Superb. Fantastic location with balcony on the first floor overlooking one of the main streets in Centro Storico. Gioia was so helpful in advance via whatsapp in arranging (an early) check-in and showing me everything in the apartment on check-in and offering advice on anything else I needed while in Naples. My room and bathroom was really big for the price and very well presented. Facilities in the apartment where great too with a fridge in room and small shared living room area with free coffee making facilities. As others have said, the room looks right onto a very busy street but the room was incredibly quiet with the doors closed at night. Would definitely stay here again without a doubt as I cannot fault the property.

Loved my stay here. The room was fantastic and provided everything I needed for a company stay. The air conditioning was much appreciated as well. The hostess has friendly and provided all the info I needed to know. Great, but loud location right in the center of everything. Loved the balcony 😍 I had a blast here and would visit again anytime!

The noise made it necessary to close the balcony at night, but when you do, you can hardly hear the party going on outside your room!

La situació és molt bona: a 5m o menys de moltes coses. The location is really good: 5m from some "must see" pieces of Naples. Gioia, la que porta el conjunt és una joia: molt amable i pot donar bones recomenacions en quant a restaurants etc Gioia is, as her name implies a gem and can give excellent recomendations on where to eat etc

Hi ha habitacions amb el bany ensuite (no era el meu cas i ho sabia però tot i trobar-se al costat no m'ha agradat tant). Some rooms have an ensuite bathroom (mine didn't and while I knew this in advance, I would take this into account in the future.

This is a perfectly-located, very atypical property is run in an exceptionally friendly way, with everything designed to maximise guest comfort. It is the antithesis of an hotel: much more like staying with friends. The manager went out of her way to make us comfortable, answer our questions and solve problems, not as a hotel front desk would, but as a friend with whom one were staying.

Lovely B and B right in the historic centre of Naples. I took the room with the separate bathroom which was fine. It was very spacious and had all you could need. Gioia gave me some great tips on orientating myself around the city. The room was noisy with the windows open being situated above the main street. But once the shutters were closed at night the noise wasn't really noticeable. At one point my phone charger wouldn't work and Davide brought a new one the same.evening.

Nothing. I highly recommend this B and B, but some fresh towels would make it perfect!

The owner was very friendly and in communication before check in and also helped me with my luggage when I arrived. The location of the property was excellent. It was on the door step of Spannapoli and all the shops and eateries. It was very convenient.

The shared bathroom shower drain was slow so water tended to accumulate while you are showering.

Location was amazing and very central. Room had good size and had everything you might need,including Netflix 😉 Host-Gioia was friendly and helpful,made whole stay very special. Fantastic place to start your journey and discover Napoli 💚🤍❤️

The locaton and price were exceptional. The room was surprisingly quiet despite being in the middle of the vibrant historical district. The owner Gioia was incredibly helpful and friendly, too.

There was nothing i didn't like. I just wanted somewhere simple to use as a base to explore the city and meet friends this property proved ideal. It was clean and comfortable with a fresh modern feel and a private bathroom to match.

Great stay at Decumano 23. Very central location right on the tourist street next to lots of bars and restaurants. Easy check-in, and great communication. Definitely would recommend

The host was super helpful and approachable. The room was a lovely size and super comfortable. The accommodation was right in the heart of the old town and was very nicely presented. Best accomodation I have stayed in in Italy.
