We have found our home in Naples. This sweet apartment was so cosy and comfortable. The unexpected privilege of having our balcony opposite the Music Conservatory of Naples was spine tingling. We had the privilege of listening to and watching a dress rehearsal of La Traviata in the rooms across the narrow lane way. We were pinching ourselves. Every weekday afternoon we curled up on the couch with a to hear the days practice and drift away into our siesta. The location is perfect for our love of being in the middle of a lively location but the soundproof windows meant we could rest easily in peace when we needed to. There are several small bars just below which are busy but not a problem. Our hosts were warm, welcoming and good humoured. Highly recommended 😎

At first when I saw the area, I was a bit scared because of graffiti everywhere in the streets and surrounding areas. But after exploring the area the following day, I realised that it was indeed a safe place to stay. Although the unit is located on the 2nd level and without any elevator, the staff member assisted us in bringing our luggage up the steps and again upon checking out, Pio, was kind enough to call a cab for us and brought our luggage down the steps. It was a very pleasant stay and we had a great breakfast which Pio so kindly prepared for us. I would not hesitate to book another stay at this beautiful B n B premises. 💕💕💕

I liked very nice personnel, willing to help and make the stay comfortable, and also present everyday in the house ( which is not obvious in all B&B rooms in Napoli). The location is very good in the historical center in a small street. Room was very spacious, and I liked coffee, tea and cookies in the room, as well in the common area. There was also the opportunity to have stored the luggage after check-out for free.

Everything was perfect

Apartment is located on the second floor in one of the main street. The B&B consists from 4 separate apartments. Breakfast is served in the common area. Its a great opportunity to meet other people and exchange a tips for staying in Napoli. Water an fruits available all the time. Located in one of the main streets , full of bars, shops, coffees. You can get there by foot from the train station. In the night its quiet as the apartment has the window from the opposite side that the main street. Clean and tidy we were in the family room so had a searing and kitchen area. Double glazing. Around the corner from Greek walls

Noisy outside. Bars underneath. Very scruffy exterior. No lift. Breakfast limited around a large table with other people. Not easy to find. Taxis don’t always come straight up the door Very warm but can’t open windows as too noisy

Our host was wonderful and went out of his way to make us feel welcome, by waiting back when we were late to arrive, helped us with our luggage up the stairs, and made us a wonderful espresso to go with our continental breakfast in the morning! The rooms are spacious with extra touches of snacks and tea and coffee facilitates. The location in old town is excellent.

It was a little hard to reach given how centre it is in old town, however that's the trade you make for a location like this!

Great location. The breakfast was very good. The host was pleasant and helpful.

Checking in was confusing, but that was partly my fault due to not knowing when I would arrive. I was not sure much time it would take to get from airport to B&B by train/walking and my phone was not set up to use international data, so Whatsapp was not working well for me. But, this is mostly due to me being a first time international traveller.

There is a common dining room in the accommodation, however there were not enough chairs for everyone at breakfast so we were asked to sit in the hall/reception room. There was a family at breakfast with small children who could have put the children on their laps so there would be enough chairs for everyone, but no one took care of that.

Great! Best location, easy to get to from Dante metro with suitcases. Lively noisy street but quality windows keep the noise outside. Close to historic sites. Bars etc. all close by. Felt safe. Breakfast nice. All staff friendly and helpful. Rooms tidy, spacious, well planned a well equipped.

A short taxi ride from the Garibaldi train station, it surrounded by night life, restaurants and college aged people. Once through the doors on the street, you barely heard the sounds of Saturday night. The staff came back after hours to let us check in after a quick phone call. Rooms are clean and a good size on two levels. Breakfast was good but no protein. Staff helped us locate a self service laundromat. I wish we stayed longer. A very good value for Italy.
