The hotel is very centrally located, just off Piazza Bovio, and yet in a very quiet street. You can walk to most tourist sights, and both the metro and the airport bus are just around the corner. The decoration and functionality of the room and bathroom are modern and pleasant. The staff is friendly and does their best to accommodate requests, e.g. getting ice. Housekeeping is efficient and yet unobtrusive, new towels and toiletries every day.

I thought that only four cloth hangers was a bit limited, especially given that the wardrobe offers quite a lot of space.

The hotel is very well situated, less than five minutes walk to Piazza Bovio, which is not only a nice place, but also has a metro station. It's also only a very short walk to the airport bus stop. Despite being very central, the hotel is located in a quiet street (one minute from a mini supermarket open late at night). The staff is polite and very helpful, e.g. if you need ice, housekeeping is daily and efficient. The hotel is located, as often in Italian cities, on one floor of a residential building. Despite this, the rooms (and bathrooms) are of fair size, furnished both stylishly and functionally (fridge, kettle, aircon, drawers, etc.). I did not have breakfast at the hotel – too many nice places nearby – but the breakfast room looked nice.

I don't really have any criticism. More clothes hangers for the wardrobe?

New and clean room with comfortable bed, large TV, mini fride and large shower. Location is very good, quick walk to public transport or good restaurants. Also the port and some historical landmarks are very close. Breakfast was very nice. Thanks for the most forthcoming personal of this hotel for having us :)

Occasional dead mosquito on the walls. The door to the hotel hall(right outside our room) are very heavy and so they make a very loud thud everytime someone comes in which can very cleanly be heard in the room during the night.

The young lady at the front desk was very nice. We got there at 11 AM, and we were hoping to store our luggage while waiting for our room. She called the cleaner and said it would be about an hour before we could check in, which we were very happy about. We took out luggage to the breakfast area to store it and there was no mention of a five Euro charge as another review stated. Then she came back to the breakfast area and said the cleaner just had to clean the floor and we could check in in 10 minutes. So we were very happy we could check in so early.

The location is really great, 8-10 min walk to Castil Nuevo and the station of HoponHopoff and the bus to Pompei (same provider). 10 min walk to Toledo street. By the side of the historical center. Good breakfast included in the price. The room is renovated, modern design, spacious. Very modern bathroom. Good wi-fi. Balcony. Good air conditioner for all warm and cool. Small fridge. Very helpful reception and breakfast service girl.

Neither tea pot nor coffee maker in the room. No cristal glasses and dishware. Got 3 plastic glasses first and third day, but no on 2nd day.

It was very clean and spacious and safe. Easy access to floor with elevators.

Breakfast was really awful, do not pay extra for breakfast. Burned coffee with I dont know what else..really taken away by prior reviews on breakfast. We made a judgement error in location, not best location for arriving with a car and a kid. Hotel told us they had voucher for park and quoted 5€ more for night, we directly paid the garage (30€). ?!?

Good location-10 min from Centro historico and 10 min from the Sea port. Very close (5min walk) to the Aliko Bus station if you need a ride to/from the airport. Nice friendly stuff. The hotel is situated on the first floor of an old building, but everything is renovated recently. Breakfast was good. The coffee could be better having in mind Italian standards.

Shower cabin too small. The bed covering needed some cleaning. Nothing very important.

I kicked my head 4 times every evening as then the big door is closed and a smaller door on it based on "Ancient Roman people" height. The first time it is not clear where to put the badge to open the door. But once known, no problems

Very close to the seaport (conveniently located if you arrive late from Ischia/Procida), good breakfast and room.

Hotel is not very visible from outside (is inside a building). We did not get information previous to our arrival on how to contact the hotel from outside (door was closed and it was not clear how to call them through the interphone). Fortunately my boyfriend had internet and we could call them. We would have saved time and stress if they had given us instructions.

Beautiful rooms, very clean and spacious, and a large comfortable bed! Good value for money, with breakfast included. The hotel was in a safe area (which is important in Napoli). We had a room with a balcony (we were upgraded to a suite by the very nice staff), we had a nice street view, a desk, plentiful space to deposit our stuff, a clean bathroom, a desk, a safe, clean towels - beautiful. The area is easy to reach by metro or even a moderate walk from the train station. Perfect!

I'm sorry to say this, but the breakfast was poor for a 3-star hotel. No vegetables in sight, one type of cheese, one type of meat, only croissants and that's pretty much it. But good coffee.
