Great hotel. Location was easy to find and close to a lot of things, staff were super friendly and helpful. The cleaner was very lovely and even though she couldn't speak a lot of English there was very little of a language barrier as she was so wonderful and animated!

I wasn't aware that we had to pay for the elevator until 6pm so it was lucky I had some coins on me. The wifi also did not work very well in my room and I had to sit on the bathroom floor if I wanted to facetime people back home.

We were running very late due to an earthquake delaying our train and Ellisa stayed and waited several hours for us to arrive.a lot later than planned.

Needed more toiletries - conditioner & shower gel & could do with a shelf in the shower (but lovely big bathroom) An extra 2 pillows would be good also, but we will back - so happy 😊

great value for money, very cute room for a couple. Very spacious, asked them to decorate to be romantic which they did. Very friendly staff and very clean

Tiles on the Turkish bath bed in the sauna were missing making it quite uncomfortable and dangerous.

Me and my wife had a great time, the room was very clean and hotel location very central for sightseeing. We had to work remote a bit, worked well with the room's had a small table and good internet. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. All you need for an active trip to have a nice and clean place to come back to at the end of the day.

The staff rep here is without question extremely helpful and went above and beyond to say the least , highly recommended , cleaning lady had not a word of English but humourlessly help with hand gestures absolute pleasure and so helpful

I loved our stay the jaquzzi suite is so worth it relaxing and beautiful 🥰 Barbarella suite is in the perfect location in Naples walking distance to all the shops, restaurants. Staff were friendly and accommodating no complaints!

Location was close to the ferry terminal, so we only had to walk a short distance, proximity to the metro as well as a supermarket a few blocks away

I expected the fancy bathroom from the photos, but I guess it isn't in every room.

We absolutely loved the receptionist and the cleaning lady. The staff is extremely kind and helpful. it was clean and we loved the balcony.
