Location was ok, breakfast was great - fresh croissant with cappuccino (other options were available like yoghurt) - host was nice and room was great 🙂no problem with communication

Isolation, even though there was a big difference between window opened and window closed so not sure more can be done for that area. Also, a lot of motorbikes and pretty alive city during night ☺️(maybe because there were football games in this period) so just bring some earplugs to be sure

Continental breakfast was good especially the fresh orange juice each morning and croisants. our room was quiet. We had the superior double room, the 2nd bed is an ottoman with fold out bed. the location is directly in Spaccanapoli neighborhood. Was convenient to lots of sightseeing, restaurants, etc.

Location was excellent. Not easy to find- clearer signage of hotel name would be helpful. Host was excellent. Breakfast was simple but enough

Clearer instructions on location and key pad entrance . Clearer numbers on pad also needed.

The location was amazing. Very quiet considering the accommodation is central. Fabulous host, really helpful. We had a very early morning flight and they sorted us a taxi no problem. Lovely and clean. Would recommend and would stay again.

Could have a few more breakfast options but the pastries were fresh each day.

The hotel is fantastic. It’s a great location, the rooms are very spacious and comfortable and it is value. Our host Anna, was so kind and accommodating, would highly recommend.

The location couldnt be better, really close to the city centre, to the old Town! Lady Vittoria was very kind, and helpful, served us breakfast every morning with fresh croissants, it was amazing! We could leave our luggage at the reception before check-in and after check-out as well!

It was really hot, but fortunately there is AC.

very clean room and nice bathroom. the position is very central, nice breakfast.

unfortunately we have been accused to take away the towels from the room in a very aggressive manner(used just to go to the beach), as I have done for every place where I’ve been. the rudeness is quite a common thing in Napoli.

The location is great, really close to the city centre. The vicinity of the metro station is also very helpful to get around quick. The reception was welcoming and friendly. Thanks goodness for the AC, otherwise it would’ve been too hot. Lady Vittoria made sure to serve us breakfast every morning :)

We would’ve preferred if there were separate bed sheets and not one for the two of us.

Lady Vittoria is an excellent host. She keeps the place spotlessly clean and will go the extra mile to make your stay a good one.

Everything was great

We’ve had a lovely time over there. Fantastic location to explore, the room was immaculate, clean, new and good size.

Nothing that we didn’t like- just could have more things for breakfast (cheese and fruits)
