Lorenza was amazing with her knowledge of Naples. The room was very comfortable and in a great location

Breakfast could have been better. The outside of the hotel was disappointing and difficult to find.

The location was fantastic for everything, Spanish Quarters and historic center on either side. The BnB has several rooms and a small breakfast room, it is serviced at certain hours during the day. The building has been an old palazzo,so it has that antique feel all around, also entering the building through the "door" in the ancient door, walking through the old stone courtyard to the building stairs. I felt very safe in the neighborhood, also in the building, although it has several keys and an old door, all atmospheric, don't panic with keys, they will work! My room was lovely with chandeliers, I liked the decor, it fit well with Napoli. Shower was great, clean, staff were really really lovely.

I did fiddle with the keys but without panic they worked! Breakfast is Italian, so to be expected, sweet croissants, yoghurt, fruit, cereal. Coffee excellent of course. Ear plugs for morning and traffic at night, it is Naples and boisterous! The old stone stairs to the BnB are very wide. 40 steps, with pauses it was completely manageable.

We had a wonderful stay! The staff was very polite, kind, and helpful. The accommodation fully met our expectations based on the photos. The location is excellent—almost everything is within walking distance. There are great breakfast spots, cafés, excellent restaurants, and a local market in the surrounding streets. We can highly recommend this place and would love to return in the future!

The location was amazing, right in the middle between Centro Storico and Quartieri Spagnoli. The room was very clean and was cleaned daily, and the staff was super nice and helpful!

The breakfast was nice but a little basic. Getting there was a little too confusing because there is no signage at all, and we didn't get any instructions beforehand. You need to get into the building and climb the stairs to the 2nd floor where the entrance is.

The staff were absolutely wonderful -- so generous and kind. They stayed during their lunch break to check me in and were always very solicitous. The room was also pretty big by European sizes. The location is very central.

My room was RIGHT off reception, which startled me a bit. It wasn't completely clean my first day. Breakfast is not great -- there are some croissants, cookies, and yogurt. I was surprised by all the amazing reviews, because while this was fine, it wasn't that great. I would've liked some hard boiled eggs or other healthier options.

Fabulous accommodation on the main thoroughfare of Naples . Do not be put off by the front door , as behind it lies a beautiful bed and breakfast. Sam the receptionist who checked us in couldn’t be more helpful with organising breakfast early before we left , local restaurants to eat , places to visit and organising a taxi to the airport. Recommend this place highly, great value for the centre of Naples .

La Bella Napoli B&B was perfect for our short stay in Naples. What set it apart was the excellent service we had while there. Ahead of time, La Bella Napoli accepted our late arrival for a small fee and reached out by WhatsApp on the day. Afterwards when we left our Amazon firestick behind, they went to the trouble of posting it back to us. While we were there, breakfasts were served with a smile. The location was very central and convenient to explore Naples or be picked up by the tour we did of Pompeii. The place felt like an authentic residence of Naples - a little place of calm in the bustle. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a short stay.

We booked a bedroom with a jacuzzi and unfortunately it wasn’t working but we were still able to use it as a bath. La Bella Napoli was up a few flights of stairs - there may have been a lift but I wouldn’t have chanced it - so if accessibility is a concern I would double check. The breakfast, while tasty, was slightly basic due to the limited facilities there.

Accommodation was really good, nice welcome from the staff (special thanks to Sam for all advises and good french language). Very good breakfast. Situation is exceptionnal (historical center and Spagnola area). Metro Line 1 really close by.

Only 1 negative point to notice : access is a bit tricky. Second floor without elevator, not easy when having luggages, but not impossible. I would advise to indicate better B&B entry at the main door on the street.

Location is excellent, being very central. Staff is also excellent. Sam made me very welcome with her genuine kindness and care. The room and bathroom were immaculately clean.

This morning (on my last day at the B&B) an American woman arrived early (at about 9am) when we guests were enjoying our breakfast. She expected to go straight to her room, even though check-in is clearly stated to be late during the day. She was unpleasant and rude. In fact, quite disrespectfully to the host and to us all, she made a point of sleeping very unelegantly on the nice little sofa at the entrance of the B&B. I felt sorry for our lovely host. Such arrogant guests with no manners should not be welcome.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The beds and the pillows were awesome! What was great was the location, in via Toledo where there are shops and, of course, many bars around. The neighborhood is safe and so vivid. You get the nice vibe of this beautiful city. What I liked the most overall was the two kind girls at the reception, Lorenza and Sam. It was so nice waking up and seeing their smiles always very helpful, making our breakfast and our coffee every morning, helping us with the sightseeing, with booking a taxi for the airport for us. I appreciated their professionalism and their kindness. Congratulations, girls! I will definitely go back to Napoli, and i would choose this hotel again!

The only thing I could mention as negative was the fact that the breakfast hadn't any salty choices. I mean, like cheese or eggs or something like this. But it's OK!! Still was a nice breakfast served by nice people with kindness.
