We stayed at this B&B in Napoli at the start of our epic 2 week Italy trip, and it was one of the highlights. The rooftop deck is truly fantastic. You have a 280-degree view of the water and the hills, the volcano, all the buildings...hear the seagulls. We spent the evenings there with a bottle of wine, feeling rather fortunate. The staff was all incredibly friendly. As soon as we got there the owner gave us some delicious homemade pastries to snack on. Breakfast was so delicious - a huge variety of options that we selected via app the day before and ate on the roof with a view of the hills. I wish we'd spent more time there!

We missed the sign on the street to ring the bell for the B&B, and went up 6 flights with our bags....which was a lot, but also not their fault at all.

Excellent location between the old town and the Spanish quarters. Highest building in the neighbourhood, which means the rooftop has a 360’ visibility towards the Vesuvio, the port, the Vomero hill and the old city. We had the Suite, large room with panoramic view. Very well equipped, comfortable bed. Super continental breakfast, lots of choices including Italian specialties. Only cold options.

No shade on the rooftop, they only open the umbrellas for breakfast but not later. So really not usable until sunset, much too warm.

We loved this family-run bed and breakfast in the middle of Naples Centro Storico! Great location with easy walking distance/access to the metro so that we could see everything we wanted to see. The staff was excellent and so welcoming, the breakfast was fantastic, and we appreciated the welcome treats. We also loved waking up each morning with a glorious view of Mont Vesuvius and the view from the breakfast room and roof top terrace were amazing. I would highly recommend this accommodation!

It would have been nice to stay a bit longer!

Super central location, incredible views across the bay of Naples and very friendly staff. We stayed in the sea facing Suite, and really enjoyed the facilities, comfortable bed, large bathroom, and thoughtful pastries and juice on arrival. Communication with the staff was done via Whatsapp and very helpful.

Not the fault of the B&B, but the day/night that we were there, that was extremely loud dance music playing, from around 3pm to around 11.30 pm, luckily we were very tired and had earplugs with us, as this may have been a problem for light sleepers.

Very clean- amazing rooftop view of Napoli- air conditioning was slow but still worked well- the breakfast was pretty good too!! Excellent and easy check-in- very good English! I felt very safe staying here- Napels is CRAZY so feeling safe is important! Excellent location for walking around the Historic District- beautiful old Cathedral’s every where, underground tours and lots of shopping and restaurants- I would totally stay here again!! Excellent hospitality- they had pastries and juice for us when we arrived!!

The top floor blue room (Suite) was lovely. Open, bright, clean and wonderful views across the city. The roof Veranda served as a lovely spot to watch the sunset and served as breakfast option too. Marie-Laura was a fantastic host with aiding our lift progression to the roof and welcoming drinks and pastries. Great communication and recommendations to eat and places to visit. A*, 10/10 Maria-Laura.

Finding the hotel was a bit tricky, you need a bigger sign if possible.

It was a cute place with a lot of character. We loved the roof terrace and for our quick one night in Napoli, it was perfect for my husband and myself. The woman who showed us to our room and greeted us was extremely kind and helpful as well. They also served breakfast on the terrace which is amazing, and greeted us with a little snack and drink when we arrived. Cute touches!

It wasn't the cleanest place we have ever been - for us, it was just fine, we are flexible, however I know if my mom had been with us she wouldn't have been so impressed. The room did have air conditioning thankfully, however it was off when we arrived and it took some time to cool down because Napoli is VERY hot in the summer.

The property was perfect. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and quiet, with stunning views of the city. The location was superb — just a straight 5 minute walk until you’re directly in the heart of the Old City, and there’s a metro 5 minutes in the other direction for travelling further afield. The staff were very attentive and helpful — they gave us recommendations for what to do and where to eat in the city and kindly greeted us at check-in with refreshments and traditional pastries! The rooftop terrace is spectacular. We enjoyed full panoramic views of the city every morning at breakfast and it’s open for guests to use 24/7.

The breakfast selection was limited to mostly pastries and cereal, which wasn’t an issue for us, but if you’re big into cooked breakfast buffets that isn’t really an option.

The location was fantastic! Really close to metro stations, very clean facilities and feels very homely. The staff were wonderful, accommodating and helpful. They sent us a list of recommendations for restaurants around the area which was lovely. The views from the b&b were amazing. The room was clean and we were given everything we could have needed. We were sent a Google form to fill in the day before for breakfast which was a really nice touch and we were able to pick what we wanted as well as extras provided.

The only downside was the size of the bathroom in the room although this cannot be helped.

The location was very convenient, peaceful and good for exploring the Centro Storico. The view from the terrace was amazing and interesting Breakfasts were plentiful with a good range of foods. The help and advice provided by Maria Laura both before and during our stay was extremely helpful.

We needed a breakfast box on two occasions. The contents could have been a little more comprehensive.
