The location was great, very central in a safe lively neighborhood and close to the metro Line 1. The room was quite large, spotlessly clean, quiet at night, with a bathroom that was more of a personal spa with a private sauna. The host, Diego, is such a nice man with a lot of suggestions for places to eat and things to do in the area. As a bonus, there was coffee and tea available 24/7 in the lobby. Breakfast was from a small bar cafe next door. The man who worked there was also very friendly and greeted me enthusiastically after my first day. This will definitely be my go to place in Naples for all future visits.

My back would have preferred a firmer mattress, but others would probably be OK with it.

It was great that we were collected by a taxi at the airport and taken to our apartment as we were tired. Our guest was gracious and warm and very organised, giving clear information. The central location was brilliant. The rooms clean and airy and had everything we needed. We had tokens for breakfast at the local store which was lovely to engage with the "real Italian" culture and practice our Italian. Our guest went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and was easy/ available to contact at any time. Again, on our leaving everything was really well organised i.e taxi back to airport. I also really appreciated the fact that we could store our luggage at the property after having to vacate the room.

Ideal location in the heart of historical center closed to everything. Diego an amazing host was very helpful and supportive, he provided us detailsl and analytical information about everything a traveler needs to know. Attractions to visit, the best restaurants and important tips. He even arrange a taxi from and to the airport at a very good price considering all other options.

Cleaning details concerning the room. Shower should be thoroughly cleaned, (some mold could be removed). The fridge also should be checked and cleaned maybe more often., (there were some dirt spots).

The room was great. It looked like we expected and the bed was really comfortable. It even has a sauna, which definitely wasn't needed with the temperature outside! The location was great and the host had great communication and suggestions for places to go.

I am terrified of heights and didn't realize we had to go up to the second floor with our luggage in a small glass lift and then go along a very narrow balcony to get to our room, and subsequently every time we went in and out. This didn't bother my husband at all, but as I booked the accommodation, I probably would have chosen otherwise had I have known- simply for that fact, as it terrified me!

The room is ideally located in the heart of the Historical Centre. The air conditioning is fully functional, both in the bedroom and the bathroom area - it was a welcome relief from the August heat. Diego is a helpful and attentive host. He allowed us to leave our luggage at the property before check in, he helped us book a taxi to the airport, and he offered us good advice on what local restaurants and cafes to favour... and which ones to avoid :)

No major negatives. The alarm went off briefly when we returned, and it wasn't clear why. Thankfully it stopped after a minute. Whilst there is an elevator to the apartment, the stairs from the bedroom to the bathroom area are significant, which may be a factor for anyone with mobility issues.

The hotel is located in the heart of the old city. So, it's very closed to many tourist attractions. The hotel owner is very friendly and gave us many good advises on places to visit and places to eat.

The downside of the central location is that it might be crowded outside and therefore loud at nigh. Good earplugs can help.

The place had everything we needed, was super clean and had lots of extra amenities. Diego was very knowledgeable and helpful. He organised our taxis to and from the apartment, ensured we had everything we needed and gave us a list of local recommendations.

The only negative was that the power went out when we were staying so the aircon wasn't working. This was not the property's fault, however. The whole area was out. Really can't fault Diego's place. It was great.

Very nice location in the centre of Naples. Lovely host and nice small Italian breakfast in the cafe around the corner in the morning. Spacious room. Super clean and our host even met us at midnight for check in and organised luggage storage after the check out. Overall great experience!

A bit noisy at night time due to the city centre location, but ear plugs were provided by the host.

Diego the host was so accommodating and couldn’t do enough for his guests. We really enjoyed the close location to the historical centre and many well priced bars and restaurants! We definitely want to come back. Our room was so cosy and comfortable and we had a great night sleep.

Nothing - only that we had to leave!
