The breakfast didn't actually comprise very much. We were given a token for the cafe next door for a croissant and coffee. However, there was a fridge in the room which we knew in advance which meant that we could take cereal, bowls and cutlery and bought milk. You could also buy other items for storage too. And we took a kettle for hot drinks although there was also a coffee machine and microwave in a communal area which could be used to have breakfast and other meals.

Unfortunately there were must have been bed bugs since we came out in spots.

The host was great and the hotel is modern, great location! Disco showers and great facilities. We had a great view of a castle building, and the doors kept out the loud street. The balcony was great and was a nice addition for a drink in the evening.

The apartment was on the 8th floor, clearer instructions would be a great addition, breakfast could be done in the main lobby instead of a cafe and a kettle in your room would be great!

Best Location, near Toledo streets. The room was cozy, air conditioner and wifi works well. There was small public space where you can use coffee machine, water, microwave for free. The staff was very kind.

It located 8th floor, and the elevator was small and slow. Breakfast at the bar on the ground floor was too simple, but it was real Italian style(1 bread and coffee). Room was bit small.

Hosts were very easy to coordinate with, they were very friendly and gave clear check-in and check-out instructions. There is also a lobby where you can leave the luggage so it is very convenient. Great place within a few steps from the metro so it is easy to go around and near sites like the castle and great restaurants too!

We hoped for a more quiet stay since this was at the top floor, but I guess that is impossible in the center of Napoli as there were fireworks almost everyday.

Fantastic location, very clean and very friendly. Had everything we needed and wanted, plus some nice bonuses we didn't expect, like water in the fridge and room cleaning every day. The breakfast is a croissant and coffee in the cafe right next door, which is very Italian and actually very tasty. There's a supermarket basically opposite if you want to top up. All in all, we were very happy.

The other guests were particularly noisy and woke us up multiple times every night as they were drinking in the communal space. Not the fault of the B&B and probably because of Carnaval which was happening during our stay. Earplugs solved it! And we were still very happy with the accommodation.

Staying in the apartment in Naples for 5 days was an incredible experience. The apartment was clean, and equipped with all necessary amenities. The location was perfect, with easy access to great restaurants, shops, and tourist attractions, beautiful view and spacious terrace. Overall, it was a fantastic stay that exceeded all of my expectations. Francesco, the host, was very kind and helpful. He provided a lot of information and guidance.

The entrance to the shower was a bit narrow, and almost every sound came through the entrance door.

It was minutes from the main hub and central to everything else. We walked to the ferry to go to Capri within 10 to 15 minutes max. Metro is at the corner. When I come back, I will be staying here again without hesitation

It was extremely clean. Nice sundeck to sit on to unwind. The main area has a coffee machine and a filtered water machine.

Very beautiful accommodation in one of the best locations in napoli!!its closed to toledo,main square,port,santa lucia, Spanish quarter which is amazing with a lot of restaurants and bars..Room is very big,clean with big shower and balcony, nice basic breakfast in the downside bar.Fransesco and his wife are great hosts and help you with all you need!!!🙂

We loved the fact that the place was spotless at all times. The location is great, close to the city center and the Spanish neighbourhood and Francisco is a great and helpful host, he was willing to answer any questions we had and help us in any way he could at anytime of the day.

The location was excellent. Near the port, metro and buses and walking distance to the Spanish quarters. The room was small but clean and comfortable and the bathroom had all the necessary amenities. The owner communicated quickly and efficiently and was very kind as was the doorman. We were able to leave our luggage in the reception after check-out. We had a lovely balcony with a view of the Castel St. Elmo and the Certosa. There was an elevator and a lovely reception room. The decoration had inspiring quotes which I liked.

Please don't take this as a huge negative because it may not be an issue for others. Although the precautions and extra surveillance were all perfectly understandable, the number of video cameras and serious bolting on the doors made me feel a bit uncomfortable. I had no idea it was inside a huge apartment building. I never actually saw the owner either. The doorman let us in. Breakfast was at a coffee shop nearby where coffee and cornetto were served with a commanding "siediti". The rate was higher than other B and B's so I expected something a bit warmer and homey. The walls were thin too because we could hear the people in the other room which made us careful not to disturb them. There was a water dispenser available but it was empty. It felt more like a hotel than a B and B.
