Omar, the host, was fabulous—friendly, always smiling and ready to help, spoke some English and spoke Spanish as he is from Chile. Omar helped me up to 2nd floor with my luggage. His wife was cleaning when I arrived. Bathrooms were very clean and always the toilet paper was refilled. It was non smoking and I saw Omar provided a place for one smoker in a separate part of the house, probably with a balcony. The was a refrigerator that was available for use. The location is fabulous—in the Centro Storico district. The price was right for me. I got a big private room with a balcony. Bathroom just out my door. They have dorm rooms also but not sure of the price.

I the flights of stairs but nothing can be done about that. The bed was a bit soft (spring mattress). I prefer the solid hard foam platform type. But I slept soundly as I was so tired at the end of the day from walking all day long. It would be great if they served espresso in the morning but Omar always looked busy so I understand why they don’t.

I am grateful for the offer of another room. Mario was kind and gracious to offer. The restrooms were Very clean. The bed and pillow were great! I loved the balcony, it allowed me to take in the atmosphere and smell the fresh baked goodies in the morning. The location was fine - great art district up the way. No matter where you turned there was always something interesting to explore.

As someone that uses a cane I would have appreciated a lift. It was difficult for me but I did it - good excercise.

The size of the room is comfortable and it's relatively clean. It's in a very good location, in a main street so access is easy and safe.

The staff is very friendly but doesn't speak English so communication is difficult. Also they stay in the living room almost all day so you don't feel a lot of privacy, as you need to go through there for access to bathroom and fridge. The room didn't have any windows and the hot water was limited and without enough pressure.

Omar and everyone else was super kind and accommodating, we felt very welcomed. Additionally, the shower worked great and the location was absolutely perfect for us.

Our room was very hot. There was a small fan the ran on a timer. It was ideal for the bottom bunk but did nothing for the top bunk. Despite the room being hot, we still got good sleep.

It exceeded all expectations. Central location, great place, friendly host and he understands English and Spanish - besides Italian of course. The place is their own home, which also provides a bonus experience on staying in a traditional suburban Italian home with a real Italian granny. 10/10 recommended.

The breakfast could be a little better... But on the other hand, if you are traveling to Napoli you ARE looking for food experiences outside in restaurants, street foods etc, and not eating inside your own hostel. So this part didn`t impact at all my staying. Will still definitely come back someday.

After my delayed flight and late-night arrival, I was very grateful when a host let me in. Location is excellent, close to everything Place has a small communal kitchen, hot and cold water in taps Communal areas kept clean There is a little balcony with flowers

Internet didn't work in the room

Host was really lovely. Had to change my room but had very good communication before hand and gave me the option to cancel. Was a very authentic Napoli experience.

Just abit noisy but nothing ear plugs dont sort but you exoect that with it being on a main street :) but aside that happy with it

1. Location it is in the center of Napoli 2. Price, really cheap - ideal for the students, solo travelers/backpackers who want to save money 3. Host is really nice

Lovely welcoming hosts even though the lady didn’t speak any English she was amazing! Perfect location, beautiful balcony and room! We’ve found an Italian breakfast seems to be packed Croatians and coffee but the hosts were eager to make sure we were well fed and happy!

Only one shower between a big accommodation so you may have to wait your turn. Because the bathroom was shared it was slightly dirty. The man next door to us which seemed to be a permanent resident was constantly smoking indoors, playing loud music and loud snoring during the night, although we tried to shut the door he would keep opening. Quite noisy outside our room which didn’t bother us as Naples is a busy a lively place.
