The room was lovely with a nice bathroom. I enjoyed the tiny balcony overlooking the big square. The proximity to the Metro was perfect. It was easy to use public transportation to and from the main train station and the airport. Staff are fantastic, from check-in with Claudia who also helped me book an amazing tour, to ladies at breakfast. Hands down the nicest staff I encountered while traveling through Italy.

Sound proofing was excellent from the outside, but it was non-existent within the mini hotel. Luckily, I travel with good quality ear plugs and noise canceling headphones.

Great location, next to the metro station, and 10 minute walk from the Naples Beverello Port. Takes about 40minutes to get to Pompeii via the Metro and a connecting train. Sorrento and the Amalfi coast can be reached using Naples Beverello Port. The room was spacious, with an excellent high pressured shower. The breakfast was lovely standard Italian style breakfast. The hotel provided clear instructions prior to our arrival, as we arrived at 11:30pm, we did have to call a number that was provided to open the main door. The staff were amazing, the main lobby had a screen where you can talk to the staff virtually during their working hours. where they can arrange a taxi or answer any questions.

The lift which was part of the building was the old style manual door type lift; so if the previous user hadn't closed the door properly you would have to take the stairs as the lift would not operate and be stuck on the respective floor it was last used.

Nice place to stay and a great breakfast. Very good communication with the hotel staff. Just realize it is somewhat virtual. Very helpful in securing my transfer from the airport to the hotel.

No complaints just need to understand that it is on the second floor with no personnel physically there. Communication was great so we were able to get in and no problems

Nice balcony with a good view of the street. Everything was clean and comfortable and the kitchen had (instant) coffee and tea available all day which was much appreciated. Nice and private, few rooms so not many guests. The reception was virtual but very easy to access and made no difference. Close to Metro stop. I felt safe as a solo female traveller.

The street is a little loud but it didn't disturb me.

Location is absolutely strategic. All of the main areas are easy to reach with plenty of options for restaurants and cafes. The room was clean and the staff was very friendly.

Our room was much smaller than I expected. Photos I had seen on booking.com made the rooms look a lot bigger. No big deal as we went back to the hotel only to sleep. Being a very central location, expect noise if you keep the window open. This particular room was not accessible to wheelchairs (others might be).

An interesting business model. Sort of a corporate B&B. The check in was via TV. But the concept works. It was very, very clean and quiet despite being on a busy street. The breakfast was minimal but adequate.

Although the shower had great water pressure, it was really tiny...could hardly turn around. The location was OK, but wished there were more dining options close by. Did not like an extra charge for fresh towels, particualry when it was so hot outside that you needed extra showers!

The staff was extremely nice and available when we needed them. Would highly recommend this B&B. Great location as well! Also they provide a wonderful taxis service that have exceptional employees. We had Fabio, not sure if I spelled his name correctly but he is awesome.

The room was really comfortable and the b&b is centrally located. Very close to a metro station.

I think our breakfast was included but apparently not so, so we paid extra for the same. The breakfast is quite basic for €10 pp, each morning, so perhaps you can find something outside that’s better value.

Very cozy small hotel in a good location near shopping streets. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Very good and varied breakfast.

The room had a large window and a balcony facing the street. The view was great, but there was a lot of traffic noise in the room. We couldn't have slept without earplugs.

Rooms were large, modern and spotless. The location is perfect, 5min walk to sea front where you can ferry to the 3 islands or book any excursions. There are restaurants all around. It is a 2, min walk to the Metro accessing you to any location from the central Garibaldi station... The Metro is very cheap €3.80 to Pompei!! Fully stocked mini bar, very reasonably priced with soft drinks, alcahol and snacks. Staff were very kind and helpful. We left our cases on checkout and collected them at 6pm. Rooms are on 3rd floor, but there is a lift. Nice view from balconies.
