Warm welcome - a professionally run establishment. Sunny quiet "terazza" to eat, sip a drink, relax, sunbathe or read, in stark contrast to the buzzing, hustle-bustle of the busy city of Napoli just at your doorstep. Great coffee and simple self-service style breakfast with options to suit diverse diets. Incredible staff - very available and friendly, yet discreet. Perfectly located to wander the charming streets of the Spagnioli and Toledo districts; food, drinks and shopping for all budgets and tastes, from high-end to budget-conscious; easy access to loads of convenient bus or metro lines to reach neighbouring districts or further afield. Gluten free food abounds in vicinity. Nearby Galleria Umberto worth a visit or just get lost in the cobbled streets as you slowly eat and drink your way home.

The location was good. Shopping nearby (Via Toledo), near the cruise port and long walkable to Napoli Centrale. Room was clean and nice. Nice breakfast and nice outdoor patio. And nice staff/team of the hotel.

Were a little older, baby boomers, and full size suitcases were a challenge with all of the stairs. Stairs to the elevator, and then at the fourth floor requires a 5 step down and then immediately a 5 step up to the platform on the fourth floor to enter the bed and breakfast. The millennials and younger who travel light with a carry-on will have no issues.

Loved the location, walkable distance to central shopping street, Port where you can take the ferry to many tourist locations, close to local underground stations that takes you anywhere you want including the main Napoli Centrale station which is only 10 min away.

Breakfast was a bit disappointing, very little choice, but I guess I am used to Hotels. Shower was a little bit annoying too, if you are a family and have kids, don’t let the kids to shower for too long because Hot water runs out after a certain time, so I had to shower under the cold water instead.

A perfect place to stay on our Napoli-visit. The location is great and easy to reach and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Very clean rooms. The outdoor space is a nice bonus, you can enjoy your breakfast on the terazza with wievs over the city.

The location of this property is excellent, you are within walking distance of all major attractions. The terrace is wonderful with amazing views of Vesuvius although it was a little too warm for us to enjoy, not a complaint. The air conditioning in the room was heaven and even had a sleep mode so you could use it overnight in a gentler, quieter mode. The breakfast was a typical continental one with breads, cereals, meat, cheese, yoghurt, juice and tea/coffee. It was a great start to the day and saved having to search for somewhere to have breakfast before we could start exploring. The accommodation is modern, clean and comfortable but located in a beautiful historic building. There are a few steps before and after the lift, no problem but just to note if you have any mobility issues. Finally, the staff were fabulous, so friendly and helpful. Communication before arrival was also excellent with photos of exactly where we could find and access the property and where the lift was located. A wonderful stay, would definitely recommend for exploring Naples.

The hosts were very friendly, approachable, and helpful. The room had ample room for the 2 of us, and we had our room cleaned every day with fresh tolws supplied. We only had breakfast once on our 4 day trip as we had things planned, but the breakfast was lovely with a variety of Italian food. They gave us loads of tips on where to eat if you want to eat top quality local food. The location was perfect for us. The port was 5 to 10 mins walk down the road as we took a ferry over to positano. Just across the road is a small road lit up with colourful lights with bars. Up the road to the left takes you to a very busy street with shop,bars,restaurants ect. And if you head up the road towards the naples museum, then take a right at the piaza, you will find loads of side streets full of decorations and lit up with nice light. Lots to explore,see, and experience... loved the place. Napoli is full of life, and I loved it. I liked the fact that all the nightlife, bars,restaurant shops, and markets were close to us. 20-minute tops. I'd personally like the thank the host for her hospitality, knowledge, and advice. Litter and coming home :(

The location was good and the terrace had amazing views over Naples. Was just a shame we didn’t have the weather to use it . The rooms are spacious and clean. The bathroom looked like it had been updated in the past year , so was very clean and modern. Staff were very helpful.

The bedroom had no full length mirror. The bedframe was a metal headboard so made it difficult to sit against. The extractor fan in the bathroom was really noisy . So if someone got up in the night the other person would hear the noise. Had to make sure the door was closed properly. The wardrobe only had 3 hangers . The staff are only there in the morning. You message them in WhatsApp but it took a few hours for a reply.

Staff and location was fabulous. Breakfast was lovely. Only negative was mattress not as firm as we would have liked. Getting around in Naples was a breeze with the location. We did some tours and got picked up right across the street from B&B. Also, took ferry to Capri and Palermo in the end and easy walking to pier.

Just a bit firmer mattress, but in all fairness, we are in our 70s so we need that.

What an amazing stay at the Panoramic Terrazza B&B. The room was very modern and clean and was equipped with a fine working airconditioning. The B&B is located in the city center of Naples with almost everything on walking distance. When you're by car it's possible to unload the car just next to the road, so you don't need to rush. Breakfast was very sweet and even on the last day when we had to leave early a very sweet little breakfast was delivered in our room! Great service and 10 points for the host!

Great clean basic accommodation as a base to explore, close to the port which was ideal for day trips to Capri/Sorrento etc, good selection of restaurants within walking distance, fantastic communication via WhatsApp from the lovely staff before arrival explaining exactly how to find the property and access arrangements, just 6 rooms so nice and quiet, simple Continental breakfast provided, great view of Mount Vesuvius over the rooftops.

Tea and coffee making facilities in the room would be a nice extra touch. Just to be aware the accommodation is on the 4th floor in a shared building accessed via a small lift (or lots of stairs!) but the lift worked perfectly, could be tricky if you have a lot of heavy luggage though.
