I had a great stay at this cozy hotel in Naples. It’s super close to the harbor where the boats arrive, and just a short walk from the Università metro station, which makes getting around really easy. The area around the hotel is full of charming coffee spots and lunch places, perfect for a relaxed break. The location is really central and feels very safe, which made me feel comfortable at all times. The staff were incredibly friendly and always available whenever I needed something. The room was spotless, the bed super comfy, and I loved having a balcony to step out onto. The shower was excellent, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Honestly, everything about this hotel was top-notch, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Naples.

Great location, very clean and quiet. I was trying to find a room to stay in for 1 night before and 1 night after my cruise. I found a mention of this space on reddit. I looked it up, and the price was in my range. I knew that it was close to the cruise port, but i didn't know it was THAT close!! We walked to the port with our bags, and it wasn't a struggle at all! I was extremely satisfied with my choice to book this B&B. Ernesto arranged transportation from the airport and stayed in touch when i missed my flight. He gave us directions to get ourselves to Pompeii on our last day in Napoli. There is not one bad thing that i could say about this place. It was so clean and quiet! The size of the room was perfect for the 2 of us. The room that we had on our first night, had a beautiful view. I was thoroughly impressed. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Location was great for us being near the port and needing to catch an early ferry to Capri. Very close to the centre too, and easy walking everywhere, except Volmero, which necessitates a funicular ride, up at least! Our room and bathroom newish and very clean and lighting good too. Excellent bed. Ernesto was very helpful; he provided a good map of Naples and gave tips and recommendations for restaurants and sights. Pino, the doorman downstairs was also very friendly and helpful to us, especially when we first arrived and needed help with the lift. Having luggage held for 2 days while we went to Capri, was also easy, thanks to Ernesto, and when we returned for a further night’s stay, our cases were already in our room. Very pleased with this accomodation.

The staff were very nice and helpful, whats'app reply very fast. good communication, location, cleaning, store luggage is very important for me, because we took a night flight. Location is very good point- near Metro and just walk 7 mins to the Port, convenience go to Capri and Amalfi coast. Lift available and security guards during the day, we felt very safe in this chaotic city:), and the security guards told us Lift only for 2 people, I felt very funny and then I understood that they want earn more money (Eur0.20 per one time),

This is a hybrid Airbnb/hotel. It is in a secured building on the fourth floor with a lift. When you enter, there is a lobby area where there is staff in the morning. I came in around 3 PM and the stuff had left, but I called and Ernesto walked me through the check-in process which was a breeze.. we had a beautiful balcony room with at least 18 foot tall ceilings. The place was immaculate and in a very safe area of Naples very close to the port.

Excellent location not far from the Port, ideal for bus drop off from the airport also the ferry port. We stayed our first night here in Naples and also our last night after returning from six days on the island of Procida. Most contact is done by phone only saw a very helpful lady on the first stay, but all information was good and we were able to leave our luggage until the room was ready.

it is four flights of stairs up if you can't get into the lift.

Location was very close to Beverello port. Also walking distance from Airport shuttle bus stop - There are 4 stops ;Airport, Garibaldi station , Immacolatella Porta (this is the one before the final Port Beverello). Get off at Immacolatella Porta. Then google map walk. Tea and coffee facilities in room, and a fridge. Had to buy milk around in the supermarket. Bed was super comfortable and shutter and windows blocked out any noise outside. Place spotless. There is a special 'key' for elevator - touch the red light in the elevator with it!!!! It makes the elevator work. All great and comfortable.

Not sure if I booked Breakfast - but we left very early so we would not have had any time anyway. But I did not see anywhere to have breakfast?

Excellent communication with the host. He organized an early morning taxi for us to the airport that was on time, fast and the driver was very nice! I would definitely recommend getting a taxi through the host (over taking the bus) as it was 22.50! Check in was so easy and well organized. Everything was super clean, and the bathroom was great and felt modern :) There was a screen on the balcony so we couldn’t see outside but it probably was just us not knowing how to open it 😅 However, we didn’t bother to ask the host as we were only there one night and this was not an issue for us. There were a few restaurants with a terrace right outside the hotel. We had supper there and it was delicious and so affordable! The hotel was also an easy and fast walk from the port (we came in from Sorrento). Would 100% recommend staying here whether you’re coming in/leaving from the ferry or the airport. Excellent location and the host was so helpful!

Depretis 19 is centrally located, right on top of a lovely coffee shop and walking distance to lovely restaurants and ferry terminal. Room was tastefully designed, functional, and clean. Ernesto and his staff were kind, knowledgeable and super helpful . They made us feel very comfortable and welcomed .

We drove ourselves at night, and locating Depretis 19 using Google maps was a bit tricky. We ended up calling Ernesto who guided us the last 50 meters. Overall no bigge.
