The location is wonderful, outside the university metro station, two stops away from Garibaldi train station. Also just a few minutes away from various landmarks. Outside the apartment there are various stores, coffee, mini market and of course pizza and street food. The communication with the staff is great, they are very helpful and supportive. Last but not least the apartment is very beautiful and well decorated. It is well equipped and also has a shared place with tables, coffee machines and a fridge.

Great hospitality, the staff respond very well on WhatsApp. Appreciated the help in arranging a taxi to the airport which was on time to fetch us when ee checked out. The location was also fantastic being so central, a quick walk down to the ferries for any tours approx 10min walk.

The wifi did not reach our room so my son spent most of the time in the common area to get a full signal. The beds were extremely hard not what we are used to

Overall, the service was convenient, clean and helpful. The quality of the facility is somewhere between hostels and budget business hotels. The room was comfortable and clean. Most importantly, it is bigger than it looks in the photo. In the common area, there are refrigerators with water bottles and drinks, coffee machines, and toasters. It is a great offer for budget travellers or families to have breakfast by themselves. The great addition was its location, just in front of a metro station on line 1 and within walking distance from the Alibus (airport shuttle) station.

Mostly minor things, but certainly dropping the quality of stay. The showroom requires maintenance. The colour-changing shower room lights were like a joke but acceptable, but the worn-out shower head was disappointing. In particular, there was a tiny shelf integrated into the shower head, which was broken, so there was no place to place soap, etc., in the shower room. It seems that the walls between rooms are not solid materials, and we could hear some noise from other rooms. It wasn't loud enough to hear a conversation, but we could hear pounding or the sound of a cell phone alarm. The noise coming from the common area right in front of our door was also a little annoying.

I didn't anything about breakfast

The only downside is that is was loud, the first night I couldn't sleep very well because with the noise, but after we close absolutely everything it was little more quit, it was the perfect location, clean and safe. We went to Capri and the Amalfi coast, so it was very convenient to walk to the ferry, definitely we will stay there again.

Location is just perfect, very central, everything is near, coffee bars, historical centre, metro, bus, very nice places for aperitivo, food take a way and restaurants. Definately my next visit will be with Be Italian. Very comfortable bed, and pillows are just wow. After long prodactive day is exactly what you need, we slept like babies. Bravo! Angela at the Reception was extremely helpfull, polite, gave answers for all my questions before and after arrival. Im in love with everything.

The only thing you need to improve is the water pressure in the shower, it was very weak and took so much time to have a shower.

•Staff were absolutely lovely, we were able to check in early and got great Naples information given. Great experience. •Room was very clean, bed was very comfortable and toiletries were much better than standard. •Great location for travelling to/from the train station or any tourist points. Never felt unsafe in the area even at night.

•While the shared fridge was well stocked, an in room fridge would have been preferable. It isn’t a major dislike as we were okay with the shared one, just a small improvement.

Great location, walking distance from Spanish quarters, port, subway station, great restaurants and popular tourist attractions. Spacious room, beautiful window view, clean private bathroom, A/C that works well, safe in the room. Easy to make contact with the staff via WhatsApp. Shared common room with coffee, water and other drinks (honour system).

The room was large and clean and everything was comfortable. Bathroom clean and modern. They had a reception area with facilities to make tea and coffee and bring your own food. (small coffee extremely strong) They also had fridges in this reception area if you wanted to put your food there. Close to port and airport shuttles bus - we walked up from the Immacoletella bus stop (the one before the port Beverello.) But an easy walk from both stops.

Comfortable accommodation near the port, but close to all necessary places we needed such restaurants, cafe, shops. Kind receptionist speaking good English, possibility to use small kitchen court. Orientation to the internal yard, so also silent when considering the location.

Everything was ok.

Clean in the heart if the city felt secure in the building . Ornella our host was excellent very helpful and gave us advice and places to visit.

Elevator is small but that goes with the historic building gave it a different time zone feeling in the past it was cool .
