The vibe was good. Friendly travellers. Has bar. Everyday was a party. Checkin was smooth. 24/7 checkin available.

The crowd at the bar is out of bounds. Mainly due to outsiders. There shd be a dedicated bar only for ppl staying in hostel. Need to wait 30mins to get a drink. The bedspace bunks has no privacy screen. Toilets can be a little bit bigger.

This was a fun hostel to stay at, I made some friends even though I only stayed the one night. I stayed in a private room but that didn’t stop me from socialising with those around me in the communal areas. Location is close to the Toledo metro station, so it was extremely easy to get to from garibaldi station. Galleria Umberto is also a 10 mins or less walk.

Key card is through phone and I couldn’t get it to work so I had to keep entering the pin but not the end of the world Room was on the 5th floor and my only qualm was that the elevators are a little dodgy but once you’re inside it’s fine.

Great location! In the total center of Naples and close to all tourist sites by foot. The Hostel has a cool vibe, and nice patio to chill and meet people.

The “entertainment” was just ok. I think they should invest a bit more on this to attract a better crowd. Heavy male presence during the events and in the patio as well. If they they better events probably more female travelers and female locals would join so it would be a more diverse crowd.

Hostel itself is great, good value for money, perfect location, everyday activities and has a good bar and terrace. Everything is reachable by foot, just cross the street and you'll be at quartieri spagnoli. The staff were so helpful and sweet. FREE COFFEE was my favorite part. I liked the digital keys, you have all keys on your phone (Big plus). AC is everywhere, helped a lot in the hot summer of Napoli ;)

It's hard to tell, but the bar and terrace are open for public. Some nights were full and noisy where hostel residents had no tables or space to sit. Bunks are a bit squeaky. Not many options on breakfast (Which is 5 euros).

The stuff was exeptionally friendly. Most of them are spending their free time after/before work socializing with visitors. The bartender, Marco Polo/Mario is very friendly and energetic. The general mood is great. Everyday there are a couple of events to which you can participate.

The location of the hostel was great for convenience, close to the metro so you can visit things around Naples easily, close to a supermarket and various restaurants. The bar was also great and the staff were incredible, Carlos, Alan and Chiara made my stay great and were super lovely and welcoming.

The facilities (showers and toilets) were a bit untidy a couple times when I went in to use them. The door locking app seemed to malfunction on at least two occasions while I was there

is a social hostel, easy to meet new people. Free coffee and tea and water. Clean showers and toilets! Love the kitchen space.

The professionalism of the staff at Ostello Bello is unparalleled. When an unexpected issue arose with my initially booked room, the team handled the situation with the utmost care and efficiency. Despite the lack of availability that matched my original criteria, the manager personally addressed the matter, offering a heartfelt apology and a solution that was both generous and unexpected. I was upgraded to a private room, a gesture that speaks volumes about the hostel’s commitment to guest satisfaction. It’s rare to find such a high level of service and attentiveness in the hostel industry, but Ostello Bello stands out as a shining example. They don’t just meet expectations; they surpass them, providing an experience that is both delightful and memorable. This isn’t just any hostel—it’s a place where you’re treated with the respect and kindness of a valued guest, making your stay truly exceptional.

I’m giving a 10 because the hostel does a lot of things right (so 8-9 on that), but Francesco in particular is a real asset to the place, super helpful, friendly and caring. - Comfy bed. - Kitchen with free fruits, coffee and pasta. - Plenty of social / common areas. - Rooftop. - Great location.

To be fair, the shower cubicles are really small and the hot water reset two nights I was their so if your first to the shower don’t get set until checking there’s hot water, and if cold ask reception to reset it.

The location is excellent, right next to the metro and Via Toledo. The staff is exceptional and very helpful. For those who like to meet new people there's always something in the bar at night. You can also enjoy a nice view on the top of the building and go there to get some moments alone, if you like. The facilities are clean and there is also a washing machine for those who need it.

The bed on the private room could have been a little bit better. The mattress is kind of old and my back has suffered a little, but the room is very comfortable overall and that doesn't take too much from the great experience I had there.
