I ended up staying here 15 days. Location, cleanness are just great, even more so given the price. Breakfast was just real good for a 2 star appartment. Enough choice.

Staff is not unpolite, neither very welcoming. Don't expect Italian warmth with a smile. Staff is very...functional. breakfast lady.and cleaning ladies act very functional too. Also the interior of the rooms, the breakfast room / lounge is very ...functional. Not a major atmosphere. But also nothing wrong with it.

Brightly coloured interior and modern. Our shower had changing coloured lights which was a fun detail. It had a breakfast room with friendly staff who looked after us with a personal touch. There were comfy sofas to relax on and very good information about tours and boat trips etc. Often a member staff was present at Reception and they were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They even printed our boarding passes for us and booked a reasonably priced taxi for airport. Good breakfast especially for cake lovers!

Nice staff. Good location next to metro station and alot of restaurants nearby. Bed was comfortable, and air condition heatpump was working well which is important during summer. The location of heatpump in the room is good because it doesnot blow directly toward the bed. Breakfast is good too, you will get alot of sweet options, juice , sliced bread, scrambled egg etc.

Finding the hotel is rather difficult. From google map, where it shows the location, you cannot find it because one need to read a small plate where the hotels name is wittem on. Ring the bell of the hotel, and they let you in.

The aparthotel is located on the 3rd floor of an old building. There is a lift, but on weekdays it costs 50 cents (free on weekends). Very convenient location if you arrive at the port Mollo Beverello. Not far from the historical center. The Castel Nuovo (Massio Angioino) is very close, the Palazzo Reale and Piazza del Plebiscito are 5-10 minutes walk away. Very friendly and hospitable staff. Good breakfast.

It wasn't exactly easy to find on Google maps as there is another name for "Beverello Suites" and it's confusing. Good thing both addresses are close to each other.

The staff was super nice! My flight was delayed and they responded super promptly even at a very late hour and were friendly and helpful. Thank you so much Federica! Also the location is perfect as I was looking for an overnight stay to catch a ferry to Amalfi early the next day. Pro tip: Book it online in advance as I missed the first ferry due to it being fully booked when I tried 2-3 hours before it left.

It’s an old building repurposed but you can’t blame them as that is 90% of Italy. It just has a patina of time (which I’m sure some people will even find charming) but at these prices and with such a useful location you can’t complain really. The only thing I would say is that they have some kind of glass flooring which can be a bit dangerous when wet as you can easily slip and maybe hurt yourself. Should maybe cover it with some kind of carpeting. But that’s just if you wanna be super picky about things.

Good location, nice rooms, good breakfast and staff was helpful

You hear everything from the hallway and street. We were unlucky with a family waiting to check in, so it kept us awake for a while.

Then location was great. Literally a minute from the Metro and a 5min walk to the port. Very short walk to restaurants and great shops and into bustling Naples. The room was great. Double sinks and double showers really great size bathroom, impressive. Huge bedroom with jacuzzi we used twice. Very clean and cleaned daily to a high standard.

The suites are in a block with other businesses and residents. You have to climb 72 steps to get to the front door. There's a sex shop just outside the block so not great walking past with young children. The breakfast is not the best, limited choice, mainly cakes and pastries.

We liked the proximity to almost everything, bathroom was good, the wooden ceiling in our room was beautiful. Air conditioning worked well, although was a bit noisy.

We didn't like the wardrobe in the room, it was sort of Ikea simple made furniture and wasn't the best fit in the interior. The main light was aggressive white colour. The breakfast for 7 days in a row was a bit repetitive. We would appreciate more fruit variety.

Wow this is a secret jem. This hotel is on 3rd floor of and old #classic Building near the port of Napoli, so close to metro Station and to lot of stores and restaurants. The room was big enough and so comfortable and clean all brand new. The stuff was very friendly, polite and helpful. Also the breakfast was fantastic so tasty and fresh so many sweet and salty choices. Definately we will prefer this hotel if we visit Napoli again. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Everything. This place is the perfect place to stay in Naples. Excellent location: close to port, restaurants, sites and subway. The room was immaculate with air conditioning. The service was also amazing. From check-in, breakfast and check-out. It was perfect. The value was through the roof. Very cheap for what it is.

If I had to complain about anything, it would be…nothing. It’s a Bed and breakfast, you can’t expect amenities. It literally gives you exactly what it is: a bed and breakfast. Good breakfast too.
