The hotel's location is excellent. It is easy to get everywhere on foot or by public transport. Our room (junior suite) was large (true to the photos), with a large hot tub (which takes a long time to fill), on the mezzanine floor with a view of the square. The soundproofing to the outside is quite good, so we were not bothered by the noise from the street. The hotel is part of a business/residential building, which is not bad, but it surprised us. The front door of the building is locked, but the reception is open 24 hours a day, and we had no problems getting in even later in the evening. In general hotel is nice and clean, and the staff is friendly and professional.

Just a few small complaints. Although the hotel is generally clean and well-maintained, one day bathtub was not cleaned. The minibar is quite small and hidden behind a mirror (it took us some time to find it). It would be better for such a large room if the bed were king-size. Breakfast is decent and lasts until 10, but come earlier, as around 9:45 we could not get any more fried eggs.

Splendid!!! Words are not enough to describe this hotel!!!! One of the best places I have ever stayed!! I would say 5 star in terms of luxury, hospitality, view, breakfast but most of all the attitude of the staff. Reception Jolanda, the other man I am sorry to forget his name (Silvias fiance) Silvia, Lazaro, cleaning lady Anna all made us feel like home, like they have known us for years. The rooms were huge, clean, the beds were so comfortable, the amenities beyond expectation. I was stunned!!! I did not want to leave the room and go for dinner!!! The lobby and the corridors are a gallery of art!!! Featuring known artists in painting, sculpting and jewellery art with the possibility of a purchase. The area is one of the best spots in the heart of Napoli. Now it's one of my dreams to come back again in Soul art hotel. THANK YOU SO MUCH A PRESTO

Nothing at all everything Perfect

Lovely, clean hotel in central Naples. It's in an excellent location and the room was very comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was nice, the staff friendly and they arranged a taxi from the airport as we arrived very late. Would stay again.

They should give clearer instructions regarding how to access the property the first time - it is in a big building with other businesses and you need to find the correct intercom to gain access. It's fine if you know what you are looking for!

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very sleek and clean, comfortable to stay in - we chose a suite due to having our 1 year old which was well worth it. Travel cot provided also seemed very comfortable for our baby. Good selection of food available at breakfast - pastries, breads, cereals, fruit, cold meats/cheeses.

The lift was small and quite noisy but made the hotel more accessible - we were able to comfortably fit 3 adults plus the stroller. The soundproofing is lacking but manageable.

Felt safe clean staff were so friendly and thoughtful. Beautiful space.

We arrived late on a Friday night and found it hard to locate but our airport transfer made sure we found the entrance there were photos for reference but we struggled. The only thing that could improve the doors to the balcony very easy for our toddler to open so we put heavy suitcase to block and he could also open main door easily so a little lock upgrade u think would be helpful for anyone with young children x

An excellent hotel in a great location. Very clean with rigorous housekeeping and lovely art. Wonderful helpful staff especially Sylvia in the breakfast restaurant. She was a perfect host who was friendly, charming and and generally fabulous!

The location was perfect, all the must see places within walking distance. The staff was very polite, exceptionally clean, and very good breakfast. We would definitely stay there again.

Although everything was perfect if it had a lounge it would have been absolutely perfect.

Nice place, one floor, very nice staff, location is perfect/central, close to subway, though very noisy and dirty (as the whole city of Naples) - hotel has perfect windows so you cannot hear anything at night. Breakfast was delicious, and whatever we asked was supplied.

Great location in the city center, very well accessible by public transport and in walking distance from most of the city highlights. Comfortable rooms, well equipped. Staff was very friendly, breakfast very good.

The neighborhood was very busy until late night so it was not possible to open windows.
