It was one of the best experiences that we had in Italy! Our hosts were extremely friendly, both upon arrival and during daily interaction, giving us tips on attractions in the city and places to eat, offering us help every time we asked them, Breakfast was very good, fresh and varied and the room cleaning service was top, every day. The location is very good, easy access from the central station and the airport, close to the city center, many facilities nearby. When we return to Naples we will definitely stay here again. Thank you for the experience!

Very quiet. Big room. Only stayed for one night and it served our purpose. Safe neighborhood. The concierge, a woman who was very helpful, arranged a taxi for us for 4:30 a.m. in the morning. Taxi showed up on schedule. Taxi driver charged us a few euros over the amount that they told the hotel it would cost. I paid it, as I didn't want to quibble over a few euros. Happens more in Italy than other places that I have been to.

TV wasn't working. No one is on site in the evenings, so I was stuck with no television. Place was hard to find. Got lost in Naples walking around and my google locator kept taking me to an alley. I kept putting in the address of the hotel that popped up on Booking.com site and the locator on my iPhone kept taking me to the same alley. Don't know if the address is listed incorrectly, but there was another street with the exact same name about a mile away from the hotel. Finally, had to backtrack by remembering different monuments and plazas to find our way back. We should have just explored the area around the hotel, rather than wander too far afield. Only there for one night to catch a flight out of Naples.

The room was so spacious and comfortable. We had a lot of bags and could easily spread them out. The bathroom was also big. Great air-conditioning and lovely breakfast.

The numbering system around the square that the property is located in meant that we couldn't easily locate it. We walked around for at least 20 mins because the street numbers didn't make sense.

The guesthouse exceeded our expectations. The rooms were clean and modern, but in a grand building that was very central and easy to get to. The breakfast was great (and offered more than most Italian breakfasts). The host took care of any needs we had--even before we arrived (reservations, recommendations, etc.). Definitely follow the recommendations for food (they are great). Thank you so much for a wonderful stay--we will come back here if we return to Naples!

Literally nothing.

We loved everything about the property. It was clean, spacious, the location was perfect and breakfast was great! Nico was fantastic, he gave us a lot of recommendations for food and sites to see. We highly recommend this accomodation for anyone traveling to Naples and we would 100% return to the same property next time. A+

Very friendly staff. City center. Room with everything what you need. Silent place. Good breakfast (for 2 days).

Breakfast can be more various. This is enough for 2 days, but not more. It can be difficult to find the hotel. Contact hotel staff to get instructions. Bathroom requires small fixes.

Location was very central. Rooms were gorgeous and spacious, bathrooms were large and luxurious and fully equipoed. Staff were lovely and very helpful!

We arrived late at night as flight was delayed. From the outside it’s really hard to find as it’s just a big door to an apartment block and we didn’t realise that’s where it was.

Good location 5 mins by taxi to Guest house from train station, 15mins to Airport via taxi. There are three rooms at this property, 1 family suite and two king deluxe rooms. My husband and I stayed for one night in the king deluxe room which had a small terrace area, room was spacious and clean. Staff were very welcoming and accommodating, booked us a taxi to airport on our request, set price of 21 Euros

We are a family of five and reserved the Family Apartment. Perfect location, super central and you don’t feel unsafe. Beautiful amenities and amazing breakfast. Very friendly and accessible staff. I absolutely recommend staying in Nap Luxury Guest House. P.S.: if you insert the address in google maps it will lead you to the back of the building. Just walk around to the main piazza and you’ll find the place :) I also recommend dinner at the tiny streets of Chiaia area.
