The room was very clean, comfortable and even though it faces into Piazza Dante, was surprisingly quiet. The manager was very helpful, friendly and communicative - contacted us before our arrival with very useful directions. We also received a map of what to see in Naples as well as recommendations for places to eat and visit. Added bonus is that the hotel is just down the road from Via Toledo as well as the historical centre. As a base for our first trip to Naples , it was exactly what we needed. We certainly enjoyed our stay and recommend it.

The strange entrance to the property and the fact that there is no mamager presence after a certain time. Having said that, we had his number and could contact him if needed.

What a fantastic property. Antonio opened communications with WhatsApp and was available the full 4 days of our stay. Antonio even picked us up from the airport and checked us in late at night on our arrival. He told us about all of the sights, where to eat, how to get around and gave us a map. The Dante metro is directly outside the entrance and is 1.50 euro to most places. It was soo easy and the square outside comes alive at night with kids playing, restaurants and drinks vendors. The continental breakfast is delivered to your room each morning on a trolley. Very quiet and comfortable with a modern contemporary design. 10 out of 10 from me the wife and 3 kids!

The manager Antonio was kind to reach out before I got there and helped with our bags as there was no elevator. It was about 3 flights of steps though so not too bad. He also sent us tips on places to go, food, etc. It was very nice. The location was perfect, amenities modern and in top shape, AC worked excellently. I loved that the room had a little balcony that overlooked Piazza Dante and very nice to sit and have a drink at night. I will stay again and recommend this to anyone coming to Napoli.

The bed was too soft and not suitable for people with back issues. Otherwise, it was okay. The breakfast was minimal but fresh and pleasant. Especially for the amount paid.

Initially I was sceptical to book this b and b,I'm soo glad I booked it, the entrance is nice and safe..Antonio was always helpful in booking the taxis and for reasonable prices.the location is in the heart of the city. A supermarket is in the corner,a gelato ice cream place is literally on the bottom of the b and b and is hussy buzzing area,soo safe and there is an Istanbul kebab in the square for 6 euros..you get a whole meal..the shopping is very reasonable and the whole street is vibrant till 2a.m in the morning..I felt soo safe and please this is a genuine review,I went with my daughter and safety was less than none..I would definitely go back without any hesitation..Antonio gets 10/10..such a lovely guy and extremely helpful

Very central and clean modern rooms with comfortable bed and nice continental breakfast. Well noise insulated as anyone who knows Naples will appreciate. The manager Antonio was very helpful and helped us with our cases both ways. Having been in Sorrento for a wedding we had more luggage than usual. He and the lady who served us breakfast were very friendly. Antonio offered help with dining suggestions and places to visit as well as taxi booking. There was an issue with the air conditioning whilst we were there and I could see it was a stressful issue but he acted very professionally and made sure we were comfortable and did all he could for it not to inconvenience us. A very big help was allowing us to leave our cases for a while until our taxi pick up which was very helpful indeed. Entrance is from the street through the gallery of a shop but you have your own keys for the main door and a contactless entry for your room. Everything is modern and up to date.

Stairs but that’s minor and you will find the same issue all over Naples due to the way b&bs are in apartment buildings for the most part.

I was very sceptical to book this because I do not have experience with B&Bs but I went off the reviews they have which are all very good. I am so glad I chose this one! The location couldn’t be better- right next to metro and in the middle of everything you need. I was worried about it being above a shop but when I saw the others in the area in alleyways and dark backstreets, I was happy to be staying there. It had everything we needed, comfortable, minimal and clean. They provide a breakfast tray in the morning which is just the right thing to start the day and having a balcony was a real treat. The property initially looks a bit strange as you have to go through the shop but it was very safe and no trouble at all. Very well sound proofed and the doors are self locking so you don’t have to worry about people not locking them. Finally, the owners are great. They contacted us ahead of the booking to see if we needed anything and you can contact them on WhatsApp at any time. Thanks so much for a great stay, would 100% recommend and stay again.

The only things I’d like to see if I stayed again is for underneath the beds to be hoovered as it was quite dusty and not good for allergies and the shower didn’t drain properly on the first day but it seemed like they sorted it on the second.

The location was absolutely fantastic; everything was on your doorstep. The property felt minimal and clean; I could compare it to a UK Ibis. After staying at another property before this, we felt a little deflated. The photos make the property look better. It needed some TLC. We loved that the room was very soundproof considering the noise outside. The little balcony was cute, great to sit and watch the world in action. We had to depart early so breakfast provided by local cafe was a nice touch.

The drain in the shower floods; you had to remove it so the water could drain. No milk for tea

The location was so convenient -- right across the street from the metro station, and within walking distance to a lot of things to do in Naples. It was a little tricky to find at first since it is actually located on the upper floor of a shoe store, but just look out for the CityKey Napoli sign on the building. Even though it is busy outside, the place is really quiet inside the building and we slept very well. Make sure to check your emails and notify the manager of your estimated arrival time since the front desk is not 24/7! We forgot to notify them which was our fault, so we had to wait 30 min before someone could arrive to check us in, but they were very responsive and the check in process was smooth. The staff was very nice and accommodating. We would stay here again!

The location is great, being in the city centre of Napoli there are plenty of key attractions nearby. Napoli Centrale is about 15 minutes in a car or 30 minutes walk, which we didn't mind as there is plenty to see on the way. The room was spacious, modern and quiet. Breakfast is served in the room on a trolly which we really enjoyed and you can choose what time. Fresh coffee, juice, croissants, yogurt are some of the items we received. Antonio is brilliant, from day one was extremely helpful and informative, He gave us a map and circled key locations and things to do. Also texted us with day trips and restaurant/bar recommendations. Carmela is also wonderful, who serves the breakfast and cleans the rooms. Lastly Antonio was always available if you wanted any information or issues.

Perfect location directly across from the Metro and walking distance to lots of great places. Perfect location for exploring Naples with little ones. Antonio was so friendly and helpful. We had a very late check in and Antonio arranged a seamless late check-in and airport pick-up (even coming to collect us himself). Great little place, with gorgeous fresh pastries and coffee delivered to the room each morning.
