The location is perfect for walking through Napoli and is close to most attractions, including the port. The host was very nice and waited for us for a late checkin due to a late flight. There was no breakfast available, but we could easily find food near by.

The appartment is at 5th floor and the lift did not work for 2 days while we were there. Not a big deal, only a bit hard to get to the door of the room a bit breathless. When it got fixed, it only worked for free for some hours, but there were times when we had to use a 20 cents coin to get it to work. And you need to be extra carefull to close all doors of the elevator (including the ones inside) when getting off because otherwise it will not work anymore (and you might get an angry man at your door as it happend with us). So please be extra-carefull to not block the elevator for the neighbors as we did by mistake.

Very friendly welcome and they waited for me when I arrived a little later than normal check in time. The room is large and bright. The air conditioning and wifi both work well and I could easily work from there. The bathroom didn’t have a smell at all, like some reviews said. It is very quiet and in the morning you only hear the birds. The terrace outside is very convenient and has an amazing 360 degree view. The bed is comfortable and big. The host gave me a very tasty brioche and 20p to use for the elevator for breakfast. Overall great!

Nothing bad, just be aware you have to walk up some stairs (10-15) to get to the room as the elevator doesn’t go to the rooftop. Also need 20 cents to operate the elevator at certain times so ask the hosts to tell you what time that is.

We had a great experience at this accommodation in Naples. Ana welcomed us very warmly, with kindness and availability. The location is excellent — just steps from Via Toledo and Escapa Napoli, with supermarkets, restaurants, and everything we needed nearby. The room was comfortable and perfectly suited our needs for a short stay. A special highlight was the terrace with a spectacular view of the city. Breakfast was simple, but Ana’s warm hospitality made it a very pleasant experience. We stayed just one night, and it was exactly what we were looking for.

This room is actually a little detached cabin on the roof of a five-story building right in the center of the historic district in an alleyway off Via Toledo between Toledo and Dante metro stations. It has access to an open roof terrace and a 24-hour astonishing view of the city of Naples. It provided more comfort than it promised to at first glance. AC worked fine, there was hot water in abundance, it was clean, bed was fine, room was serviced every day despite my short sojourn. Most importantly, the host Anna was a most gracious, helpful and charming lady who treated me to coffee and croissant every morning, even though my reservation did not come with breakfast. She was kind enough to supply me with local knowledge with regards to best places to eat and visit. Her cheerfulness made my stay quite pleasant.

It was quite a challenge to find the place in the maze of old Naples. You need to look hard at every door facing that short alleyway to spot the name of the establishment. Albeit immaculately clean, the room can be characterized as basic, with a simple closet with a couple of hangers, a small table. The floor is bit uneven. To reach the room, one needs to climb a narrow staircase, so it could be problematic for older people.

Loved the location, the owner was extremely helpful and always willing to take time to help and answer questions. Always had a smile on her face, beautiful and fresh ltaliano bakery 🥯 every morning and any type of coffee you asked for, she made with a big smile. The atmosphere was amazing and really cozy. Loved the room l had, huge bathroom and a lot of towels, every size was there. For the price I paid, l received first class service, it’s a B&B, but l have paid a lot for a First Class Hotel, and left with disappointment, here l paid less and left saying, l will be back in November. Highly recommended for the price you pay.😊

Trying to think if there’s anything l didn’t like. Excellent location, cozy bedroom with a huge bathroom. Excellent breakfast, very helpful owner, always a natural smile, it’s like a home away from home, and it’s also very safe there, will be staying there every time l will be traveling to Napoli. Highly recommended for the price you pay. Would rather stay there then a luxury hotel, if you want a cozy, home away from home atmosphere.

Anna is a super host, very nice and friend and always avaialble if you need support; we arrived one hour later for the check-in and she was available just with a phone call. Breakfast is very nice and all the products are all very fresh from the bakery. The room is very big with lots of windows and the light is amazing. There is a huge terrace outside the room from which you can see the Vesuvio, Napoli gulf and Sant'Elmo castle at the top of the hill. The view is astonishing at the sun set! Location 10/10 becuase it is just at the start of the main Via Toledo, in the middle area between "Quartieri Spagnoli", the old city centre aand also close to Piazza del Plebiscito and the sea.

Nothing to complain about the room and the host! To make it a 10 I would just add a small furniture (i.e. armchair) ans a small light outside on the stairs

The lady working here was the most friendly person ever. She was very warm and helpful and super nice to be around. The property is very cozy and it has a super central location, close to pretty much every attraction. There is also a rooftop that has a great view of the whole city (depicted in the pics) and it is very cute to hang out in the evenings as well. The breakfast was served by the hostess and we got to try local bakery products. Would totally recommend and I would love to come here again ❤️

The room was simple, but nice and clean. It is located in the heart of the city. walking distance to absolutely everything. communication with host was great. we arrived at night and clear and easy instructions were given to us. she recommended a really good place to eat. Breakfast was served to us. croissant, cappuccino, orange juice, ham, bread was offered. we could leave our luggage after the check out time and she even left a .20 c coin so we can use the lift to bring our bags down. That was such a kind gesture of her. the terrace has a nice view of the Vesuvius.

Spacious room, spacious bathroom equipped with everything you need, very friendly staff and great service overall

Bed was a bit uncomfortable, new bed might be a good idea. New chair, too, as ours was broken. Fridge in the room would be great

The welcoming personnel, their help as I had a situation and they sorted it out with no problems. The mattrass and the quiet, the location, extremely central, between the Spanish Quarters and Spaccanapoli and the price.
