Everything was spot on. Impeccably clean, hearty breakfast, room was quiet. The location is unbeatable, in the heart of Naples. With a fantastic host and incomparable pizza place around the corner. Highly recommend it.

The room was quiet but not really dark at night. The reason was two emergency lights (very bright) by the door. It was easily resolved by sticking a dark newspaper page on each for the night:-). And it might be just us, used to very dark room during the night, others might not even notice.

In the Centro Historico, ideal to explore the most famous and iconic places of the city. It is also fifteen minutes away from the bus stop that takes you to the airport and five minutes away from the Università underground station. If you are tireless and active, you won’t ever need to use public transport (except to reach the suburbs). Despite the location, in the middle of an overpopulated and bustling neighbourhood, full of scooters and motorinos, it is a narrow noiseless street. Carmine is a really nice guy who manages the property and will take care of you. The place is pristine thanks to his colleague, who cleans. Breakfast is mostly sweet and with limited options, but we asked for fresh fruit and Carmine made it possible, so do not discard the b&b for this reason. You can also grab milk, coffee, tea or croissants anytime from the communal kitchen. They change towels every two days and you can control heating or a/c from your room, which will be roomy and quiet.

It is neither the location (nor the city) if you don’t like running into hordes of tourists, but since you decided to hit this Mediterranean place… There are like twelve steps between the doorway and the b&b, no lift. Carmine helped us with our luggage, but consider your options in case of any disability. You may hear some noise from 8/8:30, when breakfast is being prepared, but nothing loud.

The host couldn't be anymore helpful. He helped us with a heavy suitcase. He showed us on a map how to get to places we wanted to visit. We were able to leave luggage at 10 am before the room was ready. He booked a taxi to the airport for the next morning. The breakfast was delicious. The apartment was modern, very clean, the beds very comfortable, the bathroom spacious. I would definitely recommend this place. It was right in the centre of Naples so perfect location. It was great value for money. Thank you!

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The owners were extremely kind and helpful, always available if I needed anything. The location was perfect - within walking distance to many key attractions, yet situated in a safe neighborhood. The room was very clean and well-kept, making it easy to feel comfortable and at home. It was the ideal base for exploring the city, and I would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended!

All were nice and as presented at promo material. No surprises. Maybe a bigger sign of the premises somewhere on the building for fresh guests to find easily, especially for late arrivals. We have seen other buildings with clear big signs of relevant services. However if you follow the map on your mobile, you find the destination.

Breakfast was delivered to our room at the time we requested the evening before, at which moment we also indicated our selections from a list of choices. The position of this bnb is terrific for exploring Naples' historic center. We were very grateful to the host for letting us enter our room a bit early and for holding our luggage for a few hours between check-out and our departure. He also recommended a very good restaurant!

The hot water was initially not quite hot enough for our taste, but the moment we let the host know, he made an adjustment, and we had wonderul hot water for the duration of our stay.

The breakfast setup was disappointing. You have your table, cutlery etc in your room and you get to choose what you want by filling out a form on arrival. In the morning they knock and hand you your continental breakfast on a tray. Outside the rooms is a decent sized kitchenette area where you could make hot drinks and all the breakfast stuff is kept. We felt that given that there is only 3 rooms so it would make more sense for people to help themselves to cereal and coffees etc. It felt like we were back in COVID times and slightly rationed, we've never experienced a breakfast setup like this.

The bnb is very well located and super convient in terms of public transport and sightseeing. The room was clean, comfy, and bigger than I expected. The breakfast was yummy and a good amount, kept us full all morning before lunch. The receptionist was very sweet and helpful. Overall, super nice and chill experience :)

Not the best place to get to if you have a big suitcase but we managed, the receptionist also helped us carry it up the steps to the bnb.

Very good location for a city break, close to the old town. Breakfast was basic, based on a selection made the day before, from a list (most of the choices were sweets, but we found a sandwich with cheese and salami, which was good for us, as we are not fond of sweets). I was expecting to be noisy, due to the central location, but it was quiet and could rest.

Sufficiently spacious and equipped accommodation, breakfast in the room, very helpful owner. In a typical part of Naples, a short walk from the metro to the city center. Near a very good pizzeria, gelateria and Church of Santa Chiara.
