Rincuccini You enter through a massive graffiti covered door at the edge of Piazza Dante and travel up to the third floor in a unique coin operated lift (20 cent coins provided by the hotel daily) and enter into a beautiful oasis of calm. Our room was stylish with a wonderful view over the piazza and the gate to the historic centre (conveniently 2 mins walk away). Nothing is too much trouble for the staff and Lorenza was so generous with her help and advice. Breakfast is excellent and I was so grateful that they had gone the extra mile to provide me with alternative milks, lactose free yoghurts and my own vegan pastry every day. A big thank you toMena and Enzo for looking after us at breakfast each day and making the most fabulous coffee and eggs. The Metro station is also right by the hotel which makes it so easy. I would not hesitate in giving a five star review.

The only small recommendation we would make is to provide tissues and body lotion in the room.

Every detail of the room and the property was meticulously design and nice. The bed was super comfortable. Soundproof windows. And a beautiful bathroom to take a good shower after a long day touristing Napoli. Breakfast was amazing. Lots of options and with a lot of cool design. The location was perfect. Easy to get from the airport. And easy to walk around the best parts of Napoli As a solo traveler who enjoys comfort and boutique experiences this was the place to be.

The elevator needs coins to operate on the weekdays. I was lucky that on the weekends the elevator is free

The first night we were able to change the room we had booked for a much nicer corner suite. They were super accommodating. And we're grateful. The room was beautiful and we highly recommend staying here. There are some nice fresh pastries for breakfast and they will make eggs upon request. But they should skip the things in plastic both at breakfast and water glasses in the room.

Do not take the room off the breakfast room unless you're on a strict budget. I didn't like the feeling of the other guests being in the room with us (almost). The breakfast was ok, but I've never been a fan of packaged goods. Italians eat mostly sweet things for breakfast, but if you're catering to an international clientele, a better selection of fresh breads, cheese, fresh fruit, and local specialities would be nice. Cut out the plastic. Not necessary.

The location was excellent very easy to find and central to most things. The room has everything we needed and the air con was great. Staff very helpful, friendly, and obliging.

We enjoyed our stay at Rinuccini relais a lot! The accommodation is very well situated and the rooms are decorated with great taste. The staff (in our case Mariagrazia and Marco) and the driver (Lucio) were very welcoming and friendly and helped us with great tipps. Many thanks! We would definitely choose this place again!

I stayed here wnd April with my mum for 4 nights. The Rinuccini Relais was hidden behind a huge door just off of Plaza Dante a noisy and busy square. As soon as you stepped into the hotel, it was calm and quiet. The rooms were beautifully decorated, well equipped and clean. The beds very comfortable. Breakfast was very good and freshly cooked eggs or pancakes if you wanted along with a full continental spread. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble and MariaGrazia and team a credit to how it runs.

No negatives.

Location on Piazza Dante was superb and they gave us an upgraded room, which was beautifully furnished and inviting. The manager gave us a great restaurant recommendation and went over the ins and outs of their facilities clearly and in detail. They also stored our luggage in the day we checked out and asked several times if we enjoyed our stay. Given its fantastic location and professional approach, we’ll stay here again.

Better instructions about locating the entrance and reaching the hotel’s entrance would have been appreciated but we figured it out!

If you are planning a stay in Naples, this is the hotel to stay in. Myself and two friends have just returned from a three night stay there and it really is a gem in the most amazing location. The hotel is located behind a large gate, like most gates in Naples it has graffiti, but do not let this put you off, as I say, a real gem of a hotel lies behind. The hotel is on the third floor. On arrival you will be greeted by wonderful staff, including Marco, who checked us in and while we arrived very early the room was ready. He went through all the information about the hotel and answered all our questions!. The hotel is beautifully decorated. Tasteful old furniture is mixed with with modern decor. We booked the deluxe apartment that was a good size. It includes a kitchenette. Our balcony overlooked Piazza Dante but no need to worry, once the balcony doors are closed, it is peaceful. Our first night was a very lively Saturday night, but we were totally undisturbed by the noise outside!! One of the extras and is free, is to have your breakfast delivered to your room each morning. You complete your breakfast form the night before, setting out what you would like and the time you would like it. Your breakfast is delivered with a smile and warm greeting. Sitting at the table, with your balcony doors open, listening to the morning sounds of Naples and having your breakfast- nothing like it! Then there is the location of the hotel itself. It sits in the historic city, right on Piazza Dante. Everything is within walking distance. Around the corner, is Piazza Bellini and the main area of the historic city, with restaurants, bars shops and the famous Spaccanapoli street. You are just a ten minute walk to the port area, walking along Via Toledo, a large shopping street with lots of side streets and stalls. We loved Naples and this hotel was a huge part of it, location, staff, decor, ambience and service. This is a classy hotel and a must stay when in Naples

Excellent location, on the piazza and right next to the metro station. Beautiful hotel. Was very kindly given a free upgrade to a gorgeous room with 2 balconies overlooking the piazza (but very well soundproofed!). Really delicious breakfast, which I enjoyed on the balcony. The hotel was incredible value for money and I would definitely stay again, and tell friends to book, whenever in Naples.

Despite an exterior that resembles a slum the interior is glamorous and astonishing. Very high quality bed,sheets and towels.Powerful air conditioning.Room was quiet.Staff lovely.Breakfast commensurate with the high quality of the hotel. Location is excellent for exploring historical Naples.Plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby.Seemed safe.
