Great location, right in the heart of the city. Giuseppe was so friendly and helpful! Room was spotless. There is a coffee machine in the room but when we mentioned about Tea, Giuseppe quickly offered us a kettle instead. 😊 No cups only little disposable paper ones, so if you like a big cuppa in the morning, you might want to bring a couple with you. ( we bought a couple from a souvenir shop that we now be our holiday mugs 😅) We loved our stay here and wouldn’t hesitate in staying again.

Noise from outside does filter in as well as a running water sound very occasionally from another room BUT this did not really bother us and didn’t affect our stay. I personally used ear plugs to sleep and my husband mentioned that he slept through fine. Light sleepers/noise sensitive people may struggle.

Location was great. We could walk to many of the sights within 10 minutes. Room was spacious, recently decorated with good furniture, large mirrors in mezzanine bedroom and downstairs sitting area. Bathroom mirror also a good size. Very clean. Plenty of sockets. Coffee maker with free coffee pods in the room, also wine glasses and a corkscrew/bottle opener. Amazing restaurant right underneath. Would stay again if we return to Naples.

It would have been nice to have a full size fridge instead of just a mini bar. The listing said there is breakfast but there isn't. Lots of nearby cafes serving pastries but if you want something different there is a small Market Deco nearby. No room safe. But overall great.

The location is excellent, right in the heart of Naples' historic downtown area, with restaurants, souvenir shops, supermarkets, and bars all within short walking distance. Most importantly, considering typical room sizes in Naples, the room was surprisingly spacious and clean, making it very comfortable for our family of three. What really stood out was the plentiful and delicious coffee offered throughout our stay, a small but greatly appreciated touch. If we visit Naples again, I would definitely choose this hotel once more.

The hotel is tucked away in a small alley, which made it a bit tricky to find at first. You’ll also need assistance from the staff to access the elevator during check-in. The water pressure in the shower was slightly weak, and the hot water temperature was a bit inconsistent.

Stunning room, huge and airy. Lovely design and comfortable beds. We really enjoyed our stay here, and would happily come back. The area is lively and fun (fantastic restaurants just below!), I wasnt bothered by any noise as the double glazed windows were good at blocking this. The apartment is well located next to the historical district, shops, culture etc. It is very charming and I loved people watching from the balcony. The owner was very accommodating when we needed to add my little boy to the booking at the last minute. We appreciated that.

We could have done with cutlery in the room, since we had a little boy and wanted to feed him a yoghurt. Just a coffee spoon would have done. But no real complaints!

Fantastic space in a fab location. You are right in the middle of old town where you can walk to everything. The place was super comfortable and way larger than we anticipated so it was awesome having such a great space to come back to after we had enough of the heat. Perfect place for a 3 night stay.

A little hard to find, we had to message the whatsapp number because the entry instructions were unclear. But he was fantastic to deal with. The lift was also out of service one of our days there, but at least there was a lift!

The property is in an excellent location. Most places were within walking distances. It is tucked away in a side rad from the main area of bars, cafes and restaurants. So, even though it is a few metres from all of these, it is quiet and safe. The staff were super helpful and delivered fantastic service. The apartment is stylish, well equipped and very clean.

Just a very small suggestion would be to have a mirror in the upper area.

The room was quite lovely and so spacious. It was exceptionally clean and very close to restaurants and shops. Reception staff spoke English and was very helpful giving recommendations and info.

600m uphill from closest train station Duomo or 700m downhill from Museo train. This was fine for everyday adventures but not so fun with rolling luggage over cobblestones. Alternative was taxi from Napoli Garibaldi station who wanted 20 euro for 3km trip. We walked but it was a hot day. Entrance is hard to find as it’s not signposted well - look for the big open courtyard, go inside find the bell on right hand side near the wooden double doors to talk to reception and staff will open the door. There is a small lift in the courtyard but you need an electronic key from reception.

Excellent location. Very comfortable accommodation. Close to great eateries and the hustle and bustle of Naples. About 10 min walk from Universita Metro. (From Garrabaldi central station towards piscinola - line 1) Would recommend getting travel pass for the few days you are there. Lots to see and do but a lot of walking and hills. Travel pass gives access to the metro trains buses and funicular.

No breakfast but plenty of places to eat nearby

Very central to restaurants etc … Facilities were good and comfortable bed. Quirky apartment with good seating

Coffee machine didn’t work and lift took a while with only one key to operate which was inconvenient. Balcony was more of a Juliette so you could not sit on this and didn’t have a nice outlook (onto other flats,parked cars)

The property was very spacious and in the centre so was easy to get everywhere , the staff on reception were very helpful and booked us an airport taxi on the day we left , the room was clean and the bed was very comfy

The only thing was online it looked like all the rooms had balcony’s however ours did not , it still had a huge window but if you really want a balcony I would recommend you request it so you aren’t dissapointed
