I loved the big hotel room. Loved the ease of checking in through the video sent. I loved that it was so very central. I loved the fact that i found tea and coffee in our room. I loved the decor and the spacious bathroom with showergel, soap, and caps supplied. I loved that the owner welcomed us and also got in touch to check that all was ok. I loved that the water and drinks in the fridge were available without being expensive. I loved the friendly chambermaid checking on us if all was ok. It was surrounded by restaurants, Cafes and shops. Dante Square was just 1 minute walk.Actually, I simply loved everything.

The fact that only one person at a time in lift was allowed. No problem walking down. I would have liked to see a coat hook on entry to the room. It was not a problem, but it would have been useful.

the location, the view of dante plaza, the room was newer, the shower was great! the towels were big and all cotton which I loved. there was towel warming rack and a bidet which seems to be standard at most hotels. felt safe as I was solo traveling.

the lock to the door to the floor where the room was located 3rd floor, it was very hard to turn key and had very hard time to open it. one night was late and had to call the manager to get the door opened, he was nice and tried to help the best as he could, he thought I should be able to open but I couldnt, he was able to get someone right away and open the lock was very helpful.

It was lovely. Spacious-comfortable beds-nice shower-great closet space- love the balcony - love the character of the building -close to everything you’d ever want to shop for !! Every need met quickly. Very good communication with manager and staff!

One elevator-only two allowed at a time- I didn’t mine the challenge of the stairs, didn’t want to wait since the elevator was slow- others may not want to climb the stairs though - Somewhat noisy since in the city.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay ! I must give a special shoutout to Bruno at the reception who was incredibly nice, friendly, and an all-around good person. His warmth and hospitality truly made my stay memorable. I can't wait to visit again.The accommodations were cozy and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a fantastic experience!

Although there was a slight initial odor emanating from the bathroom, it quickly dissipated, and it didn't detract from my overall positive experience. However, it would be beneficial if the staff could address this issue to ensure the comfort of future guests. Despite this minor inconvenience, I still thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the B&B and would highly recommend it to others. Plus, Bruno's exceptional service truly made a difference!

The location is great! Lots of local restaurants, we felt very safe walking around exploring. The rooms were clean, the bathrooms had great facilities, hot water and great water pressure. The beds were comfortable and the team were lovely, super helpful and keen to help.

The building and neighbourhood exterior is deceptive at first sight and might appear dubious, especially in the dark, but it couldn’t be further from it.

Great location, right next to the Dante metro station. It's easy to walk to the city centre. There are many restaurants, cafés and stores nearby. The staff is very helpful. It is very easy to communicate with them through WhatsApp. All the basics were available in the room. The bathroom was renovated. WiFi worked without any problems. I would really recommend this place for young city explorers.

One has to realize that the hotel is in a historical, old building. It's not very convenient if you have a little toddler or you are a big family or you travel with a lot of luggage. The room could have been a little cleaner. It is a bit on the expensive side, considering that breakfast is not included or there is no complementary minibar.

A great location between the old town and the Spanish Quarter. The harbour is within walking distance (~25 mins) but frequent metro or buses to all locations were also available as well. The funicular to Vomero (Stazione Di Montesanto) is only a short distance away as well if you want views over Napoli. The room was large and clean with a modern bathroom. A/C and wifi were both good. Light and sound isolation was also good. Staff were friendly and helpful (shout out to Felice!)

Great room in a great area close to the stations for Naples and close to great restaurants and other walking areas. Staff was wonderful and amazing enough to get our room ready for us early even though we arrived at 10:30AM. Hosts were also extremely communicative and helpful throughout our stay. The building was very secure and felt very safe during our stay.

Only issues we had were that the AC was not properly working the first night but they were able to fix it promptly and we had no other issues with it.

The property is very close to the train station,restaurants and the port. Getting around the city was quite easy to do Felice is a very good host,he kept in contact and help us out with transport from the airport to the apartment, the after hours check in instructions were very thorough and helpful, we managed it with ease.

We really can’t fault the property, it’s good value for money when the costs are shared by 2 couples, the only thing that I could say is if there were 2 toilets that would of been perfect.

Loved the apartment and balconies, hosts provided everything we could need. Location was great.

We were giving instructions of how to operate the lift(elevator) when it was actually out of service during our stay. From previous reviews it seems that it’s almost always out of service so just needs to be noted for those guests who can’t go up too many flights of stairs.
