I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Fiorentini Residence in Naples, and I can confidently say it exceeded all expectations. Despite its central position, the residence offers a calm, quiet environment – a perfect retreat after a day of exploration. My room was impeccably clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated, blending classic Neapolitan charm with modern comfort. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the air conditioning worked flawlessly (a blessing in the summer heat), and the Wi-Fi connection was strong and reliable throughout my stay. The attention to detail in the furnishings and amenities really stood out – everything was thoughtfully provided, from toiletries to a well-stocked minibar. One of the highlights of my stay was the outstanding hospitality of the staff. They were always available, incredibly friendly, and ready to assist with anything – whether it was restaurant recommendations, arranging transport, or sharing local insights that helped me discover hidden gems in the city. Their passion for Naples and dedication to guest satisfaction made a lasting impression. Staying at Fiorentini Residence Napoli was an absolute pleasure! From the moment I arrived, everything felt effortless—check-in was smooth, the apartment was spotless, and the location couldn’t have been better. The location is perfect. Right in the heart of Naples, just a short walk from key attractions, great restaurants, and lively streets. Having public transport nearby made getting around super easy, but honestly, I ended up walking most places because everything was so close! The apartment felt like a home away from home. The space was modern, stylish, and had everything I needed—comfy bed, fast Wi-Fi, air con, and a beautiful bathroom with great shower pressure. The little details stood out too—soft towels, thoughtful decor, and a peaceful atmosphere that made it easy to relax. The hosts were fantastic! Super responsive, helpful, and made sure I had everything I needed. They even gave me some great local recommendations, which made my trip even better. If you're visiting Naples and want somewhere central, comfortable, and beautifully designed, this is the place. Would 100% stay here again!

Nothing it was amazing!

Where do I start? The location and room are simply incredible. You're centered in such a beautiful part of Naples, just a 10-minute walk from the core of the town. The room itself is stunning, offering a beautiful view over the town. Not to mention the cleanliness and quality of the room, and to top it off, one of the most important things for me was the shower pressure – it was just perfect. Whether it's for work or leisure, I believe the Fiorentini residence ticks all the boxes. Couldn’t recommend enough.

I couldn’t even think of anything negative

Good location, easy to find, check-in instructions from host clear and all worked well - it’s all remote. Good communication by WhatsApp with host. Serviced every day early in the day. Very comfy bed and nice to have a little balcony and view of street. Nespresso machine and fridge were welcome. I found it a very comfortable and value for money stay.

Only minor thing was having to lug bags round the corner to a public bag storage locker and pay for this (for when we checked out and needed storage). Also do be aware this is room only accommodation - not a hotel as such with a bar or lobby etc. This was apparent from description but something to be aware of.

The location of the hotel was nice. Not too far bars and restaurants with a lovely little cafe round the corner.. Close to the hop on / hop off tour which was handy. The apartment was nice and clean, lovely decor, and I loved the electric blinds which you can put right down to create blackout but also keep the heat out. Air con worked well also. I didn't use it but there was a lock box and a fridge.

The shower. It is extremely small in size, the doorway to get in it is extremely narrow and on top of that, the water comes out at many different trajectories. Not a fan, but was only there 2 days so I coped. My plug adapter didnt fit in new style sockets. They helped fix this for me though. My next hotel has a mix of old and new, so this is likely to be common now in the EU. Ill have to buy a new one. They just be thinner now.

As a first-time visitor to the city of Naples, I had the pleasure of staying at Fiorentini Residence which truly exceeded my expectations. The apartment's prime location made it incredibly easy to navigate the city and explore its attractions. What impressed me further was the exceptional hospitality of the staff and the apartment's cleanliness, which contributed to a comfortable and enjoyable stay. With all these wonderful aspects combined, the apartment also offered great value for the money. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to fellow travelers seeking a memorable and cost-effective experience in Naples.

Location was excellent, very central, also near to the Metro station and taxi rank if you wanted to travel further afield. View from the bedroom was amazing.

Shower was a little small. Ok for me, but a larger person might find it difficult to move.

Great location, easy to reach by metro and taxi, very good for boarding ferries for Capri, Ischia and Procida. The rooms are very clean and comfortable and the staff very friendly and helpful. Very good value for the position and the services offered. I will be back when in naples.

Location is perfect. Kept excellently clean, daily. Lot's of light. Not too much noise from interior or exterior, which is great, as napoli is a very, very busy city. Great rapport with the host; extremely helpful.

Unfortunately some building works to the exterior of the residence; no problem with noise, just excluding any use of a balcony. Shower tray might perhaps be blocked; lots of build up with water.

The place was immaculately clean and so comfortable. Great location with everything you could need close by. I chose this place as I had already stayed at their lovely place in Milan and wanted to try their accommodation here in Naples - it did not disappoint!
