I'd read reviews online about the hotel being hard to find and there being a lack of staff around to meet you or answer any questions. This couldn't be further away from what we experienced. The communication from the hotel prior to our arrival was amazing, we were sent detailed instructions to find and enter the property and someone was there when we arrived. We could store luggage on arrival and departure which really helped. The rooms was spacious and spotless and with a super comfy bed and perfect aircon! The hotel is perfectly situated opposite Dante Metro station and pretty much next door to a supermarket this is the perfect location for exploring Naples and the Amalfi coast.

Fantastic location right next to Dante metro with links across naples, lively noisy authentic street but big double patio doors block out sound when needed, very clean, safe, spacious accommodation with big bathroom, powerful shower and good air con, lovely owners with excellent communication, they were available when needed but very easy going environment and 24 hour access with code given to enter main building.

The bed was two singles pushed together, would have preferred one big mattress and mattresses were quite firm but to be fair not uncomfortable at all and if you like a firmer feel this could be a good thing.

The location is superb, situated between the Centro Storico and the Spanish Quarter both within easy walking distance and a Metro station 30 yards away for further excursions. Our room overlooked the Piazza Dante which was always buzzing with life, with plenty of bars, cafes and restaurants. We were warmly welcomed by Guido who gave us a coffee whilst our room was prepared ( we arrived very early and didn't expect to be able to check in but they accommodated that too!) Our room was spacious, bed very comfortable, excellent shower, bidet, toiletries and hair dryer. Guido and his team were excellent and always happy to help and advise. Naples was fabulous!

If I was being very picky, the towels could be thicker and fluffier and the toilet paper higher quality.

I stayed at this property for 3 nights. The location is excellent — right next to a central metro station and a square with restaurants and cafés. The staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean, the bed was comfortable with a good mattress and pillows, and the bathroom was also clean and spacious.

While the entrance of the building is quite old and the shared areas outside the property are neglected and not very clean, the interior common areas of the accommodation itself were spotless.

We were looking for an accommodation option with breakfast, its availability was very important for us. Therefore, we did not consider many apartment options on the booking.com and settled on this one. In fact, there was no breakfast. There is some offer for 7 euros (coffee and a croissant in the cafe opposite?? we did not receive a clear answer or instructions). The man at the reception, when we asked him in the morning about breakfast, waved his hand vaguely and said that there were many cafes around.There are many cafes, but there are all seats were occupied, and since we were in a hurry to catch the train, it was a stressful situation. The next day, when we had more time, we were able to have breakfast at a cafe around the corner. There are problems with sockets in the room.

The apartment building was very centrally located - walking distance from many sights and very close to a metro station. Communication from the host was excellent - all required information for check-in was sent via whats app in advance with photos and videos to explain everything. The room was spacious.

I only met the host once and felt he was somewhat aggressive towards me - maybe it was lost in translation. Very minor point but bottles of water in the room charged at 1 euro - at that price perhaps a couple of free bottles would be a nice gesture?

A lovely room in the heart of historic Naples. Our room was upgraded and we had a lovely balcony that open doors to the main street. Room was very clean and comfy bed. The host was lovely, he gave us a tour of the room as well as tips on where to eat and what to see. Location is prime, near the metro, lots of shops, restaurants and walking distance to points of interest. It's on the Main Street that walk down to the Spanish Quarters and the harbour. Easily accessible to the airport too. There are lovely cafes downstairs, we had some of the best coffees in Naples. We will definitely return again. Excellent value for money.

We had a lovely stay!

The staff was very nice to let us check in early, and she also give us some recommendations for our trip. The room was clean with private bathroom; the bed was very comfortable too. The metro station is just right across the street, and there are a lot of good places to eat near the hotel.

The door leading to the place was a bit hard to open, the elevator is small, fitting only 1 person 1 luggage. Moreover, they didn't change our towels daily. But overall, a great experience.

We liked Guido & his helpfulness! We liked the beds, the spacious bathroom and loved the little balcony we could step out on & overlook the city square. We also appreciated the location - central to the city square, market just around the corner, close to many places to eat & no too far from other areas we wanted to explore on foot.

The air conditioning in our room was poorly located in the entryway. It was always cool when we stepped thru the doorway, but unfortunately that didn't translate into a cool bedroom as the bed isn't near the air conditioner. Thus, our room was not as cool as we needed it to be while the days were still quite hot.

the location is great close to attractions, tourist bus stop clean,.the area is full of life. The building has more than 300 years but the hotel indide is modern, clean and comfortable wirh everything you may need and also you feel very secure. Valerie is great!! she helps us with booking taxis...calculating times and touristic info...we really appreciate her help. I highly recommended this place we were very impressed and happy with our selection!!!
