and night. The soundproofing and windows to the balcony were good, especially in a loud, busy area. The hairdryer was great, not one of those annoying cheap attached-to-the-wall hotel ones. Great private travel options provided through the B&B.

The wifi didn't work, the staff tried really hard to figure out options, but both our phones couldn't connect. The rooms are located a few flights of stairs up, and there's no lift, so tricky with bulky luggage. The breakfast only included a croissant, juice and coffee from a nearby cafe which is a bit difficult if you're used to substantial breakfast. Not the easiest location to access with luggage, note the historic centre doesn't allow taxis.

Fantastic location, right in the middle of Spaccanapoli, it was easy to walk around the old city from here. In fact, you can only walk, the streets and alleys are so narrow there is no other way to travel. The room was perfect for a family of 2 adults and 3 children looking to explore. The host we met on the day was Salvatore and he was fantastic

It was a little hard to find at first as the hotel is up a side street and the plaque with the hotel name is very small and could be easy to miss.
