Rozi is an excellent host, helpful, and willing to help us. The apartment is in the historic center, but it's quiet. Clean, spacious room with everything you need. There is a small kitchen and a large bathroom. The extra children's room is a bit cramped but convenient. Excellent view from the balcony to the castle. A big thank you to Rozi for everything! She welcomed us a little later than the expected arrival time. She also gave us space to leave our luggage on the day of departure. I highly recommend it!!!!

Everything was perfect

Excellent communication and greeting from the host at arrival. Clear explanations. A lovely property away from the busy street, great view from balcony.

Not much we didn't like. Cooking facilities are only one hot plate which is modern, but a bit limited. On the other hand there is so much on offer just outside in central Napoli.

The host Rosa was lovely, very friendly and helpful. She gave me lots of tips of where to visit, and she was always available to help with anything. The location was perfect for the centro storico, the room was very clean and comfortable.

expected to have a cleaner in our room to change the sheets for our 5 days stay there but they didn't. very central neighborhood but very noisy at the night cause of the bars down the street..hearing noise from the bars till 6am in the morning and being on 4rth floor

They welcomed us very warmly. The room was above our expectations, in a great location in Centro Storico. We also liked the fact that they gave us a little present for the elevator. Very nice and friendly gesture! The host responses quickly and is flexible in order to help us enjoy our stay as much as possible. I would definitely recommend it and visit again!!!🇮🇹

Clean rooms and very helpful host.

It would have helped to have hooks or accessories to hang more towels. Having a small shelf in the bathroom stall will help keep soap and shampoo.

The flat is located in the Historic Center, surrounded with amazing pizzerias and shops. The Central train station is 30 mins away, however, there are metro stations nearby if you prefer. The elevator operates with 10 cents, we got a nice present from the host, she gave us coins so we could use it.

We traveled in the middle of may from Munich to Neapels in 2, a friend of mine, which is pregnant and myself. We searched for a comfortable apartment in the center. We were surprised, the stay was so wonderful, that we want to come back and we gave this apartment as well as advice to friends, who will be travelling to neaples. Where it is: The apartment is very central - All the attractions are reachable by foot or you can take the metro, if you don't want to walk, but as said, everything is really close. By a 20 minutes walk you can reach the sea and the port as well, from where you can start a lot of iterinarys like Ischia, Capri, Amalfi Coast.... You can reach in a few minutes the Main Station (only 5 stations with the metro) from where you can get f.ex. to Pompei, etc. Near the accomodation you can find bars, restaurants, etc - let you give the advice for the pizza- restaurant, it was so good! So coming to advices and hospitality: The hosts treated us in such a nice and kind way, that we felt more like family, than strangers. They where always there to help us out to answer our questions - at any time of the day. Really a big big thank you for everything you helped us with, we had such a great stay. The apartment: The Apartment is located in the middle of the old town of Napoli, in the university quater. Of course, on the weekend it can be a bit louder, because of the people in the street, but we hadn't a problem with that. The apartment is on the 4th floor with elevator which costs 10 cents per ride. The really lovely host Rosa gave us many coins (due to the fact that my friend is pregnant, which was sooo nice. Thanks from the heart. The apartment is super clean and offers you everything you need: air condition; towels, bath robes, slippers, toileteries, hair dryer, fridge... You have the feeling to be in a hotel - very comfortable beds as well! So if you decide to go to Neaples, I really would recommend you this abitation. It is fantastic!

Exceptional welcoming. Rosa and Giuseppe are fantastic kind people, very attentive to details. The location it’s fantastic in the heart of Naples to live the passionate experience of a fantastic magic city.

The property is in a perfect location: 20 min walking to Beverello and Via Toledo, 10 minutes to the Archeological museum, 5 minutes to Via dei Tribunali, and there are plenty of bars and restaurants around. It’s about 5 minutes from the closest subway and there is a taxi stop at 5 minutes. Our host was super nice and always reachable if we needed anything. The place is clean and has everything you may need during your stay, including towels, bath robes, slippers, toiletries, hair dryer, air conditioner, and even a fridge.

We didn’t have any issues with the property itself. The street is a bit noisy at night during weekends because there is a bar nearby, but this is common everywhere in the center and we were so tired that we fell asleep anyway.
