Vanna was an amazing host. She was very responsive, gave us lots of travel tips, got our room ready early, and gave us a great breakfast everyday. The location was really great, super close to a metro station, the street of pizza, the Spanish quarters, and most other sights! The room was also very comfortable, with lots of amenities, and beds were made daily. Would highly recommend!

Nothing that we didn't already mostly expect - it's in an old building at the end of some small streets in an old part of town, so it has a slightly old and run down feel (though the rooms feel far more modern than that). If you're looking for totally modern overall, this may not be it, but it's amazing bang for our buck for travelers like us!

The hostess Vanna, as mentioned in many other reviews, is very kind, helpful and gave us lots of tips and advice. She was reachable by message our entire stay for any and all questions we had. The location was right in the middle of the spanish quarter, the castle hill (st elmo) which was the perfect spot to watch the sunset, and the historic center. We also had a nice view of a yet unidentified duomo (we forgot to ask). And we got snacks, much appreciated for a hurried morning :)

The shower seemed impossible to get a comfortable temperature, and the bed was rather noisy. This shouldn’t be a problem unless you move a lot in your sleep. (Sorry to my travel buddy)

Vanna is a wonderful hostess. She is very nice and helpful and gave us many good advice and tips for our sightseeing. The room is cozy, spacious,and tastefully decorated. There is a balcony where my husband can smoke, which my husband love a great deal. The breakfast is a treat!

The only pity is that the shower water is not stable and sometimes have to wait a while for the hot water to come. The breakfast is great, but if there is some variation, it will be even better. We stayed for five nights and had four same breakfast.

Vanna, our host, was very helpful with advising on ferries, restaurants. She provided a delicious traditional breakfast and lots of variety- yoghurt, cheese, delicious sfogliatelle and coffee.

the piazzetta outside the accomodation is currently used as parking lot, which i didn't expect, but the view of Vormero and the beautiful church more than made up for that. An advantage was that taxis can pull up directly in front of the accommodation

I had a wonderful stay here and was most impressed by the hostess, Vanna. She was incredibly attentive, caring, and always ready to help. Thanks to her recommendations, I was able to visit the best places in the city and fully enjoy my stay. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, but it was Vanna's hospitality and kindness that truly made this experience unforgettable. I highly recommend this place!

We loved everything about this property ❤️ First of all, Signora Vanna is exceptional, extremely welcoming and very helpful. Our room (orange room) was exactly as described in the photos and very clean. After a busy day, we appreciated the fact the property had a lift. The location is fantastic: just off Toledo Street, the Main Street for shopping, 3 mins away from Metroplitana station and walking distance from the famous Spanish Quarters and Spaccanapoli. Each morning we were greeted by delicious smells from the kitchen, nice variety of sweet and savoury home-made food. We definitely recommend 😊

Great accommodation in an excellent location for exploring the city. Just a few minutes walk to the old quarter, the Spanish quarter and the funicular railway. Host Vanna went out of her way to make us feel at home and give tips in the best places to visit.

Accommodation was excellent but shower was a little temperamental.

Everything, from the host Vanna who is sweet that even gave us something to celebrate our wedding anniversary and made an effort to help us to booked a restaurant... We really appreciated it thank you....The location near from everything.. cleanliness of the room, the breakfast and the view from the balcony..

Very quiet location, yet, very close to the historic centre. It was 5 min walk from restaurants and cafes. And less than 30 min walk from interesting sights: seaside, MANN, ...Breakfast was varied and abundant. Rooms were very spacious, clean, and with a good hot shower. Vanna, our hostess, was really helpful and kind giving us lots of advice.

We liked everything, but maybe a bit pricey.

The property has a central but quiet location with a lovely view from the French balcony. Funicolare, metro and via Toldeo are a stone’s throw away, as well as plethora of shops & restaurants. Vanna is a considerate, professional and available host. Spacious & clean room (we stayed in the green room with mezzanine) with ac, coffee machine, kettle and even a fridge. Nice breakfast with local delicacies like sfogliatellas.

In the shower you need to wait a while for hot water.
