It was a cute place with a lot of character. We loved the roof terrace and for our quick one night in Napoli, it was perfect for my husband and myself. The woman who showed us to our room and greeted us was extremely kind and helpful as well. They also served breakfast on the terrace which is amazing, and greeted us with a little snack and drink when we arrived. Cute touches!

It wasn't the cleanest place we have ever been - for us, it was just fine, we are flexible, however I know if my mom had been with us she wouldn't have been so impressed. The room did have air conditioning thankfully, however it was off when we arrived and it took some time to cool down because Napoli is VERY hot in the summer.

The property was perfect. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and quiet, with stunning views of the city. The location was superb — just a straight 5 minute walk until you’re directly in the heart of the Old City, and there’s a metro 5 minutes in the other direction for travelling further afield. The staff were very attentive and helpful — they gave us recommendations for what to do and where to eat in the city and kindly greeted us at check-in with refreshments and traditional pastries! The rooftop terrace is spectacular. We enjoyed full panoramic views of the city every morning at breakfast and it’s open for guests to use 24/7.

The breakfast selection was limited to mostly pastries and cereal, which wasn’t an issue for us, but if you’re big into cooked breakfast buffets that isn’t really an option.

The location was fantastic! Really close to metro stations, very clean facilities and feels very homely. The staff were wonderful, accommodating and helpful. They sent us a list of recommendations for restaurants around the area which was lovely. The views from the b&b were amazing. The room was clean and we were given everything we could have needed. We were sent a Google form to fill in the day before for breakfast which was a really nice touch and we were able to pick what we wanted as well as extras provided.

The only downside was the size of the bathroom in the room although this cannot be helped.

Very nice, family-run bed&breakfast accommodation. The staff is exceptionally friendly. The rooms are on the top floor of a 6-storey old house accessible by lift and are lovingly furnished. The location is perfect for exploring this wonderful, vibrant and unique city on foot. The view from the roof terrace over the entire city, the harbour and Vesuvius is breathtaking. Unfortunately, as we had to leave for the airport very early, we didn't get to enjoy breakfast on this terrace. Alternatively, a lovingly prepared packed lunch was prepared for us. On the whole, a few little things didn't really bother us.

Annunziata is perfectly located for exploring Naples on foot. The rooftop terrace gives a fabulous panoramic view. Maria Laura and her mother gave us a warm welcome, explaining everything in detail. It is a calm, quiet haven in the middle of a bustling city. Lift gives easy access and swipe cards ensure everything is secure.

The water pressure in our shower was not brilliant - hot water came and went.

Large windows with excellent view. Roof-top area is nice, which is just a few steps next to our room - nearly feel like we have a huge terrace. Staff was super friendly. Location is very close to the old city centre.

These are not really what I didn't like, but what I expect for a little improvement. Breakfast was quite dessert-y. Lots of sweet breads. Love to have some fresh salad, not just fruits. And a little more non-sweet breads. Roof top area would be nicer with a few more stools/sun beds.

Maria Laura was a brilliant host. Very helpful and gave us clear instructions and ideas for places to go. Breakfast was amazing! Room was in a good location and felt safe. We were allowed to leave our bags there when we had checked out, before our train in the evening.

The shower pressure was very low and the shower head needed replacing. Otherwise no complaints at all!

This is the place I would recommend to whoever visits Napoli. The location is perfect, can walk to every attraction and ferry port or railway station. There is an elevator for tourists who bring luggage. The room is spacious with a private bathroom. And there is a terrace where you can enjoy the landscape of Napoli coastline, town and Vesuvio volcano. The host welcomed us with great hospitality and prepared cakes and juice for us. The only thing that I felt regretful about is that we stayed only one night in Napoli, it's not enough... We hope we will visit Napoli soon again.

Nothing, everything is great.

We stayed in the suite and were absolutely thrilled with the view and the comfort. The breakfast was tasty and varied and the service was fantastic. The hosts were caring and helpful. The BnB is located a walking distance from most touristy sites, restaurants, shopping, etc. The building is a bit old, but adds to the charm. I would definitely stay here again.

Loved our stay at Annuziata. Adorable, kind Italian family owned with a personal touch. The location was central and close to the port to catch our ferry to Procida. The bed was extremely comfortable, great view, clean and quiet. Breakfast was great and they catered to my gluten free diet. Exceeded expectations, and would recommend to stay here if in Naples.
