The host, Virginia, is just the absolute best! Nothing was too much trouble; she was kind, accommodating, helpful, gave great advice and tips on what to visit, where to eat and how to get to the destinations we wanted to see. The room itself, while a little compact for three large adults, was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, with great facilities/furnishings/utilities and services. There was free bottled water and soft drinks in the fridge in the room, as well as aircon which made a great difference in the hot weather. The wifi connection was great which meant my Canadian companion could still remotely work in the evenings. The location was fantastic - central to everything we needed. The bus stop and train stations are close by so made getting to Pompeii and Sorrento so much easier; also Via Toledo was very close by for late night shopping; the Cappella Sansevero and the Archaeological Museum were also within a reasonable walking distance. The restaurants at the end of the road served the most lovely food also. I just loved walking through the big wooden doors to the premises each day, going from the hustle and bustle of city life into a little green garden/historic looking sanctuary and up to our safe and welcoming apartment. I'd recommend B&B Pantarei Napoli to absolutely anybody, it's first class accommodation with a first class host - we will definitely be back.

Virginia is so prepared, she asked what time we would be arriving and arranged for us a self check in. Followed with easy to follow directions to the property. The property was super clean, specious and had everything you could think of. Just outside the room there a little communal area with an Italian coffee machine, water, juice and a few snacks all free. She also send us various places to visit which was very helpful and a lot of local restaurants to try. So friendly and helpful. We had a few questions about a couple of places we wanted to visit and she sent us all the information within minutes of me contacting her.

I loved everything

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent—just a short walk from the metro station and surrounded by shops, stores, and restaurants. We had two rooms next to each other, both very quiet and comfortable. It’s clear that the owner has thoughtfully considered the needs of travelers. We especially appreciated the cold drinks, snacks, and the espresso machine in the kitchen. Virginia also provided many helpful suggestions for tours and restaurants, which made it much easier for us to explore and enjoy the city. Overall, the hotel exceeded our expectations.

Virginia was our host, and she was very helpful and provided good advise, helping to navigate the itinerary/venues even prior to our arrival. Unique breakfast experience, with milk, cereals, toast at the hotel, but in addition fresh croissants or other baked goods such as the Sfogliatelle of Naples with an excellent expresso at a nearby cafe (part of the package). You can also make expresso in the hotel adlib. The location is located in the historic center and all locations are within a 15-25 minute comfortable walk.

The owner was a fantastic host from the booking, leading up to, and during our stay. Nothing was too much trouble including advising us on wheelchair accessible activities and recommending eateries. The property was accessible and well placed to reach the metro, port, and historic quarter easily. Room was spotless and cleaned every day. Everyone we met at the property was really friendly and helpful, and the instructions to check ourselves in were easy to follow.

Virginia is an amazing host, gracious, welcoming and very helpful! She sent recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. Her warm hospitality made our stay a pleasure. The amenities are excellent and the location is great, close to the centre, tube and good connection to the airport. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated and the bathroom was immaculate. Highly recommend this B&B to anyone looking for a great stay!

B&B close to inner city and harbour. Quiet location. Beds are fine (NASA type matress), free use of coffee (shared machine), own small fridge, airco+heater. Excellent tips for trips and food given by friendly owner! Thanks!

Hint 1: replace use of disposable sachets with shower gel by (replaceable) bottle. Hint 2: breakfast is elsewhere, choose coffe type or juice and a single sweet croissant type (with marmelade or pudding). If you want saltier, there is a supermarket at 50m... Hint 3: WiFi did not work at small desk area.

We had a wonderful stay! Our host Virginia was amazing – so kind, friendly, and full of great tips and recommendations that really helped us enjoy our trip to the fullest. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. The location is also perfect, close to everything we needed. All in all, top marks for both the service and the accommodation. I appreciate the very professional approach of the owner. Everything went perfectly smoothly. With regard to our arrival time, we got all the information in advance to the whatsapp. Subsequently, the lady sent us information on where we could go for meals, where to see the sights. She answered questions immediately. Coffee from the coffee machine in excellent quality, tea, water was available in the kitchen. Beautifully clean room, which provided us with comfort. All within walking distance. If you go to Naples, I definitely recommend accommodation. Breakfast a short distance from the accommodation, where they were very nice.

Everything was excellent

Virginia was an amazing host!!! The airlines lost our luggage and they not only helped receive it once the courier dropped it off but they brought it up to our room as well. She was quick with a reply for recommendations for things to do as well as dining suggestions. The room was perfect and location was centrally located within walking distance of everything we wanted to do. We couldn’t recommend Virginia more. I wish we could give 11 stars!!
