Watch out: Google is not quite exact when looking up the location. The entrance to the b&b is on Vico Gagliani. But when once found you‘ll find a lovely place for your stay in Naples. The b&b is located in the heart of the old city of Naples. All the main sightseeings are accessible within walking distance. If you are very sensitive with room scents you should better look for a room outside the old city. I perceived the scents only slightly and not as overpowering. In general the b&b is very neat and tidy. Thanks a lot to the chambermaid who tidied up the room daily. For breakfast you get a voucher for a beverage and pastries to redeem in a friendly bar around the corner. Guiseppe is really a helpful host caring for his guests. Communication was uncomplicated via WhatsApp.

This reasonably priced B&B is is in a great location on the western edge of Centro Storico, just down the street from Complesso Monumentale di Santa Chiara and Chiesa del Gesù Nuovo. Geographically it's pretty much smack-dab in the middle of the main sights, and so extremely convenient, since it was at most a 20-minute walk in any direction to almost anywhere we were hoping to go. We booked the quadruple room, which included a bunk bed. The room as well as the apartment in general were kept immaculate, and the room was very comfortable, cutely decorated and quiet. A small continental breakfast (one coffee (almost any style), one pastry) was included at a little cafe up the block. Our host, Vincenzo, was very welcoming and helpful, checked in with us regularly, and went out of his way to make our stay comfortable. As it happens, my son forgot his electric razor in the apartment when we checked out, and Vincenzo not only called us to let us know, but then proceeded to ride in from 20 minutes away to drop it off with us. A perfect spot to spend two days in Napoli.

Lovely room, great host, good location. Very clean and comfortable. Spacious and nicely decorated with good quality furniture and fittings. Small balcony, but only a view of the street below and residential buildings opposite. Guiseppe the owner and host was friendly and met us at the property, gave recommendations for local restaurants etc. The accommodation is literally across the street from Santa Chiara Church and museum with gardens. You must visit as it's absolutely beautiful and was my favourite place that we visited in Naples. We stayed here for 2 nights to explore the city before heading onto Sorrento. It's located on a little back street not far from the main hustle and bustle of the main street. Just be aware if you're a light sleeper to take ear plugs as there are planes flying across regularly and dogs barking nearby. However, the room itself is great as was a good base for us. Breakfast is a coffee and a pastry in a nearby bar which was absolutely fine. I'd recommend this place if you're looking for a budget stay that is clean and comfortable.

After enjoying time on the Amalfi coast my wife and I wanted to combine touring Pompeii and visiting Naples for a couple nights before the 3-hr. drive later back to Rome. I had read about the central city area rich with history, and this B&B won out based on the area as mentioned, plus what looked like ample places to walk and enjoy the food. Travel into the city was fine enough, but it took took texting Giuseppe, plus his cheerfulness, to motor over to where we stopped on the street when our rental's nav went haywire. He also recommended excellent nearby restaurants, and guided the parking arrangements around the corner from the property. Very clean room, with breakfast served at a bistro nearby. It's just coffee and a croissant, but quite well stocked if you want to chow down with a full breakfast.

It's worth repeating, our difficulty with the rental car's nav combined with Naples' reputation for berserker driving was quickly turned into a funny story to tell later, with Guiseppe personally guiding us to the property in short order. A nice start to a very pleasant stay. As far as the question about paying for more services, yes we did. The mini-fridge holds a selection of (very reasonably priced) wines and other beverages.

Excellent communication with Giuseppe. He waited for us even though our flight was delayed (there's a charge of 20 euros if checking in after 8pm), he explained everything about the facilities and even recommended places to eat nearby. Great location and easy to walk to the historic center on one side and the Spanish quarters on the other. Cozy and clean apartment. Cute little cafe nearby for breakfast. We even got to listen to live piano playing during our breakfast.

The bunk beds would be great if kids were to sleep there, but a bit tricky to climb up and down for an adult. The breakfast although very nice, only includes a piece of sweet pastry so you will definitely enjoy it if you have a sweet tooth, but having 1-2 savoury options to choose from would be great as well.

The location was strategic. Everything worth seeing was within a 20 min walk at max . The room was quiet and cozy. Great for a family . Giuseppe was very helpful and made almost all the arrangements we needed. The room was very clean .

Breakfast was by coupon in a nearby cafe but was too poor . Only coffee and a croissant. You could only choose between croissants but anything else you need to pay .

We arrived at 4am due to delayed flights and Giuseppe was waiting to let us into the B&B.. It was a lovely quite place to stay. Within a couple of streets of wonderful old Naples. Giuseppe was an excellent host and his lovely wife kept the B&B beautifully clean. We would come back again.

We found no fault with Giuseppes service or the facilities.

Spotlessly clean and inviting,great location in centre of city,nothing was too much trouble,breakfast is at a bar about 2 minutes walk and again the food is great and you can also leave cases there if needed if you have a flight later in the day at cost of 2 euro 50 per bag,and the people at the bar a really friendly too.

Only small gripe is we would have liked more pillows on the bed as were used to that but that is only our opinion and didn’t detract from us enjoying our stay atall.

Flat was not so big and also not to small so tailored to the needs it was also clean. The badroom was clean and big. We rexeived ticket for breakfest in near restaurant. Internet, wi fi works fine without anny issues. A parking loot near flat so trip takes.3 mimutes.I have not any complains to this flat. I hope to meeet ale see again in The future.

Since hotel is placed in Good localisation you need to be extrmly cerreful on The Road. So watch out for scooters and People on The Road. So i you have problem with driving or you just do not want to rent car and drive just take A taxi and reach The target.

Very well situated with the metro line nearby and in the city center in a smaller street. Quiet for Italy but I recommend earplugs as the isolation is as expected and mopeds will likely wake you up during the night. (everywhere in Napoli the same..) Breakfast is served in a bar nearby (pastry&drink) which is quite good, but if I compare with other places we stayed, this was the simplest breakfast we had. The room is very well cleaned and well decorated. The entire apartment has been renovated and it feels modern.

I felt the pressure from the host to have a specific time to arrive rather than being free to arrive whenever within the known check in time. Arriving after 20h has a cost of 20eur, which I was informed by the host when I told him I'd probably arrive between 19h-20h. When being shown the apartment I was reminded to turn off all the lights and the AC when leaving.. There are already notes for this on the apartment. I'm on holidays and for me this is common sense. I want to be at ease, not reminded of these things when this info is already at the apartment. This is nitpicking to save some euros... Also the check out was easy but the host could've just said to leave the keys somewhere or with the cleaning lady instead of asking again a check out time the day before.
