Great location, easy access to the train station and within walking distance to most things. Most of the staff at reception were super lovely and helpful.

I had a small bottle of skin care disappear from my shower one day. I brought it up with reception the next morning, and when I returned to my room later that day it was back in the bathroom. I'm not sure what happened, but it made me a little hesitant and uncomfortable. Also the listing says there should be coffee/tea making facilities in the room but there was no such thing.

The staff Daniel was exceptional. Knowledgeable and resourceful like our own personal concierge. He arranged tours, taxis and filled our every need, honestly I felt like I was staying at a 5 star with service like this, Patricia also was an efficient and welcoming staff member, Both of them provide excellent customer service I would stay here at Golden Napoli whenever I return to this unforgettable city of Napoli. They made two strangers in Naples feel at home and for this I thank them so very much. Can’t wait to return !

The Location was great, the cleanliness very good, the 24 security was appreciated and thorough. You provided the clients with great personnel who possessed excellent customer service skills not found at other higher class properties. So I really liked everything at this property!

It was spotless and in a great position for visiting many of the sites of Naples. I liked the fact that there was someone on duty 24 hours at reception Most of all, I liked the staff. They were all very friendly and helpful

I didn’t particularly like the street at first, as it was a side street, however, I began to appreciate the quietness of the hotel after a day’s sightseeing.

Extremely friendly staff, were very attentive and kind. Gave recommendations for restaurants, things to do, and were available 24/7 and spoke multiple different languages, from Ukrainian to English to Spanish to Italian. We were lacking a few hangers and some slippers and they brought us extra happily, very kind. The air conditioning functioned PERFECTLY and kept us feeling very cool throughout the very hot summer visit. Bed was comfortable, the bathroom included a bidet and the hygiene products included were pleasant. Had a nice working safe for our documents and a lot of room for clothing storage too.

The shower was smaller than expected and the grout had some staining that was aesthetically unpleasant as it looked like mildew, however it was very clean just stained. It is a very humid country so to be expected but was the only downside.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Place was clean even if a bit older than expected. Very good value for money! Great position!

I booked a room with breakfast included but once I arrived there was no breakfast available (the hotel has not anymore the breakfast room!). Neither they provided me with a ticket for a bar (usual for b&b or places that can’t provide breakfast). Besides, I have already paid for it!

I clearly requested twin beds on my booking. I have the email to confirm this. However, this information did not make it to the hotel. Fortunately the bed could split and the staff did this quickly. Also the facilities clearly stated tea/coffee in the room. I had to ask and a tray with kettle and tea/coffee was provided. However, I quickly used the only two coffee sachets and they were never replenished. A shame to have only instant coffee in Italy too. No breakfast and breakfast room (open to the hallway) stacked with spare beds/furniture.

Staff was multilingual, accessible by phone, as well as being genuinely cheerful and eager to please. Our room was just what we hoped for. It was small, clean, comfortable, close to the airport, and affordable. Our bed was much better than most, and the place was spotless. The location was within easy walking distance of several interesting sights and the old city center. We walked the city for hours, had a nice dinner nearby, and then had to leave by 3:15 AM to catch an early flight. Even at that time of night, we had a helpful clerk at the front desk who went out of his way to help us get our car from the convenient garage next door. Everything was easy.

Location was very good - walking distance to alot of attractions. Neighborhood has alot of good restaurants around Staff was exceptionally nice! Asked for a kettle and they gave us everything to have tea/coffee - even gave us bottled water Mini-bar was well equiped. Room was very modern, SUPER comfortable bed and pillows, good wardrobe space and very big bathroom.

our room was right next to the breakfast area which they are arranging at the moment so we could hear walking and dishes in the morning, but not enough to disturb our sleep.

The room was not big, also the bathroom, but were very clean, and I appreciate that. The bed was comfortable. The hotel is very close to Toledo metro station (3 min).

The only thing that I don't like and was very uncomfortable, was the fact that our room (101) was near the breakfast area, and starting from 7:20 you can sleep anymore because of the noise. This is not very pleasant when you go in a citybreak/holiday.

Clean room. Staff were accommodating. Place is near Toledo st where there are lots of shops and walking distance tourist attractions. The area feels safe.

There’s no area where to place toiletries in the shower. We have to put it in the floor.
