The young lady at the front desk was very nice. We got there at 11 AM, and we were hoping to store our luggage while waiting for our room. She called the cleaner and said it would be about an hour before we could check in, which we were very happy about. We took out luggage to the breakfast area to store it and there was no mention of a five Euro charge as another review stated. Then she came back to the breakfast area and said the cleaner just had to clean the floor and we could check in in 10 minutes. So we were very happy we could check in so early.

The location is really great, 8-10 min walk to Castil Nuevo and the station of HoponHopoff and the bus to Pompei (same provider). 10 min walk to Toledo street. By the side of the historical center. Good breakfast included in the price. The room is renovated, modern design, spacious. Very modern bathroom. Good wi-fi. Balcony. Good air conditioner for all warm and cool. Small fridge. Very helpful reception and breakfast service girl.

Neither tea pot nor coffee maker in the room. No cristal glasses and dishware. Got 3 plastic glasses first and third day, but no on 2nd day.

It was very clean and spacious and safe. Easy access to floor with elevators.

Breakfast was really awful, do not pay extra for breakfast. Burned coffee with I dont know what else..really taken away by prior reviews on breakfast. We made a judgement error in location, not best location for arriving with a car and a kid. Hotel told us they had voucher for park and quoted 5€ more for night, we directly paid the garage (30€). ?!?

Good location-10 min from Centro historico and 10 min from the Sea port. Very close (5min walk) to the Aliko Bus station if you need a ride to/from the airport. Nice friendly stuff. The hotel is situated on the first floor of an old building, but everything is renovated recently. Breakfast was good. The coffee could be better having in mind Italian standards.

Shower cabin too small. The bed covering needed some cleaning. Nothing very important.

Very good location near to the airport shuttle bus-stop in port (Alibus). Center (shops,restaurants...)&main railway station arena walking distance Ideal base point for a trip to Pompeï of Erculaneum as public transport nearby

I kicked my head 4 times every evening as then the big door is closed and a smaller door on it based on "Ancient Roman people" height. The first time it is not clear where to put the badge to open the door. But once known, no problems

Very close to the seaport (conveniently located if you arrive late from Ischia/Procida), good breakfast and room.

Hotel is not very visible from outside (is inside a building). We did not get information previous to our arrival on how to contact the hotel from outside (door was closed and it was not clear how to call them through the interphone). Fortunately my boyfriend had internet and we could call them. We would have saved time and stress if they had given us instructions.

Beautiful rooms, very clean and spacious, and a large comfortable bed! Good value for money, with breakfast included. The hotel was in a safe area (which is important in Napoli). We had a room with a balcony (we were upgraded to a suite by the very nice staff), we had a nice street view, a desk, plentiful space to deposit our stuff, a clean bathroom, a desk, a safe, clean towels - beautiful. The area is easy to reach by metro or even a moderate walk from the train station. Perfect!

I'm sorry to say this, but the breakfast was poor for a 3-star hotel. No vegetables in sight, one type of cheese, one type of meat, only croissants and that's pretty much it. But good coffee.

The hotel is located on the first floor on a side street. Upon arrival, you will receive a key to the room and the main door of the building (in case you arrive late and the main door is closed, just use this key or call the reception via the intercom. This situation is normal for hotels in Naples). The room I stayed in was recently renovated. Cleaning was carried out every day, the hosts are friendly and answered my questions about sights and transportation.

I recommend locating the hotel through google maps, it is easy to find the establishment there.

Location was great (for us). We arrived with a ferry, stayed only for 1 night, therefore for us it served as a great base. We received a room upgrade upon arrival which was great. We had a room on the second floor; it was clean, well equipped and modern. It had everything that we needed.

Soundproofing would be necessary, as we could hear what the other guests are talking about (or when they were singing in the bathroom :)). Breakfast was ok, nothing special. Personally I missed some scrambled eggs, or any type of eggs, but I'm also aware that in Italy many places serve only 'Italian breakfast'.

Accomodation has great location - near metro station, port and Piazza Plebiscito. Stuff was friendly and helpful. Cleanness was OK. Breakfast is basic but tasty - croissant, ham, cheese, bread, yogurt, juice and coffee.

Premises for breakfast are very very small and the girl was nice but she was lonely there in busy time and did not have time to replace missing food. In room you can hear every tiny noise from other room.
