Location was great for us being near the port and needing to catch an early ferry to Capri. Very close to the centre too, and easy walking everywhere, except Volmero, which necessitates a funicular ride, up at least! Our room and bathroom newish and very clean and lighting good too. Excellent bed. Ernesto was very helpful; he provided a good map of Naples and gave tips and recommendations for restaurants and sights. Pino, the doorman downstairs was also very friendly and helpful to us, especially when we first arrived and needed help with the lift. Having luggage held for 2 days while we went to Capri, was also easy, thanks to Ernesto, and when we returned for a further night’s stay, our cases were already in our room. Very pleased with this accomodation.

Location was very close to Beverello port. Also walking distance from Airport shuttle bus stop - There are 4 stops ;Airport, Garibaldi station , Immacolatella Porta (this is the one before the final Port Beverello). Get off at Immacolatella Porta. Then google map walk. Tea and coffee facilities in room, and a fridge. Had to buy milk around in the supermarket. Bed was super comfortable and shutter and windows blocked out any noise outside. Place spotless. There is a special 'key' for elevator - touch the red light in the elevator with it!!!! It makes the elevator work. All great and comfortable.

Not sure if I booked Breakfast - but we left very early so we would not have had any time anyway. But I did not see anywhere to have breakfast?

Excellent communication with the host. He organized an early morning taxi for us to the airport that was on time, fast and the driver was very nice! I would definitely recommend getting a taxi through the host (over taking the bus) as it was 22.50! Check in was so easy and well organized. Everything was super clean, and the bathroom was great and felt modern :) There was a screen on the balcony so we couldn’t see outside but it probably was just us not knowing how to open it 😅 However, we didn’t bother to ask the host as we were only there one night and this was not an issue for us. There were a few restaurants with a terrace right outside the hotel. We had supper there and it was delicious and so affordable! The hotel was also an easy and fast walk from the port (we came in from Sorrento). Would 100% recommend staying here whether you’re coming in/leaving from the ferry or the airport. Excellent location and the host was so helpful!

Depretis 19 is centrally located, right on top of a lovely coffee shop and walking distance to lovely restaurants and ferry terminal. Room was tastefully designed, functional, and clean. Ernesto and his staff were kind, knowledgeable and super helpful . They made us feel very comfortable and welcomed .

We drove ourselves at night, and locating Depretis 19 using Google maps was a bit tricky. We ended up calling Ernesto who guided us the last 50 meters. Overall no bigge.

We enjoyed our stay at Depretis. The location is very convenient, the rooms were very clean, including the towels and the bed sheets. The staff was friendly and helpful at all times, contacted us before our stay to give instructions and did the very best to meet our needs.

There were no issues during our stay, everything was perfect.

Charming building, bright room with large windows. Plenty of bars/cafes in the area. Contrary to some reviews, the neighborhood is just fine. As expected in a big city, loud and lively.

Service: staff helpful but only there for a few hours. Garbage in waste basket from previous guests Breakfast. IF you pay for in advance, entails a 5 euro voucher to use at the cafe downstairs.

I really liked the location. Its close to the port, metro, and centro storico. Its really nice neighborhood compared to some in Napoli. Really comfortable beds like in a hotel and a good balcony view. I really liked the heating with an air condition and separate heating in the shower. Good self check in, very convenient. Everything was just perfect like you would except from a real hotel

The only thing I did not like is that I left the balcony door open and mosquotos came in at night. Its not realted to the accommodation, its just a warning for anybody to have anti mosquito spray or smth with them at spring/summer time if they want a fresh air at night :D

Beautiful room! So clean! Great location. Great staff. The room was like a hidden little sanctuary near a bustling part of the city. Close enough to walk to the port, train station, and underground tour.

No complaints. This hotel was probably the highlight of Naples for me.

Great central location. We had a lovely airy room with a balcony on the 4th floor. It was quiet for Naples. The property was very clean and light and the room had all the facilities needed including a fridge and kettle. Would recommend. The host was helpful with advice, taxis etc.

Not keen on the non personal check in via WhatsApp and lack of a host on site at night. Was more Airbnb than B&B
