Very clean, staff was helpful and kind. Apartment was spacious for our family of 4. Location was amazing in the center of Napoli. We walked everywhere. Our apartment overlooking Piazza Bellini was great for people watching.

We didn't mind but if you do get the apartment we had overlooking the piazza, be warned that the students from the local art university gather there every evening for fun and libations. It can get a little loud but the double windows isolate 99% of the noise. Very minor however, it makes for an amazing and lively atmosphere. We fell in love with Napoli!

We had the most cozy stay. We were drawn by comments about breakfast, and oh, we were more than impressed! Such a wide selection of homemade deliciousness. Forget about typical hotel breakfasts - here you’ll feel as though you’re at home. The welcome was very warm: we were greeted with a smile, given advice on restaurants to visit and were told snacks are available 24/7. The room had all the necessities and a powerful AC. Despite being located in downtown, the room itself had no external noise, so even me who’s a sensitive sleeper had a very good rest. The view opening to the garden So so so grateful to the hosts!

Very nice accommodation in a good location. Responsive and kind employees. It was nice to be offered a free breakfast upon arrival, even though we were much earlier than the check-in time. The hotel has a wonderful tea cabinet, coffee and snacks are also available all day at no extra charge. The only small minus is that breakfast is only from eight, so if you have to leave earlier, you can't get a full breakfast.

The Bellini House is a 6-room property with a unique setup. It's simple, feels like home away from home, and the staff are amazing. You will get a very clean room and facilities, a simple yet delicious breakfast and access to the place like it's your own. You'll meet people and be just in the heart of Naples' historic centre. Everything is just a short walk away. The area of the hotel has plenty of restaurants, bars and trattoria, yet when you are in your room it's super quiet. I was their with my family of 4, and we loved it. Thank you for a great stay. I will definitely stay there again when in Naples.

I had booked a family room with 1 large double bed and 2 single beds. The singles were on an in room mezzanine accesable by stairs, the design is super smart, but sleeping up there can be a bit hot, as all the hot air of the room raises upward. Suggest adding a fan to circulate the air in the room.

The staff were always helpful and accommodating. The accommodation was like a comfortable home to return to after a long day of sightseeing. The location was close to metro transport with good connections to elsewhere. Plenty of restaurants and nightlife options in the area too.

No fresh milk for cereal was a bit odd. Long life milk in a carton is the only option. Occasionally cold milk would be finished and an empty carton was in the fridge. I’ve had some supposedly clean towels (wet after one use) with odd stains that I noticed while wiping down after a shower. That was either ear wax or something else nasty. I don’t regularly inspect towels and take it for granted that they will be clean and without suspicious stains. These seem like minor issues that could be easily addressed.

Excellent breakfasts taken on a shared balcony overlooking the garden of the property below. The staff were very friendly and helpful including providing a generous breakfast package for our early checkout.

Room overlooked the inner courtyard which appeared to be in the early stages of renovation. No noise disturbance but a little untidy looking. Despite the building overlooking a busy square, the rooms backed onto the garden area of the property below and were surprisingly quite .

Great location. Delicious breakfast with a huge variety and freshly made orange juice and coffee. We loved eating it on the balcony and looking out over the trees and cacti. Despite being right in the busy centre it still felt peaceful and with the doors closed we couldn't hear any noise from outside. Our room was beautiful and very large with high ceilings and great quality furnishings. Also very clean. Lovely and helpful staff, they helped us plan our holiday and showed us the best places to visit.

Our only issue was the lack of cooking utensils. The microwave, oven, fridge etc were great but we had no sharp knife or chopping board. We had to ring up, staff were very quick to sort it though. However the next day whilst we were out we returned to find the sharp knife, chopping board and our only butter knife gone. We had to ask again, staff were again quick to help us.

We had a wonderful stay at The Bellini House. Most of all, the staff was excellent and more - thank you girls for the help and support during our stay <3 Our room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfasts were tasty, rich and diverse, and kept us going for the day of discovering Naples. The garden view is really nice for breakfast - just like on the photos :-) We would definitely stay again when in Naples and can highly recommend.

Bellini was a real surprise. Being right in the center I was expecting some issues, but it was just an amazing place I will absolutely be going back with my wife next trip. Location is perfect — center of Centro Storico and 5 minute walk to Archaeological Museum. Room very well designed and modern. Bathroom fixtures modern and first rate. Beautiful terrace for breakfast on garden and incredibly quiet - in Napoli! Breakfast spread very generous anything you could want. Staff all very helpful — they nicely bring your coffee to your terrace and we’re ready to help book a car and for restaurant recommendations and reservations.

Very little to complain about. I guess I would have liked the later checkout I requested. But I understand they need to turn the rooms. The front gate was a mystery. I thought my key opened it but it did not. No one warned me that you buzz and it automatically opens. A little freak out moment there.

Carmen, and Veronica being so helpful with everything and speaking excellent English, and helping with my rubbish attempts a t italian. the quiet and large cool room with the surprisingly high ceiling, the location as it is very central and when we arrived late on Saturday right ouside our private courtyard the piazza was full of people and buzzing but you couldn't tell from the room. really wonderful, only just saw what i paid for it but it's definitely worth it for the location and the helpful and informative staff and lovely Carmen very kindly making me coffee which i'm sure isn't her job, and smiling and pointing out things on the map for me . x
