Easy check in with detailed instructions, while we didn't see any staff but the cleaners, communication via WhatsApp was easy. Lots of towels and good facilities including fridge and kettle.

WiFi was patchy. Breakfast was from a nearby cafe who unfortunately only had sweets to offer (I was looking for the toast option as per the card said) when we showed up at 10am and it was only from 7-1030 so we could only redeem it once out of 3 nights as we left early on the last morning. We stayed there on the weekend and people were drinking and talking and yelling all night, every night (it's right off a main road) so heaps of noise as it is only on level 1.

Location is very good next to the Spanish quarters, nightlife, and archaeological museum. Ferries to Capri and other islands are 15 minutes walk away. The room was very spacious and clean. Check-in and communication was comfortable and efficient.

Bedsheets and bathroom furniture are a bit worn with little holes, and shower doors maybe not closing properly. I didnt mind but might put someone else off. The house is located along a wider street and there is noise coming into the room. Earplugs are a good idea.

We loved the apartment location and it was clean and spacious for the two of us. The apartment was close to all the attractions we wanted to visit. We loved the vibrancy of the city, the people we met. We were excited for the soccer team when they won the Napoli Italian title in 33 yrs on May 4th. The celebration did not stop until about 5am. We enjoyed their celebrations where we were but if you had young children, it would not have been good at this location. The pastry we had for breakfast (down the street from the apartment) was delicious. We usually chose croissant and coffee. When we got tired, we were able to come back and take a short rest before heading out again to explore. The host was very accommodating since we had to leave our luggage for half the day before our ferry's departure time on check out day.

What is up with all the street trash? It took us a while to get used to the broken bottles (before soccer title win) and garbage lying around. Once past this, we had a great time in Naples.

Arrival instructions via WhatsApp very clear for self check in. However, we were lucky to bump into the proprietor at reception who checked us in smoothly, and kindly booked us an airport taxi for the next morning. Breakfast was round the corner in a friendly bar,using the vouchers supplied. Had we not met someone in person, I am sure it would have been fine because communication was excellent. The room was perfect for a central stay in Napoli...

There was quite a lot of street noise which went quieter after midnight - but you are in the centre of a busy city so what can you expect!!

The location of the accommodation is very good, walkable distance to the main sights. The breakfast is in a nearby cafe, which had very nice pastries and great coffee.

The bed was quite hard and not the most comfortable. There was also a bit of noise from the street, but closing the shutters helped.

Need better directions. cab driver dropped us some other place and that was disappointing as we couldn’t find our way. got to property - only managed to get in after a resident of the building called someone on phone. had been waiting half an hour outside and no one answering bell as no one on site. we did not have internet at the time. the reception area downstairs was closed. friendly staff when he arrived but mix up with room keys with next door. no tea or coffee in room just kettle! quite frustrating but room was nice. keys were left on locked box but did not get a code and unable to access through main door. just needs better communication!

Spacious room in a great location. Easy self check in and check out. Breakfast included in a bar nearby was good.

Need a new mattress, thicker and more comfortable.

Situated not far away from the Shuttle Bus Stop to/from the airport and close to many sights Naples has to offer, this place was a great starting point for exploration - on foot or by public transportation. The flat was very clean and well taken care of. It's in a well lit and lively area, so we (a group of females only) felt perfectly safe in and around it. The B&B works with a small cute cafe just across the street, where you can pick your coffee and breakfast pastry of choice with a coupon card you get.

Excellent location! Brilliant communication with the host with easy instructions to access the apartment. The apartment was very spacious, clean and had everything we needed. We only stayed one night but would love to return and stay longer!

Everything was perfect!

Located in the heart of the city, modern accommodation with a living-room and bedroom. Bed linen and towels are provided, there was always warm and great smell in the apartment when arriving home in late evening.

At night it was a bit noisy because of the street however if someone walks enough during the day will definitely sleep and do not consider the cars outside.
