When you arrive at the property address,it's a bit confusing.You enter through huge Wooden gates which are very plentiful in Naples.There is a big Marble old stairway up.You get bit of shock but then you open a door on first floor into the accommodation.What a contrast and lovely surprise.Beautiful Reception, beautiful clean odours.Beautiful rooms.So clean , comfortable and well equipped.Guido The Manager Owner,So helpful ,welcoming and charming We noticed while taking a shower, that the rainwater shower didn't work.We reported it to Guido ,who by the way is available 24hrs on what's app,was so apologetic and moved us to his best room and got the shower fixed as soon as possible.The shower was wonderful, room plenty big ,Bed super comfy with dly house keeping and fresh towels.Highly recommend.

The location - on a small street branching off piazza Dante - is perfect for exploring Naples. The staff were very nice and accommodating. There is an elevator in the building - a must for families with buggies. Despite the central location the place is quiet providing great sleep quality. The bed was large and comfy. Overall we liked it very much.

The room service could be a tad better. The quantities of toilet paper were simply insufficient for 3 people.

The Maison de Charme is located in the heart of the old city just off the Via Toledo, moments from Piazza Dante and the metro station. It is also very close to Montesanto metro and a handy supermarket. We did not realise until we arrived how well located it is - ideal for exploring all parts of the city. We felt that we had a real Neapolitan experience. The staff were very friendly and very helpful.

The safe could have been bigger.

Lovely small hotel in an excellent location a short walk into both the Spanish Quarter and the Centro Storico. Staff were friendly and helpful, providing free coffee and advice / tips. The room was comfortable. They were able to arrange a driver to take us to the airport at the end of our stay too, at reasonable cost. Would definitely stay here again.

The only thing to be aware of is that the location is very noisy at night with traffic and sirens (I think it's near a hospital?). There are substantial shutters which block out a lot of the noise but it's still there through the night.

Facility was very clean & well kept. Great location, easy to access. Walkable to great food and metro to reach other destinations was literally around the corner.

Everything about the facility was very good except that the AC doesn’t get very cold - there was a heat wave when my family visited in August. Also, I booked a room with 2 beds and some sort of division between the two for privacy - the room we got had a bed & a pull out couch which was not the most comfortable - but we made the best of it!

The location is very good. We could walk to most of what we wanted to see. Otherwise, the underground is 1 minute away and a ticket within Naples was €1.30. Lots of places to eat and drink within a few minutes walk. Our communication with the property was excellent. They organised a taxi and sent videos of how to access the property when arriving late.

There was renovation happening on the building which meant scaffolding right across our balcony. This meant the room was dark. Hopefully this will be gone soon.

The staff were very helpful, and proactive in ensuring I knew how to get there and enter as I was arriving outside of reception hours. They were available to provide local knowledge and even helped me print off some of my travel itinerary without charge. The location was excellent, close to eateries, shops and public transport but to be honest, I like walking and everything I wanted was within walking distance. I had a great stay and would recommend this for anyone wanting to stay in Naples.

Safe, clean, and friendly! Guido was attentive and detailed. His English is very good and he shared clear instructions on how to enter the building and locate the room key when we shared our Whatsapp #. This location is in the heart of the central district and across the street from the Dante metro station. The metro here is clean, new and very easy to navigate so this location was perfect for exploring!

The room was just as I expected it from the pictures online, the bed was very comfortable and everything was perfectly clean. Our host was in contact a few days beforehand with details of how to acces the building so we knew exactly what to do. When we left, he very kindly ordered a taxi for pick up later and arranged the price as well.

Unfortunately at the time we stayed, there was a scaffolding around the building which completely obscured any view from the balcony . Our host was frustrated by the fact it was still up after the work had finished but he was unable to get the authorities to take it down.

This is the kind of place you want to keep secret to yourself, but I won't give in to the temptation! First, the location is excellent--across from the subway, museums, and main streets, and eminently walkable to the main areas of old Naples too (even the port is not so far if you like walking). Guido was so very kind and helpful, and took excellent care of us during our stay--from getting us extra towels to recommending a driver! Even during a crazy October heat wave, the rooms were comfortable, quiet, clean, and large. Truly a traveler's delight!
