The lady called Chicca helped us enormously from the moment we landed in Naples. She texted us to guide us to the accommodation, and we were in regular contact throughout our stay. She was very nice and helpful and gave us many tips where to go to eat, drink and see things. As we only saw her on our arrival, that was a good means of staying in touch. She asked us often whether we had any wishes and she would grant them. Thank you for that!

I didn't like the fact that the bathroom was not completely separate. It was kind of part of the bedroom, divided by a wall and a door and partially covered by a ceiling. However, a small part was not covered by a ceiling, which means you could hear about everything what was happening in that bathroom. And that's not always a good thing..... especially when odors can escape.

The owner was extremely nice and even sent us a list with food recommendations around Naples. We communicated through WhatsApp and she helped us with public transport and answered all of our questions really quickly. She let us know when our room was ready so we could check in early and she even let us leave our luggage at the reception as we had an evening flight back.

Hostess lady was incredibly helpful for reaching the B&B from the airport, with a lot of tips about the city, transport tips to move around and excellent recommendations for local bars and restaurants. The location is perfect, 5 min walk from Spanish Quarter but really quiet and peaceful.

Bathroom was very small but in general the room was enough for 2 persons

The property was exceptionally clean and comfortable and the staff were amazing, on the ball and very friendly. The mum and daughter who run the place are outstanding hosts

There isn’t many facilities at the hotel but you have everything you need close by and for what the hotel describes when booking is exactly what you get

Great location and close to the centre of Naples. The staff were very helpful when we had a late check in and helped us to get to the place from the airport. Lovely room.

Bathroom was small but that is it!

The host and her daughter are just perfect! I could not have expected such a warm and loving income. They took great care of us, helped us with the buses and attractions, made us coffee and more. The location was also perfect. Totally get the value for the price you pay!

We didn't get a balcony like we ordered but we didn't ask for it after check-in either. The toilets are a bit small and there was a slight flooding but depending on the price this was expected

Vicenza is a very lovely and sweet women. Told us everything about the city, what to do and where to eat. I could text her the whole day with questions and she helped us so well. Thanks again Vicenza. The B&B is at the perfect location to visit all the highlights of the city. Close to the metro as well. Quiet street, which was very nice at night to sleep. Due to covid no breakfast. But a cross the street more than enough places to get a nice coffee with something sweet. The room itself was not that big, but all we need. The bed was really comfy. The bathroom was a bit small, but to make it up the shower was perfect. Vicenza, best of luck with the B&B now its finally open again after those horrible covid years!

The location was great- few minutes walk to the main points of the city. Our room was very clean and the host was very cheerful and helpful. If we needed anything she was just there-ready to help! we could also store our luggage at the b&b after the checkout, so didn’t have to walk with it everywhere for the whole day. I highly recommend this host for your stay in Napoli and can’t wait to visit them next time.

Lovely place to stay, staff ever so nice, extremely helpful and welcoming, perfect location, walking distance to old town, high street and promenade. Very good price 👌 would recommend it to everyone!

Very comfortable place in the center of napoli, it is very close to the touristic places and we even could walk to the main train station, it was not far. The bathroom is modern, the bed is comfortable, and there is balcony in the room.
