You cannot get a better location than this accomodation. We were in the heart of the city and able to walk everywhere. There were so many incredible restaurants right at the doorstep. The room was so spacious and beautiful and so well maintained and clean! It did only have the one window that looked out to a courtyard so the room doesn’t get a whole lot of natural light, but this didn’t bother us too much as the room made up for it and there are soft lights and bright lights in the room. The aircon worked really well too. The host was so helpful, showing us where to go and things to do in Naples which was so appreciated. If we ever come back to Naples, we know where we’re staying!

I got a friendly reception and good tips about Naples when I arrived. My questions were replied quickly via chat. Palazzo Toledano was a perfect location for exploring Naples. The breakfast is served at a cafe just a few steps from the front door so it was very easy to walk there in the mornings. It was a hot week so +++ for a well functioning air conditioning in the room and a fridge with water bottles in the corridor.

For me everything worked fine. If you are physically challenged this may not be the best accommodation because this is an old house so the front door is very narrow and there are some steps on the way to the room.

Gianluca and Fiorella had been wonderful hosts, who gave us a lot of recommendations for spots to visit and restaurants to try. Room was comfy, quiet and was cleaned every day. A nice add-on was the fridge with free water bottles to be taken to stay hydrated during our tours.

If I had to find something, that could be improved, is to offer a bigger hair dryer.. but the one given was also ok :)

The apartment is very centrally located and nearby a metro station. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and check-in procedure easy. The breakfast is in a nearby bar, and is good (typically Italian, only sweet).

The apartment we stayed in (no. 1) is very dark. The window gives out on a small inner courtyard, and it is impossible to see the sky (you can't see what weather it is, for example). You always need to have the light turned on. The mattress was too soft for our taste (but then we prefer very hard mattresses).

We had a fantastic stay at Palazzo Toledano. We were in a great location; right in the heart of Naples. Close to restaurants and supermarket, close to historic centre. The breakfast was via a voucher for a cafe down the road which a standard Italian breakfast of coffee/pastry/juice. The staff were very pleasant and very helpful. We would definitely recommend to our family and friends.

Firstly the host... Fiorella...what a host. Fabulous from the time we arrived and very attentive and available at anytime. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Location was excellent bang in the middle of Via Toledo which is the main shopping St of Naples...and all side alley's/road lead off the magical bars/restaurants/shops. Highly recommended.

The most unexpected wonder. Don't let the big green graffitied door fool you. Once inside it it is beautiful. Room is comfortable, (we stayed in the room with the wall) insanely clean, bed is comfy with a choice of pillows, daily service. The breakfast is a block down with fresh pastry, fresh squeezed blood orange and any type of coffee. Grab a water at the room before you go or any time, which is a major issue for us water drinking americans. Location was excellent in historic area in between the Spanish section and the Roman section historically. Fiorella was a lovely host with all kinds of recommendations.

Clean and modern looking room with comfortable bed.

Only instant coffee/tea provided in room and property is not that near to metro station. By far the least value to quality ratio room throughout our stay in Italy. Could get a hotel with nice buffet spread with freeflow hot beverages at same price.

Fantastic location within walking distance of so many places. Fiorella met us on arrival and was on hand if we had any issues. The decor of the room had a mid century modern feel to it. Beautiful white linen and the most comfortable bed really added to our stay and we looked forward to coming back to the palazzo in the evenings after enjoying the beautiful city, food and weather. We loved Palazzo Toledano ❤️

Location was excellent, very convenient for exploring the city. Despite being on a busy main road, the room faced an inner courtyard so was very quiet at night. The room was modern and clean, and the staff very helpful. They let us leave our bags and provided free water.
