Great location, very clean, and very good breakfast with a great cappuccino. Perfectly situated for exploring Old Town, with easy airport and ferry access.

I appreciated the breakfast service, but I felt that the staff could have given us a bit more privacy while we were dining. At times, it felt like they were watching us a bit too closely, which made us feel slightly uncomfortable. Overall, a minor adjustment in attentiveness would enhance the dining experience.

Location, staff at reception when I checked in and out, he was helpful, professional and friendly.

My observations are on the noise that cones from outside as I stayed in a room facing the main street. The air conditioning didn't work. The breakfast area and the breakfast itself could be improved. I didn't feel comfortable in having a member of the staff standing within the area watching the guests having breakfast, there were a few guests anyway. Also, I was informed in the morning that there would be plumbers working in the hotel, therefore, we wouldn't have water 30 minutes later from the time I was contacted. The other detail is about the lift which requires coins to work. I had no coins on me, I had to take my luggage to the second floor where the hotel is located. To finish, both pillows had lots of stains, if it had covers it would be better.

Everything was exceptional. Staff, breakfast, location, super comfortable beds and clean and fresh linen.

Very central and easy to reach location. Walking distance to both the Spanish and Historical district. Extremely helpful and nice staff. Very nice breakfast buffet in comparison to Italian standard. Can highly recommend this stay when exploring the center of Napoli. If longer travel planned the Metro is basically two steps away from the entrance and the ferries to the islands short walk into the harbor.

The elevator was weird. You had to pay 20 euros. They would give you the coins but if you made a mistake when choosing your floor you have to pay again for an extra floor. First time i encounter that

I feel so lucky that I found this place, I normally never stay at B&B with no 24 hrs reception, and specially in a big city like Napoli. But thankfully, I loved staying there. I felt safe and my room was so bright and clean, with high ceilings, big bed and balconies! The comfort exceeded my expectations. The staff was very nice, a big thank you to Haiven and Anna :-) The breakfast was surprisingly great for a small B&B! Everything you need and so much more to start the day! The location was awesome! 5 min. walk to the ferry area for Capri etc., and 5 minutes to the main shopping streetI I will stay there again, for sure :-)

I loved everything!

A lovely B&B, with really helpful and friendly staff, always ready to help and who shared great tips to make the most of the city too. The B&B is conveniently located, close to the city centre and the harbour, and offers good breakfast and spacious rooms. It needs some little TLC here and there and dietary options (or a list of ingredients) would be helpful to have for all guests. Having said that, I had a good stay at Medinaples and would surely recommend it as a nice base for a few days in town.

It was a perfect spot for us because we needed to be close to the ferry port and it was about an 8 minute walk. Very large entrance space however the bathroom was very small compared to the room, shower was tiny. Had everything you needed though, staff were super friendly, gave extremely good directions on how to get to the property and what you need to do to get to the property from train, bus, metro or airport, breakfast was basic as there was a small selection but it was fine, and it was very quiet.

Small shower and bathroom, beds weren’t the comfiest, the initial reaction to the place wasn’t the best as to get to it you need to go through a tiny door that leads you to an open space that looked kind of dodgy (i think this is normal however for European apartments?) and the elevator didn’t work to get to the level so had to walk the stairs to the second level (wasn’t a big deal it was just kind of annoying when we had all of our bags with us).

The Staff was extremely friendly and the location is perfect, if you want to explore Naples on foot.

Staff were exceptionally attentive and rooms were always serviced. Breakfast was good and varied. Parking is not included on the property but very closeby, paid separately which is something I didn't realise initially.
