Perfect location for exploring Napoli. We found the room was quiet at night staying in room 410. The air conditioning was great and very much needed! Our room was cleaned daily to a good standard. Secure gates to enter and they sent us a really detailed explanation of how to find the hotel which was great as we arrived when reception was closed. I have to admit on arrival I was worried about the noise out the front and the heavily graffiti'd streets when we arrived at night, but I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel once we were in there. Don't go expecting 5* luxury because it's not that kind of place. However it is comfortable, clean and I felt very safe there.

The air conditioning was a bit noisy but not enough that it stopped us having a great night's sleep.

Located in a historical part of old Naples very close to all attractions in that part of the city - that is a very big plus for this hotel. The nearest metro station is about 10 minutes walking distance. Rooms are small, not much cosy but they really care about cleanliness. Not for those looking for comfort and luxury while travelling but this property is definitely for those who want to feel the vibrant street atmosphere while staying in the heart of this beautiful city.

Depending on the age of visitors this hotel sometimes can be very noisy in late night hours (guests it their early twenties).

Smack in the middle of where you want to be in Naples, with countless bars and restaurants just outside. Very clean, and with a plethora of mains and USB outlets. Thorough instructions for the check-in.

The very cramped and slow elevator isn’t for everyone, and I drifted into taking the stairs, although it’s four stories up. The entrance also looks kind of rough, with lots of graffiti and an (extremely cheap) bar popping up in the evening - which I admittedly found rather useful. Also, the door to the room isn’t soundproof at all, so I could hear much of what was going on in the corridor and reception. Not for people who like to sleep in.

We liked the location and also the fact you could leave your luggage there before and after check in!

Bathroom maybe could have been a little cleaner but it was perfectly fine :)

This was a really cutely decorated and vibrant hotel in the heart of Napoli! Location was perfectly in the centre which made it so easy to get around! The bed was comfy and the air-con was great! Staff were also very lovely and kind, and I was able to check in at 10:30 am because my room was ready which was so accommodating and generous! Overall highly recommend!

My air condition leaked a little bit which was weird but I think is normal for Naples. The shower struggled to get warm for very long so cold showers were mainly what I was having. Which during summer was ideal for me so not really a complaint!

Excellent location in the historic center. Don't be deterred by the sketchy appearance of the street and entrance, it seemed very safe to me (solo young man), also at night, as it's right next to some of the main streets packed with people. I did not have any noise problems during my stay, and the room's window faced a not-so-pretty inner courtyard. The cleaning staff were friendly and cleaned the room every morning. The AC and fan worked well.

The shower was quite moldy, and its drain could have done a better job.

Difficult to find as through a gated area, parking in the suggested car park was an experience (I've never left my keys with a multi storey car park attendant before). The streets surrounding the hotel were all cobbled and in very bad repair - not suitable for a wheelchair user

Excellent location, near Via dei Tribunali, and 2mn walk from Scaturchio (cake shop). Facilities are good: small fridge, safe, toiletries, free wifi. Our room was basic (no balcony). Clean and comfortable. Don't be put off by all the graffiti and the outside of the hotel. Felt safe, even at night. Hotel (incl reception) is on the fourth floor. 2 gates to get in with entry code. Lift is very small (fits approx 2 persons with small luggage). We walked from train station (approx 30mn) but took a taxi to the airport (15mn).

Slightly hard to find and we took the wrong lift! Small room but adequate for one night stay.

Very friendly Staff, attended to our special request of our breakfast about when it has to be delivered to us daily, everyday the room is thoroughly cleaned with fresh towels daily. you can ask for some information about things to do in the city. the hotel is centrally located, we just almost walked everywhere we went.

the hotel is in 4th floor. a service elevator is in place but can barely fit 2 people. maybe not recommend for person in wheelchairs.

Super cool and hip area of town. Vintage shops nearby and very cool nightlife with mostly local kids. We saw traditional dancing and music on the street outside on Saturday night. Wonderful. The room was comfortable and nicer than expected with balcony and good AC. Easy to store bags and come in and out. So quiet upstairs even though there’s a big party outside!

The elevator was small and scary but still works!
