For my purposes, the accommodation was perfectly located. It was only a short walk to the Dante metro. There are plenty of cafes in the area to grab an early morning espresso. The historic center is also very close, even though it is full of tourists.... The room was large enough and has a bathroom with bidet (important). There is also a refrigerator and a working AC, important in August, it was exceptionally hot even for Neapolitans. During my stay (5 nights) the room was cleaned once, for me it was OK. The communication with Patrizia was impeccable. I would come again if I had to....

No table in the room and also no coffee or tea utensils (as mentioned in the description).

We had a room for 3, which was clean, contemporary, spacious and had good character. The property is well located and fairly quiet.

WiFi code was confusing. There were instructions but in the end we had to text the owner. Also, despite it being a B&B, our booking didn’t come with breakfast.

LOcation was super

The location var excellent, with walking distance to a lot of things. The room was big with high ceilings, so was the bathroom. Everything was clean and neat.

As someone who is used to soft beds, the beds were a bit hard. There were not great insulation between the walls, so you could hear the other rooms a bit.

Great location right in centre of Naples. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Was a little noisy on the Friday evening.

Location is perfect.

Apartment is spacious , well decorated, has everything you might need. It’s perfectly clean. Bed is very comfortable.

The room and the beds were really good. No noise and efficient climatisation. The position in the center of the city is perfect. So we spent two good nights there worth the price of the location.

The first feeling when you arrive is quite bad. Old buildings with tags. Noisy road. And nothing to help you to find the place. That said when you enter the apartment and spend your first night, the feeling change :-)

The location was amazing, ignore the worries about graffiti it was all very cool

No one on site so had to wait an hour when we arrived. Didn’t see anyone after that. So no breakfast , no bottled water or kettle or anything in room , just left key on table on way out , very very hard to find ( if we hadn’t paid we would have given up , looks not great from staircase but really nice inside )
