We had such a great time in this B&B. It was far more than we expected. Everything was tidy, comfortable and up-to-date. Beds were comfy, room was spacious and the bathroom was both modern with a vintage Italian look. Staff, even though most of it was online, were very nice and helpful. Also, the location was great: close to metro stations and Napolitan quarters with character.

Absolute 10/10 for this stay. We travelled for a long weekend to Napoli with our 20 month old son, the staff were incredibly hospitable, stay was comfortable and felt welcome throughout our stay. Our boy loved going up and down the main stairs too ha! Extra thank you to staff member Miriana, who recommended us some excellent places to eat and drink during our stay - we ended up going everywhere she suggested and it made the holiday!

Good location , quite inside the building off a busy road , has some charm and character No problems with the virtual receptionist , a very friendly lady came in about 5 min after we came in to personally check us in , gave us directions , recommendations etc and helped us book taxi to airport . Breakfast was nice too

Very small room and shower room

Picturesque property tucked away from the main street. I loved the historic building the property is set in. Staff was friendly and available most hours of the day and on call at night time. There is a lovely breakfast available each morning. There are only a few rooms so it felt like you’re staying with family. My room had a nice balcony looking onto the side street but it was still very quiet.

My only small complaint is the shower door is a bit finicky, but don’t let this deter you from staying here.

The B&B is located in the nearest vicinity to the city centre, it offers comfortable accomodation, with welcoming staff, clean rooms/linen/towels, and diversified breakfast options. The manager, Rosania, was always very nice and helpful, making sure we were enjoying our stay. It was a pleasure for us to be their guests, and will definitely recommend Alloggio dei Vassalli to our friends and family.

Great location, no more then 20 minutes walk to all major tourist areas, 15 minutes to airport with public busses stopping pretty much at the front door. Extremely friendly staff. Our room even though window was facing main Street was very quiet and very warm even in near freezing temps. Nicely decorated and comfortable.

A bit of first impressions at the building front doors, but this is Naples. Once you are in courtyard everything looks good and fantastic in B&B.

We really loved this property for its beautiful interiors, attention to details and cleansiness. It was also very quiet, so we had a great sleep. The location was more than perfect for us - a few minutes walk from everything we wanted, plus a supermarket nearby. The staff was friendly and the communication went great.

Most of the time we did not have phone signal in the room, but there is free WiFi at the property. As a nice to have, we would have loved some (environmentally friendly) hotel slippers since we forgot ours at home.

This is a hidden gem - old hand hewn wood ceilings, hand stamped tiles and very beautiful. It feels a little sketchy getting in but once you’re through the graffitied alley door it’s a courtyard & oasis. Would definitely stay here again. Very happy

Hard to get in on a Sunday as the attendant is off, but the attendant is on the other 6 days.

I've used this B&B before and wouldn't hesitate to use it again. The location is very good and central to everything you could want to do in the main part of Naples. The staff are friendly, the rooms are comfortable, I can't recommend it highly enough.

The location was ideal for my work conference, and having AC was great.

While overall we slept well if there were people talking, especially in the hallway, it was very easy to hear them from within the room, even with the door closed.
