The hosts are just wonderful! They were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Kiko went out of his way to help us navigate the city. He even walked with us to direct us to where we can change money. They had a kitchenette fully stacked with breakfast items, fruits and snacks, accessible throughout the day. The rooms were spacious and well maintained. Even though our bathroom was located outside of our bedroom, it was private and came with a key. I give Ruck&Maul an A++

This is a perfect place for staying in a great zone of Naples, that it feels safe and it's perfectly located. The owners were super nice, and they made great efforts to make my trip easier and better. The place was tidy, clean and modern and it had all of the appliances a guest can ask for. The breakfast was great, there were many options. I would definitely come back to this B&B.

The only reason for not ranking with a 10 is that the only problem I noticed about the room I stayed in is that I could clearly hear the guests that were in the next room. It would be a great improvement if the owners could find a way of soundproofing the room. Apart from this, everything was perfect. This was the only issue. But I would stay in the place again anyway.

Excellent location, 12 mins to port, 4 mins away from Toledo metro station, everything was near by. Although the property was in the busy high street but you didn’t hear any noise at all. We had good sleep when we were there. Friendly staff and host. Clean and tidy a small B&B. There is a small cute shared kitchen, it has fridge, microwave, kettle, tea and coffee etc. We definitely will be back and recommend to everyone.

The property was on 4th floors and use the old style lift to get there. Our room with bathroom, the bathroom was quite cramped.

We stayed there for 2 nights. Everything was great, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean, we got 2 big and 2 small towels. The B&B is on Toledo street, right new to Quartieri Spagnoli. Breakfast was good, eyery morning you get croissants or other bagels. There is orange juice and milk in the fridge, and you can make yourself coffee. We were able to leave our baggage after we've checked out since our return flight was in the evening. The room was on the quiet side of the building so we got good sleep during the night.

The location was excellent, it is located directly in a busy area only 3 minutes away from the metro station. The hosts were very friendly, the place was clean and looked newly renovated. Our bathroom was across the hall but only for our use. Our window was looking at the churchs dome, which was really cool. The breakfast is included, they brought fresh croissants every morning.

There are 4 rooms, you share a small kitchen with the other people and the walls are so thin you can hear every word they’re saying. Unfortunately our neighbors did not respect any hostel rules (no loud music, loud talking in the night, etc.). We were there for 5 nights so it became really annoying.

Really lovely well renovated hotel with lift. Very clean with small communal kitchen/meals area adjacent to the room. Really liked the upcycled bed and furniture made from pallets and everything was well renovated with modern bathroom facilities and comfy bed. Hosts are wonderful and you genuinely feel as though you are a guest in their home. Breakfast is included and I very much enjoyed my stay. My room was quite a bit larger than expected and I was very comfortable. Location in the heart of Spanish Quarter and near the beach area.

Host was so lovely. Great location, 4min walk from metro station. Lots of restaurants and shops around. Room was clean and perfect had everything we needed. Bed was comfy and nice pastries in morning for breakfast. air conditioning was very good and you couldn’t hear the noise from the streets. Would definitely return :)

The owners are such a lovely people. They make you feel at home, they suggest nice restaurants and are genuinely kind people. Also the rates are fair. I was staying in the room just at the entrance (#9 with bathroom), other points to mention: * fantastic location (except, there is no Alibus stop nearby) * elevator * comfy beds * you can leave your luggage after the check out * fruit, coffee, tea, shared kitchen facilities * for the breakfast there are some fresh fruit, yogurt (unfortunately only sweet/fruit ones), sweet bread

* sadly there was really annoying sewer odor from the bathroom; the owners put lavender air freshener there but it doesn’t fix the problem; overall it gives the feeling that there is not really clean there in the room * the bed lining was rather used, with some hols in the bed sheets * towels were also pretty used * shower head was broken

Very comfortable, good price, awesome location. Sink in the bedroom which helped a lot. Kitchen was always available to use with food and fruits you could have all day long. Would definitely recommend when visiting Naples

Walls were too thin so I could hear everything in the other room, bathroom outside of the bedroom (which I knew about), couldn't take a proper shower because the water was not coming out as usual and would make the whole bathroom wet. Also the check out time was a bit too early (10am)

I dont really write reviews, but in this case I'll make an exception. I am also torn about this because I want to keep this place to myself, and not for it to be fully booked and unavailable for when I return. But Jesus Christ what a place. Chicco is the most sincere and nicest host I have ever interracted with. The place is literally in the most middle of alle middlest of Naples Centrum, you literally walk into the mainstreet. High up, away from the noise, with the nicest of facilities in combination with the location. I cannot believe the value I got for the price her. But seriously dont book cause I want it to be available for when I return. Thank you Chicco for the best stay I have had in Naples, ever.
