The apartment is in a perfect location, right in the old town. But it's really quiet and the space was perfect for me, my husband and our two kids. We didn't need public transport nor taxis to get around. The service and support during check-in and check out was splendid. Would love to come back.

Very central location, excelect for Napoli old town exploaration. Big map of on the door, always could check where to go. Good coffee machine, spacy rooms. Easy checkin and checkout. Friendly host.

Very noisy AC. Basic breakfast (plastic wrappet bucket of pastries). No elevator to access the room.

Cooking plate, fridge, bit cramped to wash plates though. Complementary breakfast and UHT milk was super convenient! Quiet street too, which is fab in Naples!

Could have used a place to hang clothes to dry. Slow internet for the tv :(

Central location, but quiet place in beautiful old palace house, free coffee at the apartment, comfy beds, new bathroom, pleasant view from window. The owner very nice, helping in various requests, recommending restaurants near by.

Breakfast continental - croissant & coffee (for kids milk) from 8.30 the earliest! the stuff from restaurant wasn't very intelligent neither nice, so wouldn't recommend them at all. Water pressure was very low, owner was explaining that is going to be fixed soon.

Nice and clean apartment, friendly staff helped with recommendations. Big advantage that the windows are to the inside from the street, so no noise. Convenient airport pick-up 25 Euros

Umberto was the most incredible host. We arrived late in the evening, two hours later than expected due to a flight delay, but Valentino, (the lovely taxi driver for the airport transfer that Umberto had arranged for us) was still waiting for us at arrivals. We were then met at the property by Fernando who took up our bags and showed us to the apartment. We only stayed for one night as we were catching a ferry to Ischia the following morning but our stay in Naples could not have been more stress-free thanks to the help of Umberto, who was always available on Whatsapp and ensured we got to the apartment safely even thought it was almost midnight when we finally arrived! As we were travelling with three young children this was greatly appreciated. Although we didn't stay long I can imagine the apartment would be a wonderful location for exploring Naples and it was very neat and tidy. Umberto is currently even organising the return of a necklace I accidentally left behind. Thank you for a lovely albeit brief visit to Naples and all of your help Umberto!

Very clean, comfortable and close to everything you could need from the city nearby. Breakfast bits provided and advice/recommendations on local attractions. Hosts very helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible

First of all, I would like to note the great location of this place. It is in the historical center and in a historical building. In the evenings you can find a lot of parties, modern cafes and bars open nearby. During the day, there are a lot of other touristic places of interest within ~15-20 minute walk. The building itself has very good acoustic isolation so you won't hear anything even with the biggest student parties nearby. The apartment size is also exceptional and you have all the required equipment (except for washing machine maybe). Wifi service was great during the whole stay. Having an AC was also a huge relief during our stay in the hot summer.

The stairs might be rough for some people with restricted movement and there is no lift there. Some really minor issues that won't be noticed by most of the visitors but host plans to fix in the nearest future.

It is in a great place in the center and the owner is very helpful.
