The staff was super friendly and was always ready to answer also the siliest questions and help. Location near the Beverello harbor area was ideal concidering the day trips that we made, as the starting / pickup point was there in many occasions. Rooms were simple but clean with beatiful tile flooring and same beautiful tiles also in the bathroom, and the bed was ideal for a person with bad back (meaning that the bed was hard... and I mean REALLY hard) and I didn't any any back pain whatsoever during our stay. And air conditioning made the rests during the day and sleeping during the night easy and comfortable, no matter the heat outside.

The walls and the door did let quite a lot of the noise from the corridor and next door rooms in though it mostly didn't bother us, hotel guests mostly respected the quiet hours of the hotel during night time. Only one issue that actually had an affect to our stay was that the room safe locker didn't work and wasn't fixed during our stay despite our requests. The safe kept giving error BA_LO (I presume it meant "battery low" or something), and though we mentioned about it to the staff and at some point later they said that someone had taken a look at it and fixed it, it still kept showing the same error, so we had to carry passports etc. with us throughout the week.

We stayed at Napolitamo Medina for one night with my sister and had a wonderful experience. Antonio and the breakfast staff were exceptionally kind and attentive, always willing to help with anything we needed. Their friendliness made us feel very welcome. It is important to highlight that there were gluten free options for breakfast. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the Quartieri Spagnoli — the famous Maradona mural is only about 10 minutes away. Our room was spacious, very clean and had a tiny balcony. The bathroom was modern, spotless, and fully equipped. Everything felt new and well maintained.

We honestly have nothing negative to say.

We reserved this room last minute so that we would be in Naples for a morning flight. Turned out this micro hotel is located in a large condo building and occupies a few of the floors. We were on a newly renovated floor. The room was huge and well appointed. Gorgeous bath. Small deck with just enough room for a tiny table/2 chairs. And ours had a VIEW! An electric kettle was a nice touch. Breakfast was very nice, everything you might need. Located 2 blocks from a main shopping street. There were two elevators.

Located in an area more residential than tourist, making the streets around it quite in the evenings.

It was my first time visiting Naples, and I was with my 22-year-old daughter. We arrived at the airport late, at 10:30 PM, and caught the Alibus bus from the airport to the port. Initially, I found the eight-minute walk from the port to the hotel a bit ‘big city scary’, but the next day, I realized it was a completely safe area. I was pleased that I hadn’t booked a room right in the center of historic Naples because friends that had, found the centre of historic Naples very noisy and tiring! The room was clean and comfortable, with a kettle for tea, blackout lining on the curtains at night, double glazing, fab bathroom and the air conditioning worked very well. The location was perfect, we were just a 10-minute walk to the heart of the historic part of the city, a two-minute walk to the metro, and a five-minute walk to the ferry. The location was perfect. The staff were wonderful. The man and woman who served breakfast were lovely, and there was a great choice of both sweet and savoury. The receptionists were kind and helped us with advice and even printed out tickets when I couldn’t do it on my phone! The people who cleaned the rooms were fantastic. If I visit Naples again, I would definitely stay in this hotel.

Good hotel. The building seems a little tired, so some minor renovations would be nice. The rooms are spacious, bright, renovated and pleasant, better than in other 3-star hotels. The bathroom is correct. Breakfast is modest and correct. Maybe consider raising the price of breakfast a little and making the offer a bit richer. The staff is friendly, helpful and professional. The location of the hotel is excellent for sightseeing - Via Toledo street is a 4-minute walk from the hotel.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Great location for exploring the city. Lots of landmarks and shopping avenues nearby, also a metro station and the port were just a short walking distance away, so it is perfect if you are traveling by boat or by train. Very tidy and beautiful room, comfortable layout, big clean bathroom with shower.

The AC in our room was a bit noisy and the bath stuff like towels, slippers etc., was prepared only for one person, but that was a minor issue for us.

The staff I interacted with were wonderful! The (included) breakfast was great. The location is good and only two blocks from a major Metro station.

The rooms are little tired looking. The rooms facing via Medina are noisy, but, hey, it's Naples. I was a bit discouraged that the daily tip that I left the room cleaning folk was not once ever acknowledged. Most people don't tip at all. By the way coming there's no paper, pen, etc in the room. For perhaps luggage space reasons, a chair was taken out but that doesn't explain why two red bed cushions, which were good to lean on, were also take it out! By the way, for American tourist visiting European hotels, place was pretty spacious.

Perfect location just 5 minutes from municipio metro, good size of room and comfy beds. The area was walking distance to spanish quarter, about five minutes walking to plebicito square. Breakfast was offered in a nice area with view to castle nuovo with a good variety and quality of things served Staff was polite and willing to help.

The walls were very thin and you could hear people talking.Propably a carpet in the corridor would have helped from hearing people walking and especially the sound of the suitcases wheels. Also the last night of our stay there was no hot water in the shower. We informed the receptionist who did everything in his power to solve the problem but he failed. Next morning the problem was solved , still it was very uncomfortable to be unable to have a shower after a long day walking.

Position of this hotel is perfect! 2 corners away from via toledo, 5 mins away from Spanish quarters, 10mins away from port and 10mins away from piazza del Plebiscito. Hotel is in a residential building on 3rd floor. Bfast very good with good choice of savoury & sweet dishes including loca delicacies. 24hr reception makes you feel safe. Will keep luggage for you before and after check in/out.

Little things that make it look careless like broken reading light, burnt lightbulb. Bathroom mirror looked aged. Wall near where people put luggage needed a fresh painting over as was full of black baggage marks.

Location was super convenient for both the Port and Spanish Quarter. We had a severely delayed flight experience and someone was there to let us check-in at a very late hour for some much needed sleep. Breakfast was also better than I had anticipated. The staff was also super helpful in helping us figure out the ferry schedule and offering help in case we missed it.

The check-in experience in the middle of the night seemed a little dodgy as there was just 1 guy sitting in the dark at a desk, but all turned out to be fine in the end.
