great location, nice, thoughtful decor & small touches. wonderful roof garden with lovely views - kitchen reasonably equipped. host met us promptly & communicated clearly.

bed v uncomfortable- need better mattress & more pillows. apartment on many levels- about 10 steps within main living space- v easy to trip over so not v safe for many people although we knew there was no lift ( especially in historic centre building) & don’t mind walking up steps- there are over 80 … this should be very well flagged to potential renters- not suitable for everyone. a microwave & toaster might be helpful.

I had very good experience in Nápoles. At First a good and safe accommodation makes me comportable and happy. This guest house looks morden and fancy designed and at the same time it has all convenient things. Every night I drunk a glass of beer in the beautiful terrace and in the morning I took a Naples’s yogurt, their typical sweets i bought,,,, in the common fridge. The building is old but it’s beautiful with own personality, I didn’t mind even it was in 5th floor. I can recommend this guest house totally to everyone.

Top location. Quiet but 2 minutes walk to the main 2 streets. The guy that the owner had hired to take care of the guest is worth his weight in gold. He speaks very good english and is very helpful.

The facility does NOT have a parking space, contrary to what it said on the webpage. The parking was extra at 35€ per night. But the whole parking situation was a nightmare. On the other hand the parking situation all over Naples is a nightmare.

Wonderful accommodation in an authentic Neapolitan townhouse. The location is great, we practically walked everywhere. The staff was extremely helpful, communication was top notch. The best part was the beautiful rooftop where we spent our evenings.

I have stayed here twice and have found this accommodation fantastic! The location is ideal and the room is new and extremely clean. The beds are very comfortable and I love the fact that it has a roof terrace and community kitchen! I will definitely stay here again on my next visit.

If you are travelling with heavy luggage, it may be difficult because of the staircase. But for light travellers it is perfect!

Climbing the stairs without an elevator is quite a challenge, especially with luggage. It's not a big problem, but older people should think twice.

Great location, safe and eveything in walking distance. Really friendly staff who were very accommodating for me and my baby- they gave him treats and all! Nice communal kitchen with coffee. Comfy bed and amazing shower!

Everything was great and would 100% stay again. The only things to be aware of: The walls are thin, not a problem for us, but I did feel bad for the room next to ours as our baby cried a bit during the night. There are alot of stairs and no elevator.

Location was great, right in the center but quiet in the evening (for Naples standards). The kitchen and terrace were really good to chill after a working day.
